The present invention relates to a folding structure of a collapsible eyeglasses by combining the elastic pieces to the folded portion of the collapsible glasses so that this portion has elasticity when the collapsing of the spectacles and the collapsible portion is not bent when the glasses are worn.
Various types of collapsible glasses are provided for convenient carrying and storage when not wearing the glasses. The collapsible glasses are folded by the folds formed on the bridge of the spectacle frame and the convex part which is extracted from the leg of the glasses. This is being done.
However, such collapsible glasses have the advantage of being very convenient when carrying and storing, but as a factor that inhibits the wearing of the collapsible glasses since the bridge portion, which is the portion that receives the most force when actually worn, is easily folded upward. It's working.
Conventionally, in order to prevent such folding phenomenon, folding glasses have been provided so as not to be folded unless excessive force is applied by attaching magnets to the bridge portions of the folding glasses, but such a magnet should be attached to a narrow bridge portion. Therefore, the production was very difficult, and because the number of manufacturing increases, the unit price of the product is increased, and if used for a long time, the magnetic force is reduced, the effect is lost.
The present invention forms a locking jaw on one side of the bridge portion to be folded left and right to solve the above problems by combining a separate elastic spring to be shot by the elastic piece when the other side is folded in the vertical direction The purpose of this is to improve the ease of use of the collapsible glasses by preventing the folding phenomenon of the glasses while wearing the collapsible glasses.
Hereinafter, the contents of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Bridge (2) (2 ') of the eyeglass frame (1) is divided into both sides so that the rotating part (3) protrudes on one side bridge (2) and the rotating part (3) can be inserted into the other side bridge (2') The space 4 is formed, and the bridges 2 and 2 'are left and right by drilling the through holes 5 and 5' in the pivoting portion 3 and the space 4 to engage the screws 6. In constructing a folding structure of the collapsible glasses to be folded in, the rotating part 3 of the one side bridge (2) protrudes the engaging projection (7), the space portion (4) of the other side bridge (2 ') ) Is formed in the engaging jaw (8) on both sides by fitting the steel elastic piece (9) to the engaging jaw (8) is a configuration that is combined with the bridge (2 ') body and screws (6').
In the accompanying drawings, reference numeral 10 denotes a pair of glasses and 11 a horn.
Referring to the effect of the present invention is as follows.
In order to wear the collapsible glasses to which the present invention is applied, as shown in (b) of FIG. 3, when pulled to the left and right sides in a folded state, one-side bridge (2) turns as shown in (a) of FIG. As the locking projection 7 of the eastern part 3 pushes the elastic piece 9 of the other bridge 2 chambers, it fully develops, and the elastic piece 9 has one side coupled to the bridge 2 'body to provide strong elasticity. Since the rotating part 3 of the one side bridge 2 does not overcome the elasticity of the elastic piece 9, if it is unfolded, when the unfolding force is applied, the folding part of the bridge 2, 2 'is moved upward as in the prior art. Since the folding does not occur, you can use the folding glasses without any inconvenience during sports or leisure or everyday life.
As seen above, the present invention is a very useful design that completely excludes the folding phenomenon, which was a weak point of the collapsible glasses by combining the elastic piece to the folded portion of the glasses.
