Abstract
자동 변속기 차량이 후드, 도어 또는 트렁크가 열려진 상태에서 주행 모드로 변속이 이루어지지 않도록 하기 위하여, 자동 변속기 차량의 변속레버(2)에 록킹핀(8)을 고정설치하고, 이 록킹핀을 구속할 수 있는 제1,2제어홈(22,24)이 형성된 록킹부재(10)를, 브라켓트(4)상에 설치된 가이드 부재(12) 및 장착부재(14)에 회동가능하게 설치함과 아울러 이 록킹부재(10)의 하단에 도어 스위치, 후드 스위치, 트렁크 스위치와 전기적으로 연결된 솔레노이드(26)를 설치하여 상기한 스위치중 어느 하나의 스위치가 온 상태인 경우 상기한 록킹부재(10)를 상승시켜 제1제어홈(22) 또는 제2제어홈(24)내로 록킹핀(8)이 위치하여 변속레버(2)의 이동을 불가능하게 하는 자동 변속기 차량의 발진 방지구조.In order to prevent the automatic transmission from shifting to the driving mode with the hood, door or trunk open, the locking pin 8 is fixed to the shift lever 2 of the automatic transmission vehicle and the locking pin is restrained.
