Claims (6)
- 電圧を加えることで面方向に変形するフィルムと、
前記フィルムを挟むように設けられる一対の振動板と、を備え、
前記一対の振動板の両端部は、前記一対の振動板が撓むように、前記フィルムの両端部に固定される、振動装置。 - 前記一対の振動板は互いに同一形状である、請求項1に記載の振動装置。
- 前記フィルムは、両主面に電極が形成された圧電性樹脂からなる圧電フィルムである、請求項1または2に記載の振動装置。
- 前記圧電性樹脂はポリフッ化ビニリデンを材料とする、請求項3に記載の振動装置。
- 前記圧電性樹脂はポリ乳酸を材料とする、請求項3に記載の振動装置。
- 一方の前記振動板の主面のうち前記フィルム側の反対側に設けられ、タッチ操作を検出するタッチ検出部と、
前記タッチ検出部がタッチ操作を検出したときに、前記フィルムに駆動信号を印加する駆動部と、をさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の振動装置。
