Claims (8)
- 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続している複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを保持する電池ホルダと、
前記複数の二次電池セルと接続された回路基板と、
前記電池ホルダを内部に収納する外装ケースと、
を備える電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダは、複数の分割ホルダに分割して構成されており、
各分割ホルダは、前記分割ホルダ同士を接合させる界面に、前記分割ホルダ同士を嵌合するための嵌合構造が形成されており、
前記分割ホルダ同士を前記嵌合構造で連結した状態で、前記電池ホルダは前記回路基板の周囲を側壁で囲んだ状態で保持する基板保持領域を形成しており、
前記基板保持領域において、前記分割ホルダ同士の嵌合構造で互いに嵌合された接合界面を表出させており、
前記基板保持領域において、前記回路基板の表面をポッティング樹脂で被覆してなる電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダが硬質の樹脂で構成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記嵌合構造が、インロー構造である電池パック。 - 請求項3に記載の電池パックであって、
前記嵌合構造が、
一方の分割ホルダの接合界面に形成された、互いに離間して形成された溝部と、
他方の分割ホルダの接合界面に形成された、前記溝部に圧入される挿入部とで構成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項4に記載の電池パックであって、
前記溝部を間に形成するよう離間された一対の挟持部がそれぞれ、ほぼ等しい厚さに形成されてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜5に記載の電池パックであって、
前記基板保持領域が、平面視において矩形状に形成されており、
該矩形状の長手方向に沿って、前記分割ホルダ同士の接合界面を位置させてなる電池パック。 - 請求項1〜6に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダを、ほぼ中央で二分割してなる電池パック。 - 互いに直列及び/又は並列に接続している複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを保持する電池ホルダと、
前記複数の二次電池セルと接続された回路基板と、
前記電池ホルダを内部に収納する外装ケースと、
を備える電池パックの製造方法であって、
前記電池ホルダを、複数の分割ホルダに分割した状態で、前記複数の二次電池セルを挟み込むようにして保持する工程と、
前記分割ホルダ同士を接合させる界面に形成された、前記分割ホルダ同士を嵌合するための嵌合構造でもって連結して前記電池ホルダを構成すると共に、該電池ホルダの上面に、前記回路基板の保持するための、前記分割ホルダ同士の嵌合構造で互いに嵌合された接合界面を表出させてなる基板保持領域を形成する工程と、
前記回路基板を、該回路基板の周囲を側壁で囲んだ状態で前記基板保持領域に保持する工程と、
前記基板保持領域において、前記回路基板の表面をポッティング樹脂で被覆して硬化させる工程と、
前記電池ホルダを前記外装ケースに収納する工程とを含む電池パックの製造方法。
