Claims (8)

having a bottom compartment portion and a top lid portion pivotally attached to the bottom compartment portion, the bottom compartment portion receiving and holding items to be sterilized, the top lid portion selectively covering the bottom compartment portion; an item holding container that allows a user to access items held within the bottom compartment;
An article disinfection assembly operatively associated with the article-holding container, comprising a power source, an ultraviolet (UV) light source in communication with the power source, an ozone source in communication with the power source, and (a) the ultraviolet (UV) light source and (b) ) means for turning the ozone source on and off, the ultraviolet (UV) light source having two laterally opposed light source matrices, the ozone source irradiating the article holding container with ozone; and disinfecting the articles held in the article holding container by circulating ozone, wherein the ultraviolet (UV) light source irradiates the article holding container with ultraviolet (UV) light after disinfection with ozone, an article disinfection assembly configured to decompose ozone in the article holding container;
An ultraviolet (UV) light source device using ozone in combination, comprising :
2. The combination ultraviolet (UV) light source apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a liner assembly communicating with said ozone source and containing ozone within said article-holding container.
3. The UV with ozone combination of claim 2 , comprising a rack within said liner assembly, said rack being supportable by said bottom compartment for supporting articles elevated within said bottom compartment within said liner assembly. (UV) light source device.
4. The ultraviolet (UV) light source apparatus in conjunction with ozone as recited in claim 3 , wherein double wall insulation is provided in said bottom compartment to stabilize temperature within said article container.
5. The article-holding container of claim 4 , wherein the bottom compartment has a space for receiving weighted material, the weighted material deflecting the article-holding container when received within the space for receiving the weighted material. Ultraviolet (UV) light source device using ozone in combination.
