Abstract
Description
予熱熱交換器28は、いわゆるシェルアンドチューブ式の熱交換器であり、上述したように水供給管21の途中に設けられている。図2および図3に示すように、予熱熱交換器28は、胴体28a(シェル)および複数の伝熱管28b(チューブ)を有している。胴体28aは、水平方向且つ上下流方向に延びる円柱状の容器である。複数の伝熱管28bは、直線状の管であり、胴体28aの内部に設けられている。伝熱管28bは、上下流方向に延びる状態で設けられている。胴体28aには、ドレンの流入口28eおよび排出口28fが設けられ、流入口28eにドレン圧送管35が接続され排出口28fにドレン排出管36が接続されている。また、胴体28aには、入口側(上流側)に水供給管21と連通する流入室28cが形成され、出口側(下流側)に水供給管21と連通する流出室28dが形成されている。複数の伝熱管28bは、一端(流入端)が流入室28cに連通し、他端(流出端)が流出室28dに連通している。

Claims (3)
- 蒸気供給管および水供給管が接続され、該水供給管から供給された水が上記蒸気供給管から供給された蒸気と熱交換して温水になる主熱交換器と、
上記主熱交換器で蒸気が凝縮して発生したドレンが流入し、該流入したドレンを圧送するドレン圧送装置と、
上記水供給管の途中に設けられ、上記ドレン圧送装置から圧送されたドレンが流入する容器状の胴体と、該胴体内に設けられ且つ上記水供給管の水が流通する伝熱管とを有し、上記伝熱管の水が上記胴体内のドレンと熱交換して加熱されるシェルアンドチューブ式の予熱熱交換器とを備えている
ことを特徴とする温水生成装置。 - 請求項1に記載の温水生成装置において、
上記予熱熱交換器の上記胴体には、ドレンの排出口が、上下方向における略中央位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする温水生成装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の温水生成装置において、
上記予熱熱交換器の上記胴体には、上記ドレン圧送装置から圧送されたドレンの流入口が、上下方向における略中央位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする温水生成装置。
