Abstract
본고안은 자동차압축기의 밸브어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 개구이며 흡입실(30) 및 토출실(40)측의 개구부가 축소된 직경의 축소직경부(11,21)를 가지고, 실린더측(S)의 개구는 확대된 직경의 확대직경부(12,22)인 상기 밸브플레이트(4)상에 형성된 흡입포트(10) 및 배출포트(20), 상기 축소직경부(11,21)내에서 중간에 탄발스프링(15,25)을 개재하여 삽입된 한쌍의 밸브디스크(13,14,23,24) 일측면에 유체유동을 위한 이격부인 돌출부(16,26)를 각각 가지는 어느하나의 밸브디스크(14,23), 상기 밸브디스크(13,14,23,24)를 조립고정하는 유체공(43,44)를 가지고 상기 확대직경부(12,22)에 접속하는 고정판(41,42)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하여 ;본 고안의 자동차압축기의 밸브어셈블리는 단일의 판상에 형성함으로서 기구적으로 안정된 작동을 수행하며 판상디스크의 개폐로 인하여 소음의 발생이 거의 발생하지 않게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.The present invention relates to a valve assembly of an automobile compressor, which has an opening and has reduced diameter portions (11, 21) of diameters of which openings on the suction chamber (30) and discharge chamber (40) sides are reduced.
