Description
The present invention relates to a single-sided or double-sided adhesive tape having both light reflecting and light shielding functions used between a backlight case of a liquid crystal (LCD) display device used for mobile devices and the like and an LCD module. About.
In liquid crystal display devices used as image display devices for portable communication terminals, tablet computers, car navigation systems, portable game machines, etc., an adhesive tape is provided between the liquid crystal display unit and the backlight unit, thereby fixing both members. Yes. Moreover, this adhesive tape has a white light reflection layer and a black light shielding layer, for example, and contributes to the improvement of the brightness | luminance of a backlight surface and the prevention of the visibility fall by the light leakage from a backlight. Such pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes that contribute to both brightness enhancement and light shielding properties are disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 6, for example.
The light reflection layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of Patent Document 1 is composed of a biaxially stretched resin film of a polyester resin containing a white colorant. However, a light reflecting layer made of a resin film containing such a colorant is inferior in productivity and relatively difficult to adjust brightness (reflectance).
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of
The problem due to peeling of the printed layer also becomes a problem when performing the work (rework) of peeling off the adhesive tape from a member such as an LCD panel and reattaching it. In the adhesive tape of
However, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes of
The influence of the interaction between the pressure-sensitive adhesive component and the printing layer component extends not only to the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive force, but also to most physical properties necessary as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, such as tack, which is an index of stickiness and stickiness. In addition, the verification experiment is complicated because the influence of the interaction varies depending on the environment such as the temperature, humidity, and storage time where the adhesive tape is placed. Therefore, the present inventors considered that the solution of the problem is difficult as long as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the printing layer are in contact with each other.
By the way, from the viewpoint of stability against thermal deterioration, deterioration with time, etc., a silicone-based adhesive having higher durability than a general acrylic adhesive may be required. When using a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, it is necessary to perform primer treatment on the base material in order to improve adhesion to the base material. However, when a solution in which the primer component is dissolved is applied to the printing layer, the printing layer may swell due to the influence of the organic solvent contained in the primer solution, and the printing layer may be peeled off from the substrate to cause pinholes.
In
An object of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having both a light reflecting property and a light shielding property, which hardly causes pinholes due to blocking of a laminated base material or peeling of a printed layer, and allows adjustment of physical properties such as adhesive strength. An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that is easy and excellent in reworkability, for example, to which a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be easily applied.
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that it is very effective to use a laminated base material having a specific layer structure, and have completed the present invention.
That is, the present invention is an adhesive tape having a laminated substrate and an adhesive layer provided on at least one surface of the laminated substrate, wherein the laminated substrate is printed on at least one layer of black A laminate in which layers are laminated and a laminate in which at least one light-colored printing layer is laminated on a support are bonded to each other on the printed layer side through an adhesive layer. It is an adhesive tape.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, since the printing layer is present inside the support, pinholes due to blocking or peeling of the printing layer are hardly generated, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the light shielding property and the light reflecting property from being lowered. Moreover, since the printing layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are not in contact with each other, component transfer between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the printing layer does not occur, and physical properties such as adhesive force can be easily adjusted, and reworkability is excellent. Application of the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer by primer treatment is also easy.
Drawing 1 is a typical sectional view showing one embodiment in case the adhesive tape of the present invention is a double-sided adhesive tape. In this embodiment, the laminated base material comprises a laminate in which the
Moreover, since the laminated base material in this invention has the above-mentioned specific layer structure, also when winding a laminated base material in roll shape immediately after manufacture of a laminated base material (before formation of the adhesive layer 5), printing layers are mutually. Pinholes due to blocking and printing layer peeling are unlikely to occur. As a result, it is possible to prevent a decrease in light shielding properties and reflectivity, and excellent reworkability.

(Vs. SUS adhesive strength)
In accordance with JIS Z 0237 (2000), the adhesive strength to the SUS plate was measured.
(Transmission density)
Using a portable black and white transmission densitometer (trade name TM-5, manufactured by Ihara Denshi Kogyo Co., Ltd.), the transmission density of the double-sided adhesive tape was measured. Since the measurement range of the apparatus is 0.0 to 6.0, the transmission density exceeding the range is expressed as “6.0 or more”.

Holding force and tack were measured according to JIS Z 0237 (2000). However, the holding power was measured under the conditions of a sticking area of 20 × 20 mm, a load of 1 kg, a heating temperature of 70 ° C., and a heating time of 60 minutes.
(Adhesive strength to PC)
In accordance with JIS Z 0237 (2000), the adhesive force to the polycarbonate plate was measured.
<評価>
<Evaluation>
As is clear from the results shown in Table 1, the adhesive tape of Example 1 was excellent in all physical properties, and the adhesiveness, holding power, and tack on the black side and light color side were almost equal. Moreover, it has a layer structure in which printing peeling and pinholes cannot occur during the manufacturing process. In addition, rework can be done with peace of mind.
On the other hand, the adhesive tape of Comparative Example 1 in which the
In the adhesive tape of Comparative Example 2, the
Next, the following constant load peel test was performed on the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. The results are shown in Table 2.
(Constant load peel test)

<評価>
<Evaluation>
As is clear from the results shown in Table 2, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of Example 1 had little deviation over time. Therefore, for example, in the secondary processing such as punching processing, the adhesive does not adhere to the guide roll together with the printing layer, and it is expected that there will be no trouble in the process even after use for a long time storage. .
(Normal and after heating vs. SUS adhesion)
In accordance with JIS Z 0237 (2000), the adhesive strength to the SUS plate was measured. However, the adhesive strength after heating was measured by subjecting it to a heat treatment at 120 ° C. for 2 hours in a heating oven, and after standing at room temperature for 2 hours, the adhesive strength was measured under the conditions defined in JIS Z 0237 (2000).

<評価>
<Evaluation>
