Abstract
본 고안은 건물 바닥용 인조석 물갈기 시공시 줄눈대의 연결부위의 변형 또는 벌어짐을 방지하며 줄눈대를 용이하게 고정할 수 있도록 하는 삽입홈이 형성된 줄눈대 세터에 관한 것으로 종래에는 줄눈대를 고정하기 위한 고정용 모르타르(MORTAR)가 저부의 콘크리드 바닥위에 형성되고 상기 고정용 모르타르에 하부가 고정되고 양측면에는 인조석 모르타르가 맞닿는 줄눈대로 구성되었으나 전술한 줄눈대를 모르타르에 고정하고자 할때 이를 일일이 인력에 의존하므로서 각 줄눈대의 높이를 일정하게 유지하기 힘들고 고정용 모르타르와 인조석 모르타르가 줄눈대의 측면에서 맞닿는 부위는 모르타르의 강도가 약하여 인조석 물갈기 모르타르가 1~2mm 밖에 할 수 없으며 또한, 충격에 취약하여 쉽게 깨지는 문제점이 있어왔던바 줄눈대를 지지 또는 고정할 수 있는 삽입홈이 십자형으로 형성된 줄눈대 세터를 사용하므로서 줄눈대의 설치가 간편하여 인력 낭비를 줄이고 각 줄눈대의 연결부위를 정확하게 직각으로 형성하고 줄눈대의 높이를 일정하게 유지하며 줄눈대와 모르타르가 직접 맞닿는 부분이 없어 충격이 발생하더라도 쉽게 깨지지 않도록 하므로서 인조석 물갈기 바닥시공을 간편하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖는 건물 바닥용 인조석 물갈기 시공시 사용되는 줄눈대 세터에 관한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a joint setter having an insertion groove formed to prevent the deformation or opening of the joint portion of the joint at the time of construction of artificial stone for building floor and to easily fix the joint.
