본 고안은 트리퍼 슈트(TRIPPER CHLTE)내의 이 물질 검출장치에 관한것으로 특히 제철산업에서 기초 재료로 사용되는 원자재(철광석, 석탄, 석회석, 기타 부원료)를 트리퍼장치(TRIPPER)를 통하여 저장빈(BIN)에 저장시 트리퍼 슈트(TRIPPER CHUTE)에 유입된 이물질(덩어리광석, 암석, 목재또는 철조가등)에 의해 슈트하단아 파손되거나 투입구의 그리즐리바(Grizzly Bar)가 파손되거나 받침대로 부터 이탈하여 저장빈내에 낙하 투입되어 원자재를 저장빈으로 부터 유출하여 사용시 유출구를 막어주거나 유출장치를 파손하여 조업에 막대한 지장을 초래함을 방지하게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for detecting a substance in a tripper chute.
