2. The dispensing device of claim 1, wherein a first indicium of said plurality of dosage indicia is separated from a second indicia of said plurality of dosage indicia on said surface of said sidewall by about 180 degrees.

2. Dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein the reference level is proximate to the upper surface of the circular bottom element.
