The plurality of conductive threads are arranged in a linear and parallel pattern,
the plurality of conductive thread patterns are aligned with the longitudinal direction of the nonwoven web;
A substrate portion , wherein said gathered web is a series of overlapping layers of said composite substrate sheet .
