Abstract
본 고안은 직물의 원단이나 부직포의 표면에 일정두께의 수지를 코팅하거나, 라미네이팅 가공을 함에 있어서, 하나의 기계로서 두가지 가공처리를 할 수 있도록 코오터 장치를 개선한 것으로서, 회전축 로울러(8)의 아래쪽에는 코팅용 나이프(2)를 설치하고, 위쪽에는 라미네이트용 콤머(1)를 설치하여 코팅용 나이프가 빽업로울러 표면부와 대향 접근된 상태에서 원단위에 일정두께의 수지를 코팅시키고, 라미네이트용 콤머를 빽업로울러와 대향 접근시킨 상태에서 릴리즈 페어퍼 위에 수지를 라미네이팅 시키도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유 코팅기의 코오터 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is to improve the coater device so that two processes can be processed as one machine in coating or laminating a certain thickness of resin on the surface of a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric. 본 고안은 직물의 원단이나 부직포의 표면에 일정두께로 수지를 도포하거나 라미네이팅하는 섬유 코팅기의 코터(coater)에 관한 것으로, 구체적인 특징은 코팅용 나이프와 라미네이트용 콤머 나이프를 동일 코오터 장치에 설치하여 직접 코팅(direct coating)도 할 수 있고 필요에 따라 라미네이트 코팅(Laminate coating)도 할 수 있는 겸용 코오터 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a coater of a fiber coater for coating or laminating a resin with a predetermined thickness on a surface of a fabric or a nonwoven fabric of a fabric, and a specific feature is to install a coating knife and a commer knife for lamination in the same coater device.
