Claims (8)
- アルミニウム合金鋳造用の組織微細化剤であって、
アルミニウム合金鋳造材と同じ組成を有する母相を有し、その母相中にアルミニウム合金鋳造材を構成する組織を微細化する組織微細化物質が含まれている組織微細化剤。 - 前記母相中に、初晶Alを微細化する初晶Al微細化物質と共晶組織を微細化する共晶組織微細化物質とが含まれている請求項1に記載の組織微細化剤。
- 初晶Al微細化物質がAl3Ti粒子であり、共晶組織微細化物質がNa、SbあるいはSrのいずれかの元素を含む、請求項2に記載の組織微細化剤。
- 共晶組織微細化物質がフラックスである、請求項3に記載の組織微細化剤。
- 前記母相がAl−Si−Mg合金であり、共晶組織微細化物質がNaフラックスである、請求項4に記載の組織微細化剤。
- アルミニウム合金鋳造材であって、
Al相と、
AlとMgとSiを含む共晶組織と、を含み、
前記Al相の粒径が、20μm以上80μm以下であり、
前記共晶組織のラメラ間隔が、9μm以下である、アルミニウム合金鋳造材。 - アルミニウム合金鋳造用の組織微細化剤の製造方法であって、
アルミニウム合金鋳造材と同じ組成を有する母相物質と、アルミニウム合金鋳造材を構成する組織を微細化する組織微細化物質とを混合して混合粉末を作製する工程と、
前記混合粉末を、9MPa以上50MPa以下、150℃以上550℃以下の環境下で焼結する工程と、を備える製造方法。 - 前記焼結は、放電プラズマ焼結装置で実施される請求項7に記載の製造方法。
