Description

【0001】

When the value of the radius of curvature of each side is within the above range, the contact area between the cleaning tool and the hard surface that is the surface to be cleaned can be easily within the preferable range.
The cleaning cylinder 2 is formed of a flexible material, and its peripheral surface is used as a cleaning base surface. A hollow tube body (not shown) having an inner diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the shaft portion 30 of the gripping body 3 is inserted in the shaft center of the cleaning cylinder body 2. The shaft portion 30 is inserted into the hollow tube body and is rotatable about the shaft portion. A disk-shaped member 20 is connected to one end of the hollow tube body. The disk-shaped member 20 prevents the flexible material from directly contacting the bearing portion 32, and the cleaning cylinder 2. Makes it easier to rotate.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, a knob for rotation is formed at the end of the cleaning cylinder 2 opposite to the end where the disc-like member 20 is in contact. The knob allows the cleaning cylinder 2 to rotate without touching the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2. A circular recess 21 is formed on the end surface of the cleaning cylinder 2, and the knob is placed in the recess 21. The member 22 is arranged and formed.
[0014]
The cleaning cylinder 2 is configured such that a cleaning cloth 5 can be attached to the peripheral surface thereof. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, on the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2, recesses (not shown) of a predetermined size are formed in two rows, and the mounting fixing member 6 covers the both recesses. Is provided. The mounting fixing member 6 is formed with mounting fixing slits 60 at positions corresponding to the respective depressions.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the grip body 3 includes a shaft portion 30, a grip portion 31, and a bearing portion 32.
The shaft portion 30 is inserted into the hollow tube body and rotatably supports the cleaning cylinder body 2. The shaft portion 30 has a male screw portion (not shown) that engages with a female screw portion (not shown) formed in the bearing portion 32 at the base end portion, and is inserted into the bearing portion 32. At the same time, it is connected and fixed to the bearing portion 32 substantially vertically by screwing of the base end portion.
[0016]
The grip portion 31 is erected on the bearing portion 32 substantially parallel to the shaft portion 30, and in a state where the cleaning cylinder body 2 is mounted on the grip body 3, a part of the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder body 2 is formed. It is provided to cover.
The grip portion 31 includes a back surface portion 31a erected on the bearing portion 32 so as to be substantially parallel to the shaft portion 30, and one side substantially perpendicular to the back surface portion 31a from both side end portions of the back surface portion 31a. It consists of a pair of side surface parts 31b and 31b erected toward the side.
Each of the pair of side surface portions 31b, 31b is configured to be easily bent inwardly (in a direction approaching each other) and pressed against the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 by being gripped from the outside.
[0017]
A slit 31c is formed at the center of each of the side surface portions 31b and 31b, and it is possible to bend only the upper side of the slit 31c or the lower side of the slit 31c in the side surface portions 31b and 31b. Yes. Thereby, it is also possible to bend only a part of side part 31b, 31b, and can prevent rotation of the cleaning cylinder 2 with a grip force smaller than the case where the whole side part is gripped and bent. Note that the shaft portion 30 and the grip portion 31 in the grip body 3 are formed so as not to protrude from the end portion 2a of the mounted cleaning cylinder 2.
[0018]
The cleaning cloth 5 is a belt-like body having a length slightly longer than the circumference of the cleaning cylinder 2. For example, it is mounted on the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 as follows.
First, as shown in FIG. 4A, one end 5a in the length direction is overlapped with the mounting fixing member 6, and a part of the one end 5a is pushed into the mounting fixing slit 60 and fixed. Subsequently, the cleaning cloth 5 is wound around the circumferential surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 by picking the knob for rotation and rotating the cleaning cylinder 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the other end portion 5b located on the mounting fixing member 6 is similarly pushed into the mounting slit 60 to complete the mounting. In FIG. 4, the grip body 3 is omitted. In addition, the cleaning cloth 5 can be attached to the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 with the cleaning cylinder 2 attached to the grip body 3 or the cleaning cylinder 2 is removed from the grip body 3. You may go in.
[0019]
The cleaning cloth 5 in this embodiment may be impregnated with a cleaning agent or may be used in a dry manner without impregnating such a cleaning agent. Examples of the cleaning cloth include fiber structures composed of fibrous materials, such as various papers, non-woven fabrics, woven or knitted fabrics, and pulp sheets. Examples of fibrous materials constituting these fiber structures include cellulosic fibers, modified cellulosic fibers, synthetic fibers, and mixtures of two or more thereof.
[0020]
Examples of the cellulosic fibers include natural fibers such as wood pulp, cotton and hemp, and cellulosic chemical fibers such as tencel, viscose rayon and acetate.
On the other hand, as the synthetic fiber, for example, polyethylene fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and at least two of these synthetic fibers are made into a core-sheath type or the like. Examples thereof include composite fibers and fibers obtained by mixing at least two of these synthetic fibers. A porous sheet made of resin (for example, a sponge sheet) can also be used as the cleaning cloth.
The cleaning agent is not particularly limited, and various commonly known cleaning agents can be used.
[0021]
The forming material of the cleaning cylinder 2 is a sponge-like porous flexible material (for example, a porous flexible material made of polyurethane having a melt-processed surface) or a rubber-like flexible material. The C hardness is preferably 1 to 70, more preferably 30 to 60. Here, the C hardness is a hardness measured with an Asuka-rubber hardness meter C type based on SRIS (Japan Rubber Association Standard) 0101.
[0022]
When the cleaning cylinder 2 is made of a sponge-like porous flexible material, it is particularly preferable to use a porous flexible material made of a soft or hard foamed synthetic resin having excellent durability. preferable. Examples of preferable porous flexible materials having such properties include synthetic resins such as foamed polyethylene and foamed polyurethane.
In addition to the sponge-like porous flexible material, the flexible material constituting the cleaning cylinder 2 is a cushioning flexibility in which a fiber material such as felt or cotton is included in an artificial leather or cloth bag. A material or a rubber-like flexible material can also be used.
The material for forming each part of the grip body 3 is not particularly limited as long as a certain level of strength is ensured. For example, it is made of vinyl chloride, polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum or an alloy thereof, wood or bamboo. However, it is preferable because it is lightweight, strong and low cost.
[0023]
Since the cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, the curved peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 is used as a cleaning base surface when cleaning a hard surface such as glass or blackboard, and is light. Dirt can be easily wiped off with a load. That is, the contact area between the cleaning cloth 5 and the surface to be cleaned is smaller than that of hand wiping, and the cleaning can be easily performed with a light load. Moreover, since the surrounding surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 used as a cleaning base surface protrudes gently over the whole, the recessed part is hard to be formed in the cleaning cloth 5 like the case of hand-wiping. Therefore, the cleaning cloth 5 can be effectively used throughout, and a wider area can be cleaned.
[0024]
Furthermore, since the cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment has a configuration in which the cleaning cylinder 2 protrudes from one end of the grip body 3, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper sash of the glass surface 7 is used. When cleaning the edge of the frame 70, the cleaning cylinder 2 is used in a direction protruding upward. When cleaning the frame of the left sash 70a and the right sash 70b, the cleaning cylinder 2 is moved to the left. By using the protruding direction and the direction in which the cleaning cylinder 2 protrudes to the right side, dirt on the glass surface can be easily wiped even at the frame of the sash.
[0025]
Furthermore, in the cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment, during use, the cleaning cylinder 2 is prevented from rotating by the press contact of the side surface portion 31b of the gripping body 3, but the gripping force of the gripping body 3 is increased. When loosened, the cleaning cylinder 2 rotates easily.
Accordingly, when one of the four surfaces forming the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 is used as a cleaning base surface, the cleaning cylinder 2 is rotated by 1/4 when the cleaning cloth 5 on the surface is saturated with dirt. Can easily switch to a clean surface. Moreover, since the rotation knob is provided on the cleaning cylinder 2, it is possible to perform this switching without making the hands dirty. Similarly, the above four surfaces can be used as the cleaning base surface by being rotated by 1/4 rotation.
[0026]
When the entire surface of the cleaning cloth 5 becomes dirty in this way, the other end portion 5b of the cleaning cloth 5 is removed from the mounting fixing slit 60, and the cleaning cylinder 2 in the opposite direction to that in the previous mounting. Rotate. As a result, the non-stained back surface of the cleaning cloth 5 becomes the front side, so that the other end 5b is again pushed into the mounting fixing slit 60 and fixed, and further cleaning as described above can be performed.
Thus, according to the cleaning tool of the present embodiment, not only the entire one surface of the cleaning cloth 5 but also the entire both surfaces of the cleaning cloth 5 can be effectively used for cleaning, and therefore, a wide range of cleaning can be performed without requiring replacement work. Is possible.
[0027]
Further, for example, when the cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment is used as a blackboard eraser, there is an advantage that a powder removing operation as in the conventional blackboard eraser is unnecessary and can be handled by replacing the cleaning cloth. Moreover, since both surfaces of the cleaning cloth 5 are used efficiently, a wide range of cleaning is possible, and the frequency of replacement can be reduced. Furthermore, the problem of adverse health effects caused by chalk powder is also solved.
[0028]
As is clear from the above description, the cleaning tool 1 of the present embodiment can be suitably used for cleaning all hard surfaces such as glass, blackboard, tiled bathroom, kitchen wall and ceiling, and automobile body. In particular, it is suitable as a cleaning tool for glass surface cleaning or blackboard or white board cleaning.
[0029]
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, the mounting fixing member 6 may be as shown in FIG. The mounting fixing member 6 is provided so as to cover a recess (not shown) formed on the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2, and an opening slit 61 and a holding slit 62 are formed. The opening slits 61 are provided so as to extend radially, and the holding slits 62 are continuous with the opening slits 61 and are formed in a sawtooth shape. When such a mounting fixing member 6 is employed, the cleaning cloth 5 can be mounted and fixed to the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 more reliably and easily. When the protrusion 5a as shown in FIG. 7 is formed at the end of the cleaning cloth 5 and one end and the other end of the cleaning cloth 5 are fixed by different mounting fixing members 6, the cleaning cloth 5 is further cleaned. Mounting and fixing to the cylinder 2 are facilitated.
[0030]
Next, another embodiment of the cleaning tool of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.8 and FIG.9 is a perspective view which shows the cleaning cylinder 2 in the cleaning tool of this embodiment. Note that the configuration of the cleaning tool of the present embodiment other than the cleaning cylinder 2 and the cleaning cloth 5 is the same as that of the cleaning tool described above unless otherwise specified.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 8, the cleaning cylinder 2 in the cleaning tool of the present embodiment has a cleaning cloth storage space 23 for storing a long cleaning cloth 5 wound in a roll shape, and the cleaning cylinder 2. A drawer slit 24 for pulling out the cleaning cloth 5 in the cloth housing space 23 from one end thereof is formed on the peripheral surface.
The cleaning cloth 5 has a long shape having a length at least twice as long as the circumferential surface of the cleaning cylinder 2, for example, a length of 5 to 20 times, and a hollow portion 50 is formed at the center. It is wound so that it is rolled. The shaft portion 30 of the grip body 3 can be inserted into the hollow portion 50.
The cleaning cloth storage space 23 communicates with the outside of the cleaning cylinder 2 via the drawer slit 24, and the cleaning cloth 5 stored in the cleaning cloth storage space 23 is drawn from one end of the cleaning cloth 5. It can be pulled out via
[0032]
On both sides of the drawer slit 24 on the peripheral surface of the cleaning cylinder 2, mounting fixing members 6 and 6 for fixing the end of the cleaning cloth 5 are provided. The configuration of each mounting fixing member 6 is the same as that in the cleaning tool shown in FIG.
[0033]
In the cleaning tool of the present embodiment, the cleaning cloth 5 is pulled out from the drawer slit 24 in use. The cleaning cloth 5 can be pulled out by pulling its end from the outside, and the length of the cleaning cloth 5 is about the length of one round of the circumferential surface of the cleaning cylinder 2.
Then, the drawn-out portion is rotated around the circumferential surface of the cleaning cylinder 2 and fixed to the mounting fixing member 6. Then, after cleaning is performed in a state where the cleaning cloth 5 is mounted in this manner, the portion where the cleaning cloth is pulled out is rotated in the opposite direction and mounted on the cleaning cylinder 2 again. In this case, the end of the mounted cleaning cylinder 2 is fixed to the mounting fixing member 6 on the side different from the previous mounting fixing member 6.
[0034]
In this way, the cleaning is performed using both the front and back surfaces of the drawn-out portion of the cleaning cloth 5. And after cleaning by this both surfaces is complete | finished, while cutting and removing this part, the cleaning cloth 5 is further pulled out and it similarly mounts | wears with the surrounding surface of the cleaning cylinder. Then, the cleaning work is performed using both the front and back surfaces of the newly drawn portion in the same manner as described above. In this way, cleaning can be performed until the cleaning cloth 5 is used up. 8 and 9, reference numeral 25 denotes a lid that can be screwed into the opening of the cleaning cloth housing space 24.
[0035]
According to the cleaning tool of the present embodiment, since the cleaning cloth is held in a large amount in the cleaning cylinder 2, it is freed from frequent replacement work of the cleaning cloth. That is, even when the cleaning cloth is saturated with dirt during the work, it is possible to cope with the problem by further pulling out the cleaning cloth, and the cleaning work can be continued without being interrupted. The cleaning cloth 5 in the cleaning tool of this embodiment is preferably provided with perforations for each length of the circumference of the cleaning cylinder 2. As a result, the dirty portion can be easily cut and the workability is improved.
In addition, various other modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the cleaning tool which can wipe off dirt lightly with an appropriate load efficiently can be provided. Moreover, according to this invention, the cleaning tool which can use the whole cleaning cloth efficiently and can wipe off the stain | pollution | contamination of a large area easily can be provided.
