a first segment configured to be secured within the first blood vessel, the first segment comprising:
a first segment comprising a window that allows blood to enter the first segment and flow distally of the first blood vessel;
a second segment configured to be secured within the second blood vessel,
by allowing blood to flow into the first segment, through the second segment, and into the second blood vessel;
a second segment configured to divert blood flow from the first blood vessel to the second blood vessel and maintain blood flow within the first blood vessel.

a first segment configured to be secured within the first blood vessel, the first segment comprising :
stent structure,
a window through which blood can flow into the first segment and distally of the first blood vessel;
a first segment comprising a flange;
a second segment configured to be secured within the second blood vessel ,
configured to flow blood through the second segment into the first segment and into the second blood vessel ;
the stent structure;
a second segment comprising a graft covering;
a third segment configured to restrict fluid flow through the device, the third segment comprising a narrower diameter than the second segment.
15. The device of any preceding claim, wherein the first segment comprises a graft covering.
