Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に係る医用画像表示装置を含むシステムの概要を示すハードウェア構成図である。
の取得が可能なCT装置などがある。

σ:健常者のボクセル値の標準偏差
また、画像解析部12Dは、第1の脳画像B1及び第2の脳画像B2を、造影剤を用いずに脳の血流動態を評価するASL(Arterial Spin Labeling)脳パフュージョン検査により血流量を算出することができる。
以下、医用画像表示装置1における脳画像の表示制御について説明する。図18は、医用画像表示装置1における脳画像の表示制御に関するフローチャートである。

Claims (14)
- 被検者の3次元の脳画像の入力を受け付ける画像取得部と、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像を複数の脳区域に分割する脳区域分割部と、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像から前記脳区域ごとの解析値を算出する画像解析部と、
前記脳区域と脳の機能との対応関係を示す情報を取得するデータ取得部と、
表示部と、
前記被検者の脳画像を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像と、前記脳区域に対応する前記脳の機能と、前記解析値とを対応づけて前記表示部に表示させる表示制御部と、
を備える医用画像表示装置。 - 前記表示制御部が、前記被検者の脳を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像上に、前記解析値を視認可能に表示させる、請求項1記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記被検者の脳を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像において、前記脳区域の前記解析値に応じて、前記脳区域の画像における色、輝度及び透明度のうちの少なくとも1つを変化させる、請求項1又は2記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記被検者の脳を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像を、3次元画像及び直交3断面画像のうちの少なくとも1つの表示形態で前記表示部に表示させる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、各脳区域の解析値をボクセル値として前記3次元画像を作成して表示させる、請求項4記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記直交3断面画像において、前記脳区域の解析値に応じて、前記脳区域の画像における色、輝度及び透明度のうちの少なくとも1つを変化させる、請求項4記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記脳区域の選択入力を受け付ける操作部を更に備え、
前記表示制御部が、前記操作部により選択された前記脳区域の画像、機能及び解析値を前記表示部に表示させる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の医用画像表示装置。 - 前記脳の機能の選択入力を受け付ける操作部を更に備え、
前記表示制御部が、前記操作部により選択された前記脳の機能に対応する脳区域の画像、機能及び解析値を前記表示部に表示させる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の医用画像表示装置。 - 前記表示制御部が、前記操作部により選択された前記脳区域の画像と、前記脳区域の周囲の脳区域の一部の画像を前記表示部に表示させる、請求項7又は8記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記脳区域の周囲の脳区域の一部の画像において、前記入力された前記脳区域からの距離に応じて、前記脳区域の画像における色、輝度及び透明度のうちの少なくとも1つを変化させる、請求項9記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記画像解析部が、前記被検者の過去の3次元の脳画像及び健常者の3次元の脳画像モデルのうち少なくとも一方と前記被検者の3次元の脳画像とを比較することにより求められた体積変化量、形状変化量、Zスコア、血流量及び梗塞又は出血の評価値のうちの少なくとも1つを、前記解析値として算出する、請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 前記脳区域分割部が、ブロードマンの脳地図又は脳賦活試験の統計データに基づいて前記被検者の3次元の脳画像を複数の脳区域に分割する、請求項1から11のいずれか1項記載の医用画像表示装置。
- 被検者の3次元の脳画像の入力を受け付ける画像取得ステップと、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像を複数の脳区域に分割する脳区域分割ステップと、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像から前記脳区域ごとの解析値を算出する画像解析ステップと、
前記脳区域と脳の機能との対応関係を示す情報を取得するデータ取得ステップと、
前記被検者の脳画像を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像と、前記脳区域に対応する前記脳の機能と、前記解析値とを対応づけて表示部に表示させる表示制御ステップと、
を備える医用画像表示方法。 - 被検者の3次元の脳画像の入力を受け付ける画像取得機能と、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像を複数の脳区域に分割する脳区域分割機能と、
前記被検者の3次元の脳画像から前記脳区域ごとの解析値を算出する画像解析機能と、
前記脳区域と脳の機能との対応関係を示す情報を取得するデータ取得機能と、
前記被検者の脳画像を前記脳区域に分割して示す画像と、前記脳区域に対応する前記脳の機能と、前記解析値とを対応づけて表示部に表示させる表示制御機能と、
をコンピュータに実現させる医用画像表示プログラム。
