前記自装置に設けられて、前記電源供給部によって電源が供給されることで蓄電する蓄電部と、
前記電源供給部に受給される電源の状態を監視する電源監視部と、
前記電源監視部による電源監視の状況に応じて、前記電源供給部からの前記自装置への電源の供給を、前記蓄電部からの供給へと、切り替える電源供給制御部と、
前記電源供給部からの前記自装置への電源の供給が、前記蓄電部からの供給へと、切り替わった場合に、自装置の識別情報と、前記位置情報取得部によって取得された位置情報と、をネットワークを介して所定のサーバへ送信する送信部と、
