Abstract

살균력이 있는 바이오 세라믹 직물밑에 동망직을 내접하고 다시 공기 유통을 원활히 할 수 있는 환상의 통기로가 구성되고 배기가 잘 될 수 있게 다시 통기로를 연결하고 흡배기를 도울 수 있게 다수의 공기구멍을 천공한 안창을 접설하고 다시 동이온직을 접설시킨 중창을 접합하고 다시 외창을 접착하여서 된 충격흡수용 쿳션과 악취제거용 공기유통을 돕게 한 신발이다.

본 고안은 신발속의 공기유통을 원활하게 시키며 무좀균의 번식에 의한 악취를 제거하고 착용시 안정감과 발의 충격흡수를 더해주어 피로를 덜어줄 수 있도록 효과적인 쿳션 작용을 얻어 낼 수 있게 한 신발에 관한 것이다.
종래의 신발은 악취를 제거하기 위한 수단으로 신발바닥부에 스프링을 장착한 밸브형 배기부를 만들어 달아 주어 공기의 유통을 돕도록 하였고, 갑피의 열에 통기공을천설하든가 통기로를 별도로 설치하든가 망직 신발과 부분적인 충격흡수 장치를 해준 신발 등이 있었고 본인이 선 출원한 90-5807호 90-6867호 92-8601호 92-21706호 등의 신발이 고안되어 오고 있었든 것인바 이와 같은 점을 보완하고 보다 효과적인 공기 유통작용과 탈취 및 살균작용 그리고 충격흡수용 쿳션을 더할 수 있으며 신을 수 있게 한 것으로써 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
신발을 구성함에 있어 발이 닫는 부위에는 지압 및 약간의 공기 유통을 위해 다수의 점돌기(2)를 배착시킨 외포직(3) 밑에 살균력을 갖고 있는 바이오 세라믹이 접착되어 있는 세라믹직(4)을 접설하고 그 밑에는 다시 아연 또는 동이온이 혼접되어 있는 아연, 동망직(5)을 접착시켜 살균과 탈취 기능을 갖게 하였고 여기에 쿳션이 양호한 수지물로된 안창(6)을 접합시킴에 있어 이 안창의 바닥부(15)에는 보행시 효과적인 공기유 유통과 충격시 쿳숀작용에 의한 공기의 흡배기 작용을 얻어 내기 위해 3개의 가락지형의 공기통로(10)(10')(10)와 공기 유통의 연결을 위한 통기로(12)(12')(12)를 구성하고 공기순환을 위한 쿳션의 신축성이 잘될 수 있게 원통상의 받침부(11)(11')(11)와 가락지 모양의 이중받침부(14)(14')(14)를 설하여 주고 발바닥과의 공기순환을 할 수 있도록 다수의 통기공(7)을 천공하여 주고 더욱 효과적인 보조용 배기를 돕기 위해 배기구(13)를 안창 내측 중앙돌출부에 삽설하여 주었고 안창(6)의 바닥부와 동이온직 또는 동판(8)을 접착시켜진 중창(9)을 접설하고 다시 외창(17)을 접착하여 줌으로써 공기 유통효과로 악취를 제거할 수 있고 무좀균의 번식을 억제함은 물론 3중으로 조직된 창으로 인하여 충격흡수와 함께 상쾌한 쿳션 작용효과를 얻어낼 수 있게 한 것이다.

  1. 공지의 점상돌기(2)를 배착시킨 외포직(3) 밑에 세라믹직(4)을 접설하고 다시 그 밑에 아연 또는 동이온망직(5)을 접착시켜서된 직물층으로 구성하고 밑바닥부(15)에는 이중통로로된 3개의 가락지형의 공기통로(10)(10')(10)와 이와 연결되는 통기로(12)(12')(12)를 구성하고 원통상의 받침부(11)(11')(11)와 가락지 모양의 이중받침부(14)(14')(14)를 설하고 공기통로(10)(10')(10)에는 다수의 통기공(7)을 천공하여 주고 보조용배기구(13)를 설하여서 된 수지로된 안창(6)을 먼저 구성시킨 직물층의 바닥부와 다시 접착시켜 주고 안창(6)의 바닥부(15)에 동이온직 또는 동망동판(8)을 접착시킨 중창(9)을 접설하고 여기에 외창(17)을 다시 접착 구성시킨 신발.
