Abstract

The hot stacking junction method includes a first step to cut the high temperature superconductive tape materials by a necessary length and numbers, a second step to stack the superconductive materials and temporarily fix by winding the stacked materials in a organic adhesive tape, a third step to bury the superconductive materials into a instrument having the fire proof powder by winding in spiral shape, a fourth step to press the fire proof powder by using a pressure flange so that pressing pressure of 3'rd dimension is applied to the superconductive materials buried within the powder by consecutive nature of the fire proof powder and simultaneously to make strong the adhesive force between the stacked tape materials, and remove external pressure and make a hot junction by doing thermal processing in a furnace of 500-840 degree C.
