a first anchor and a second anchor, the first and second anchors configured to maintain a position of the implantable sensor assembly within a body passageway of a patient; the first anchor and second anchor connected to the second anchor;
A sensor system comprising a first sensor and a second sensor, the first sensor being carried by the first anchor, the second sensor being carried by the second anchor, the sensor system configured to collect sensor data related to one or more characteristics of the body passageway of the patient;
a communication circuit configured to wirelessly communicate with one or more external devices;
