본 고안은 단섬유종이와 장섬유종이를 접착해서 구성된 섬유종이를 종이지관에 두루마리 형태로 감아 사용하는 종이걸레에 관한 것으로 권취되는 섬유종이의 외주면에 종이지관의 전후 폭 만큼의 간격으로 접착제를 도포하여 두루마리 형태로 감은 종이결레를 구성한 것으로 종이걸레의 사용후 오염된 면을 사용자가 잡아당기기만 하면 일정길이로 절취되는 절취를 용이하게 한 종이걸레에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a paper mop wound by using a single sheet of paper fibers and a long sheet of paper wrapped in a paper tube. 통상적인 가정의 방청소용 걸레의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 출원인은 1992 년 8 월 14 일자로 종이걸레를 실용신안출원하여 등록 제 88819 호로 등록을 필하였는바 기등록된 종이걸레의 구성은 제3도의(b)도에 도시한 바와같이 타원형의 종이지관(1)의 외주면에 스폰지(2)를 부착하고 그 외측으로 장섬유종이(5)를 스폰지(2)의 외측으로 두루마리 형태로 감고 두루마리의 일측표면에 절취기(6)를 이동할수 있게 설치한 것으로 종래고안의 사용상태는 장섬유종이(5)를 오염된 면에 접촉하여 닦은후 오물이 묻어 있는 부분의 일단에 절취기(11)를 이동시켜 고정시킨후 두루마리의 끝단을 당기면 절취기(11)의 절취날에 의해 절단 되는 것이다. 또한 절취기(11)는 절취기능외에 두루마리의 끝단을 파지시키는 기능이 있어 장섬유종이와 단섬유종이가 두루마리에서 풀어져 헝클어지는 것을 방지할수 있는 기능이 있다.In order to make up for the shortcomings of ordinary household cleaning rags, the applicant filed a utility model for paper rags on August 14, 1992, and registered as No. 88819. 따라서 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 단점을 보완하기 위해 안출된것으로서 본 고안의 대략적 구성은 단섬유종이와 장섬유종이를 접착한 섬유종이의 상측부에 종이지관의 전후폭 만큼의 간격으로 접착제를 연속선 또는 점점이 도포하여 종이지관의 외측으로 두루마리 형태로 권취한 구조로서 청소에 의해 오염된 종이섬유는 별도의 절취기기가 필요없이 손쉽게 접착면 바로 밖에서 절단할수 있어 절취가 용이하고 또한 종이걸레에 감겨진 섬유종이의 일단은 접착면에 붙어 있기 때문에 풀어지는 것을 방지할수 있을뿐아니라 청소할 바닥면이 협소하여 종이걸레(10)전체로 닦기가 어려우면 접착간격(a)만큼씩 낮장으로 절취하여 사용할수도 있고, 특히 별도의 절취기가 필요없으므로 제작상 원가가 절감되는 효과가 있는 것이다. 이와같은 목적을 갖는 본 고안의 구체적 구성을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.Therefore, the present invention was devised to compensate for the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the general constitution of the present invention is continuous adhesive at the intervals of the front and rear widths of the paper tubes on the upper side of the fiber paper to which the short fiber paper and the long fiber paper are bonded. 제1도는 본 고안의 사시도이고 제2도는 본 고안의 전개 상태사시도로서 단섬유종이(3)와 장섬유종이(4)를 접착한 섬유종이(5)를 종이지관(1)의 외측으로 권취하되, 섬유종이(5)의 상부표면에는 종이지관(1)의 전후폭(a)만큼의 간격으로 접착제(6)를 도포하여, 종이지관(1)에 수회권취하였을 때 접착제(6)는 종이걸레 본체(10)에 적층된 섬유종이(5)사이사이에 위치하여 종이걸레(10)의 상부측 전면부(A)와 저부측 후면부(B)에 위치 되도록 구성되는 것이다. 이때 일측 섬유종이(5)의 외측에 도포되는 접착제의 도포형태는 일직선상에 연속선으로할수도 있고 일정간격의 점으로 도포할수도 있다. 또한 이때 주의할점은 접착제는 접착력이 너무 강한것을 사용하지 않고 어느정도 접착강도를 조절하여 접착주위를 분리시키고자 할때 섬유종이(5)는 찢어지지 않은 상태에서 분리되어야 한다. 따라서 접착강도는 종이의 분리되는 인장강도보다 약하게 해야한다.FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a developed state of the present invention, in which fiber paper (5) bonded with short fiber paper (3) and long fiber paper (4) is wound up to the outside of the paper tube (1).
