Description
The present invention relates to a paper container having a bottom surface, a cylindrical wall surface in close contact with a peripheral portion of the bottom surface, and a top closed portion in which the inner surfaces are linearly bonded to each other at the top of the wall surface.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, paper containers are widely used in the field of packaging containers, and a paper container having a bottom surface and a cylindrical wall surface closely attached to a peripheral portion of the bottom surface is known.
For example, in Patent Literature 1, a fan-shaped blank plate made of a wrapping material mainly composed of a paper layer is wound, and both side edges of the blank plate are bonded to form an upper-spread wall surface (body wall). At the lower portion of the wall surface (body wall), a bottom closed portion is formed in close contact with the peripheral edge of the circular bottom surface (bottom plate 4), and at the top (upper portion) of the wall surface (body wall), an open end portion is provided. There is disclosed a paper container in which the inner surfaces of the paper containers are linearly adhered to each other to form a closed top portion.
A paper container having a bottom surface and a cylindrical wall surface closely attached to the peripheral edge of the bottom surface is orthogonal to the linear top closure portion when the top portions of the wall surfaces are linearly bonded to form a top closure portion. The side of the bottom in the direction is deformed by being pulled upward toward the linear top closure.
In the known technique of Patent Literature 1, since the bottom surface (bottom plate 4) is circular, it is pulled when closing the top, so that the wall surface 520 (body wall) of the paper container 500 as shown in FIG. Has a lower end edge 522 (so-called “thread bottom”) having an arch shape with the direction in which the linear top closing portion 521 extends as the lowermost end, and becomes unstable when placed upright with the bottom surface 510 side down, and in some cases, May fall down.
In addition, it is conceivable to design the lower edge 522 of the wall surface 520 in anticipation of such a deformation. On the contrary, a state in which the lower edge 522 of the wall surface 520 is in an arch shape before closing the top closing portion 521 is considered. Therefore, it is necessary to closely contact the periphery of the bottom surface 510 in a cylindrical shape, and there is a problem that it is difficult to cope with the conventional manufacturing equipment.
The present invention is to solve these problems, and to provide a paper container that has a simple configuration, is stable even when placed upright with the bottom side down, and does not require special manufacturing equipment. It is intended for.
The paper container of the present invention is a paper container having a bottom surface and a cylindrical wall surface closely attached to a peripheral portion of the bottom surface, and a top closure in which inner surfaces are linearly bonded to each other at the top of the wall surface. The above-mentioned problem is solved in that the bottom surface has a portion extending in a direction in which the top closing portion extends in a direction extending in a direction perpendicular to the top closing portion.
According to the paper container according to claim 1, the bottom surface is lifted at the lower edge of the wall surface when closing the top portion because the top closing portion extends in the extending direction in the direction perpendicular to the top closing portion. And a stable paper container can be obtained even when a paper container manufactured by a general manufacturing process is placed upright with the bottom side down.
The dimensional ratio of the width of the bottom surface in the direction perpendicular to the top closure and the width of the top closure in the direction in which the top closure extends is preferably 1: 1.2 to 1: 2.5, and 1: 1.2 to 1: 2.5. If it is 1.8, the production in a general production process is easy and more preferable.
In addition, in order to facilitate the production in a general production process, it is preferable that the width of the bottom in the direction orthogonal to the top closure is 30 to 80 mm, and the height of the wall is the top closure of the bottom. It is preferably at least twice the crossing dimension in the direction perpendicular to the part, and the dimension projecting below the bottom surface of the wall surface is preferably 10 mm or less.
According to the configuration of the second aspect, the peripheral portion of the bottom surface has the long linear portion parallel to the direction in which the top closing portion extends, so that the long side portion contacts the linear shape even when inclined. Therefore, a more stable paper container can be obtained.
According to the configuration described in claim 3, the peripheral portion of the bottom surface has a linear short side parallel to the direction orthogonal to the top closing portion, so that the two short sides are at the lowest position. As a result, the paper container is prevented from tilting, and a more stable paper container can be obtained.
As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C, a paper container 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a bottom surface 110 and a cylindrical wall surface 120 that is in close contact with a peripheral portion of the bottom surface 110. The top of the wall 120 is provided with a top closing portion 121 in which the inner surfaces are linearly bonded to each other.
As shown in FIG. 1C, the peripheral edge of the bottom surface 110 includes two long sides 111 in a direction parallel to the top closure 121 and two short sides 112 in a direction perpendicular to the top closure 121. It has four corner curved portions 113 connecting respective ends of two long side portions 111 and two short side portions 112, and the bottom surface 110 is formed in a so-called rounded rectangular shape.
The wall surface 120 is formed by sticking a fan-shaped base paper as shown in FIG.
The bottom surface 110 is formed by bending the periphery of a base paper (not shown) downward and fixing the bent portion to the inner surface of the cylindrical wall surface 120 on the lower edge 122 side.
These steps are steps for manufacturing a well-known paper container such as a paper cup, whereby the bottom surface 110 side of the paper container 100 is formed so as to have a so-called thread bottom shape.
Then, after the contents are charged, the inner surfaces of the tops of the cylindrical wall surfaces 120 are linearly bonded to each other to provide the top closing portion 121, whereby the paper container 100 containing the contents is formed.
The base paper of the wall surface 120 and the bottom surface 110 is provided with a coating having a barrier layer and an adhesive layer on at least the inner surface side. This is performed by thermocompression bonding or ultrasonic welding of the adhesive layer.
In the vicinity of the top of the paper container 100, a straight line formed by intermittent cuts (so-called perforations), for example, as shown in FIGS. A zipper 124 is provided.
The position, direction, length, and the like of the zipper 124 can be set as appropriate according to the manner in which the contents are taken out.
In the example of FIG. 3A, a zipper 124 is provided horizontally below the top closing portion 121, and is suitable for removing the entire top closing portion 121 to make a large opening.
In the example of FIG. 3 (B), a notch 125 is provided in the top closing part 121, and a zipper 124 is provided diagonally from the notch 125 to the side. It is configured to remove a part of the top closure 121.
In the example of FIG. 3C, a cut portion 125 is provided in the top closing portion 121, and a zipper 124 is provided diagonally from the cut portion 125 to the side, and further, the zipper 124 is reversed from an intermediate portion of the zipper 124. Further, another zipper 124b is provided to the side of the top portion. As shown in the example of FIG. 3B, a part of the top closing portion 121 is removed according to a necessary opening area, and In response, the other zipper 124b can be cut off to remove the entire top closure 121 and open it greatly.
In the example of FIG. 3D, notches 125 are provided in the top closing portion 121, and zippers 124 c and 124 d are provided diagonally from the notch 125 toward both sides, respectively. It is configured such that the user can cut only the zipper 124c, only the zipper 124d, or both according to the opening area of the zipper 124c.
As shown in FIG. 1C, the bottom surface 110 is configured such that the width LL of the top closing portion 121 in the extending direction is longer than the width SL of the direction perpendicular to the top closing portion 121.
As long as the relationship of LL> SL is satisfied, the bottom surface 110 may have another shape such as an elliptical shape or an oval shape.
As a result, the lifting of the lower edge of the wall surface 120 when the top is closed becomes small, and even when the paper container 100 is manufactured by a general manufacturing process, the paper container 100 is placed upright with the bottom surface 110 side down. A stable paper container 100 can be obtained.
LL=長辺部111の長さ+コーナ部半径CR×2
SL=短辺部112の長さ+コーナ部半径CR×2
In the present embodiment, since the bottom surface 110 is formed in a so-called rounded rectangular shape,
LL = length of long side portion 111 + radius of corner portion CR × 2
SL = length of short side 112 + radius of corner CR × 2
Becomes
By having the linear long side portion 111 and the short side portion 112, the two short side portions 112 are located at the lowest position and are grounded in a straight line. When the long side portion 111 is grounded linearly, the stable paper container 100 can be obtained.
The dimensional ratio SL: LL of the crossing SL in the direction orthogonal to the top closing portion 121 of the bottom surface 110 and the extending LL in the direction in which the top closing portion 121 extends is preferably 1: 1.2 to 1: 2.5, When the ratio is 1: 1.2 to 1: 1.8, the production in a general production process is easy, and the volume can be secured, which is more preferable.
As specific dimensions, in order to make the manufacture in a general manufacturing process of a paper cup or the like easier, it is preferable that the crossover SL of the bottom surface 110 in the direction orthogonal to the top closing portion 121 is 30 to 80 mm. .
Furthermore, the height WH of the wall surface 120 is set in a direction orthogonal to the top closing portion 121 of the bottom surface 110 in order to make it easier to manufacture the paper cup or the like in a general manufacturing process while suppressing the lower edge from rising. Is preferably not less than twice (WH ≧ SL × 2), and the dimension TH protruding below the bottom surface 110 of the wall surface 120 is preferably not more than 10 mm.
JAPAN TAPPI No.18−2
JIS P8116Since the paper container 100 of the present invention is required to have both strength as a container and easy easiness when a user tears it open by hand, the base paper of the wall surface 120 has a basis weight of 150 to 350 g / m 2 . Yes, those having a tensile strength ratio CD: MD of 1: 2.0 or less in the “longitudinal” (MD) direction in which the paper flows during papermaking and the “horizontal” (CD) direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. used.
The barrier layer on the inner surface of the base paper of the wall 120 is made of a PET, PP, or HDPE uniaxially stretched film or an aluminum foil.
Experimental data on the relationship between the CD: MD of the base paper on the wall surface 120 and the appearance and easiness at the time of opening is shown below.
Using four types of base paper having the physical properties shown in Table 1 below, an opening test was performed using two types of zippers A and B shown in FIG.

And
In addition, ○ and Δ were evaluated as the allowable range of opening (can be opened cleanly without stress), and × was evaluated as out of the allowable range (it is difficult to open cleanly without stress).
Base paper A: If it is zipper shape A, it can be opened neatly with high probability. However, it is difficult to open the shape B cleanly.
Base paper C: Both zipper shapes A and B can be opened neatly with a high probability, but in some cases it was impossible at a rate of about 20%.
Base paper B: Regardless of the zipper shape, it can be opened neatly without stress.
From these evaluation results, it can be seen that those having a large CD: MD tensile strength ratio (base paper orientation) are not suitable, and base papers having a low tear strength in the CD direction are suitable.
Therefore, the basis weight of the base paper of the wall surface 120 is 150 to 350 g / m 2 , and the longitudinal (MD) and transverse (CD) tensile strength ratio CD: MD of the base paper of the wall surface 120 is 1: 2.0 or less. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the opening portion from being disturbed, to provide a paper container that can be easily opened without requiring an extra force.
Further, it is more preferable that the tensile strength ratio CD: MD is 1: 1.5 or less, and in consideration of ease of opening, the tear strength in the transverse (CD) direction of the base paper of the wall surface 120 is 1500 mN or less. Is more preferable if it is 1400 mN or less.
If the barrier layer on the inner surface of the base paper of the wall surface 120 is an aluminum foil, it can be easily torn at the same time as the base paper when the zipper is opened.
In addition, from the viewpoint of compatibility with metal detectors and environmental considerations, it is conceivable to use a resin film such as a PET film, which is a general-purpose barrier film. Since it is easily extended, even if the base paper is torn at the time of opening the zipper, there is a possibility that the resin film remains connected and defective opening may occur.
Therefore, by using a uniaxially stretched film of PET, PP, or HDPE, the opening can be easily opened without disturbing the opening portion and requiring no extra force.
In consideration of barrier performance and ease of opening, the thickness of the barrier layer is preferably from 7 to 30 μm, and more preferably from 7 to 12 μm.
