본 고안은 현장에서 제작되는 차량 부품외 모든 부품을 적재하여 운반하는데 사용하는 적재대의 적재 부품 이탈 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 적재대를 구성하는 프레임의 전, 후면으로 ㄷ자형상을 하며, 양면에 S자 형상의 슬라이딩 작동홈을 갖는 이탈방지편을 회전 동작 가능하게 힌지볼트로 고정 설치하고, 상기 이탈방지편의 내면에는 적재 부품과의 접촉시 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 탄성을 갖는 고무재 텐션판을 부착 설치하며, 상기 이탈 방지편을 적재시나 적재후 회전시켜 로킹시킬 수 있도록 프레임의 내면에 스톱퍼를 설치하여 부품 적재시에는 상기 이탈방지편이 걸리지 않도록 세워 고정시켰다가 적재후 이탈방지편을 뉘어 고정시켜 적재데에 적재된 부품이 운반중 이탈하여 떨어지는 현상을 방지할 수 있어 운반 작업이 용이하고 완성 부품의 손상을 줄일 수 있어 적재대의 기능과 적재물의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으면서 사용상 편리함을 줄수 있도록한 운반 적재대의 적재 부품 이탈방지장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing the departure of the loading part of the loading table used for loading and transporting all parts other than the vehicle parts manufactured in the field.
