Description
The present invention relates to a foot supporter having an impact absorbing function, and more particularly to a foot supporter having an impact absorbing function useful for kendo or the like that momentarily receives a strong impact force on the sole.
In a kendo competition, when a sword hits the opponent with a bamboo sword, for example, one foot (usually the right foot) is strongly stepped forward to strike a hand, face or torso or thrust. It is generally said that the time from stepping on to hitting is about 0.1 to 0.2 seconds, and a load of about 14 to 15 times the weight is applied to the stepping foot within this momentary time. It is said. For this reason, not only the load from the sole part to the heel part, but also the load on the knee is large, and the sole, knee, and Achilles tendon are often damaged.
Especially for athletes who have hurt their knees or Achilles tendon in the past, such a heavy load is physically and mentally painful at the time of competition and training, and adversely affects the competition. Is. For example, there is a possibility that an appropriate impact cannot be made because a drastic stepping-in cannot be performed, or a continuous smooth operation may be hindered. In addition, because of the excessive stepping, there is a possibility that the damaged part is further deteriorated and other parts are also damaged. Furthermore, there is a risk that it will be difficult or lacking to maintain concentration.
In addition, although it was conventionally thought that the load at the time of depressing was received mainly on the heel part, it has recently been found that the load is received from the arch part of the sole toward the heel part.
Conventionally, a tabi for kendo has been provided, which has only a function of protecting the skin of the sole and the heel. An ankle support is also provided for the purpose of fixing the ankle and keeping warm.

A detachably mounted main body made of a material having a first shock absorbing mechanism provided on the arch portion of the sole covering portion of the main body, and a second shock provided on the heel covering portion of the main body. The first shock absorbing mechanism portion is formed so that the thickness thereof is larger than the thickness of the second shock absorbing mechanism portion, and configured to absorb a large impact force. The main body is configured such that when the main body is mounted on a foot, the vicinity of the base portion of the toe of the foot is not covered with the sole covering portion and is exposed.
(2) In the configuration of (1) above, the base portion side of the toe of the main body is configured to have a thickness of at least 3 mm.
(3) In the configuration of (1) or (2) above, the base part of the toe of the main body is configured to require a pulling force of at least 900 g to lift up.
(4) a sole covering portion in which a first shock absorbing mechanism portion is provided on the arch portion so as to be in an exposed state without being covered in the vicinity of the base portion of the toe when worn; A heel covering portion provided with a second shock absorbing mechanism portion located at the heel portion at the time of mounting, and the thickness of the first shock absorbing mechanism portion is that of the second shock absorbing mechanism portion. It is characterized by being formed so as to be larger than the thickness and capable of absorbing a large impact force.
(5) In the configuration of (1), (2), (3) or (4), the first shock absorbing mechanism and the second shock absorbing mechanism are made of the same material. It is characterized by that.

According to the above-described configuration, the first shock absorbing mechanism portion and the second shock absorbing mechanism portion absorb a large shock that occurs instantaneously when the foot is depressed, and the load on the sole and the heel portion can be reduced. As a result, adverse effects on competition and training can be eliminated, injury and the like can be prevented, and safety can be improved.
In addition, since the first shock absorbing mechanism portion is thicker and larger than the second shock absorbing mechanism portion, the floor surface or the like always comes to the foot in the order of the arch part to the heel, As described above, it is possible to eliminate a large load applied around the ridge. Furthermore, since the base of the toes is configured to be exposed without being covered, the wearer can obtain appropriate friction without slipping on the floor surface during competition or training, It is practical without hindering operation.
In addition, the base part of the toes of the main body is configured to require at least 900g of pulling force to lift up, so even if it is a strong step, it will not be lifted up easily and will be displaced. Therefore, it is useful without adversely affecting the competition.
According to the present invention, it is possible to absorb a large load that occurs instantaneously when depressing, so that the impact on the sole and the heel part can be reduced, and adverse effects on competition and training can be eliminated. In addition, since the first shock absorbing mechanism part is thicker and larger than the second shock absorbing mechanism part, the foot will always reach the floor surface, etc. It is possible to eliminate the application of a large load at the center.
In addition, according to the present invention, since the impact on the sole and the heel part due to a large load can be reduced, there is an excellent practical effect that it is possible to prevent injury and improve safety. In addition, according to the present invention, the vicinity of the base of the toes is configured to be exposed without being covered, so that the wearer does not slip during competition or training, and the operation is hindered. Without fail, it is possible to realize a reliable operation as expected, which is practical and useful.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The foot support according to the present embodiment (also referred to as a sole supporter) is for a kendo that is detachably mounted from around the ankle to the base of the toe (in the vicinity of the boundary between the stepping portion F2 and the stepping portion F3 in FIG. 5). It is a foot supporter. The kendo foot supporter includes a main body 100, a first
The main body 100 is made of a stretchable and durable material (for example, elastic fiber knitted fabric), and has a hollow inside and a foot (usually assuming a right foot that is a stepping foot of the wearer) in the hollow portion. It is composed of a
The
この踵被覆部140の上面側(本体100の内側)には、熱可塑性合成樹脂の一つであるEVA(Ethylene−Vinyl Acetate:エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂)から成る第二の衝撃吸収材300を設けている。
The

The
The second shock-absorbing
When the main body 100 is detachably attached to the foot, the

The operation of the above configuration will be described below.
Stepping into the inside of the main body 100, with the
When the wearer vigorously depresses the foot to which the kendo foot supporter is attached for the hitting, the toes F1 and the stepping portion F2 which are in an exposed state without being covered with the main body 100 are caused by friction with the floor surface or the like. , You can step firmly without slipping. Then, the stepping foot reaches the floor surface from the arch portion F3 to the buttocks F4.
As for the load applied to the stepping foot, first, a large load is applied to the
Now, with respect to the supporter according to the present embodiment and the supporter that has been commercially available, a measurement experiment relating to the comparison of the strength of adhesion to the foot when the supporter is worn has been performed.
As a reference for the strength of adhesion, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), a load is applied to the end (toe side) of the
In this experiment, as shown in FIG. 6B, the supporter according to the present embodiment is a nylon, silk, ester and neoprene rubber blend except for the
The spring balance used in this experiment has a maximum measurable load of 1,000 g and can be measured in units of 1 g.
As an experimental procedure, first, one end of the
The measurement results and average values are as shown in FIG. That is, the supporter according to the present embodiment requires a pulling force of at least 900 g in order to roll up.
In addition, it can be seen that the supporter according to the present embodiment has a strength that is approximately 2.3 to 3.2 times that of the conventional supporter in terms of the average value of the pulling force. Because of this strength, even if the supporter wears his / her foot for striking, the main body 100 does not easily roll up or shift.
According to the above embodiment, the first
In addition, since the first
Further, the base part of the toe of the main body 100 is configured to require at least 900 g of pulling force to lift up, so even if it is strongly stepped on, it will not be lifted up easily and will shift. Therefore, it is useful without adversely affecting the competition.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the material of the shock absorbing material may be, for example, polyurethane shock absorbing cushioning material “Sorbo” (Japanese registered trademark of Sanshin Kosan Co., Ltd.), foamed gel or gel chip. Anything can be used as long as it can absorb a load caused by a large impact, is durable and can be designed compactly. Also, the shape, size, and thickness of the shock absorber are not limited, so that the first shock absorber is subjected to a large load and subsequently the second shock absorber is loaded. It only needs to be configured. Furthermore, the material of the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber need not be the same. For example, EVA is used for the first shock absorber and polyurethane shock is used for the second shock absorber. Different materials may be used, such as using an absorption buffer material. Further, the main body may be any material having stretchability and durability, and of course, various deformations are possible.
Furthermore, as long as the first shock absorber is thicker than the second shock absorber, the first shock absorber and the second shock absorber may be integrally formed. It is. Of course, the second shock absorber may be formed in a cup shape so as to wrap the bag.
The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the gist thereof.
The foot supporter according to the present invention is not limited to kendo, but can also be used for martial arts, exercise, and work in which a large load is instantaneously applied to the sole and the heel part.
