본 고안은 플라이백 트랜스포머의 포커스팩에 관한 것으로, 특히 에폭시 충진시 변형이 없는 포커스팩의 변형방지 구조에 관한 것이다. 포커스팩은 에폭시 충진되어 제조되는데 이때 포커스팩의 측벽이 에폭시의 수축으로 변형되는 경우가 있어 불량이 발생한다. 본 고안의 목적은 상기와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위하여 포커스팩이 측벽에 보강리브를 일체로 형성한 포커스책의 변형방지구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 고안을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 하기에 설명한다. 제 1 도에는 본 고안의 포커스팩이 도시되는데, 포커스팩(1)의 측벽(2)에는 횡으로 보강리브(3)가 일체로 형성되어 있다. 제 2 도를 참조하면, 포커스팩(1)의 측벽(2)에 형성된 보강리브(3)는 돌출길이(ℓ)가 두께(t)보다 길게 이루어져 측벽(2)에 에폭시에 의한 변형력이 작용할 때 이를 저지한다. 포커스팩(1)의 에폭시 몰딩(4)이 위치한 측벽(5)에는 에폭시 충진에 의한 변형력이 작용하지 않으므로 보강리브를 형성할 필요는 없다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 포커스팩의 변형방지구조는 측벽(2)에 작용하는 에폭시에 의한 변형력이 보강리브(3)에 의해 저지되므로 측벽(2)의 변형이 방지되는 효과를 제공한다.The present invention relates to a focus pack of a flyback transformer, and more particularly, to a deformation preventing structure of a focus pack without deformation during epoxy filling.
