Description

The present invention relates to a wipe dispenser in which a wipe laminate is stored in a storage body. In the present invention, “wipe” refers to a wiping material, and more specifically, a soft fiber sheet attached with a chemical solution, which can exhibit a function of wiping off unnecessary matter on a solid surface. The concept of wipe includes, for example, wiping, body wash, make-up removal, toilet seat cleaner and the like.

In the wipe dispenser formed in a bag shape or the like, a wipe laminated body formed by continuously folding a large number of wipes is accommodated in the storage body, and the extraction hole member attached in close contact with the storage body Are formed with extraction holes for pulling out the wipes one by one.
In the wipe laminated body, each wipe overlaps with an adjacent wipe at the end portion, so that when the leading wipe is pulled, a subsequent wipe can be continuously moved. Hereinafter, a set of a plurality of wipes in this state is referred to as a “wipe linkage”.
In the wipe dispenser, an orifice member in which an orifice for imparting resistance to the passing wipe is formed inside the take-out hole. As a result, when the wipe is pulled out from the storage body, the wipe coupling body is separated at the boundary portion of the plurality of wipes that have just passed through the orifice, and the leading end located further than that Only one wipe is taken out (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

In the wipe dispenser in which the wipe stack is stored in the storage body, as the wipe is consumed, the bulk of the wipe stack that is folded and stored in the storage body gradually decreases. Along with this, the distance between the surface of the wipe laminate and the orifice is increased, and the tension state of the wipe coupling body passing through the orifice becomes easy to loosen. As a result, the wipe coupling body can easily pass through the orifice, and the resistance applied to the wipe coupling body is reduced.
Then, the wipe linkage does not separate well at the boundary between the wipe that is drawn out in advance and the next wipe, or the timing of separation of the wipe linkage is delayed, and the wipe is Contrary to the intention, there may be a situation in which a plurality of sheets come out and an excessive number of wipes are exposed. If an excessive number of wipes are exposed, the lid on the outside of the wipes will not be securely closed due to those wipes, and the wipe stack will dry in the container, simulating deterioration in quality during use. It may be lost.
Further, in the wipe dispenser, it is important to suppress as much as possible the possibility that the constituent members may unnecessarily come into contact with other members during the manufacturing and assembling work of the wipe dispenser and cause an obstacle. Even in automatic assembly or the like using an automatic manufacturing machine for wipe dispensers, it is desirable in terms of smooth assembly work during manufacturing.
According to the present invention, even when the wipe is consumed and the bulk of the wipe stack in the storage body gradually decreases, the resistance applied to the wipe engagement body can be prevented from being reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a wipe dispenser that can be well separated from the next wipe and prevent the occurrence of problems such as drying of the wipe laminate in the storage body.
Further, the present invention prevents the components of the wipe dispenser from unnecessarily coming into contact with other members at the time of manufacturing and assembling work, and makes the assembling work smooth and easy at the time of manufacturing. An object of the present invention is to provide a wipe dispenser that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, the wipe dispenser of the present invention includes a wipe laminate including a plurality of wipes, and the wipe laminate can be accommodated therein, and the wipe is drawn out from an extraction hole that can pass through the wipe. A wipe dispenser comprising: a storage body provided with a possible extraction hole member; and a lid body capable of closing and opening the extraction hole from the outside, wherein the wipe laminate is stored in the storage body. Between the laminate, there is provided an orifice member in which an orifice is formed to give resistance to the wipe when the wipe is drawn out from the take-out hole, and the wipe laminate accompanying the withdrawal of the wipe from the take-out hole The orifice member is configured to move to the inner side of the container in accordance with the amount of decrease in the bulk of the container, and the orifice member is supported by the take-out hole member and is stored. In which is biased toward the deeper side of the body.
And in this invention, the holding material for hold | maintaining the orifice member in the state attracted in the direction which resists urging | biasing force may be provided so that the state holding the orifice member can be cancelled | released. Moreover, in that case, the holding member may be provided so that the orifice member can be held without being accessed from the outside through the take-out hole.
Further, in the present invention, there is provided an opening member that can make the extraction hole open by sealing the extraction hole and removing it outside the extraction hole, and if the opening member is removed from the extraction hole, the holding material is an orifice. The holding material may be connected to the opening member so as not to hold the member. In that case, the holding material is provided so as to protrude from the back surface side of the opening member to the inside of the storage body, and an engaging portion is formed in the holding material to be detachably engaged with the orifice member, and the opening member seals the extraction hole. In this state, the engaging portion engages with the orifice member to hold the holding material in a state of being pulled toward the outlet hole member, and when the opening member is removed from the outlet hole, the engaging portion is engaged with the orifice member. The orifice member may be disengaged and pressed against the wipe laminate.
In the present invention, the holding material may be connected to the lid so that the holding material does not hold the orifice member when the lid is opened.
In the present invention, there is provided an opening member that can be made open by sealing the extraction hole and removing it outside the extraction hole, and the holding material bonds the back surface of the opening member and the orifice member. In the state where the opening member seals the extraction hole, the adhesive bonds the back surface of the opening member and the orifice member and holds the orifice member in a state of being pulled against the urging force. When the is removed from the take-out hole, the adhesion between the opening member and the orifice member may be peeled off, and the orifice member may be pressed against the wipe laminate.
In the present invention, the orifice member may be cantilevered near the inner position of the take-out hole of the storage body, and the free end side of the orifice member may be biased toward the back side of the storage body, Alternatively, the orifice member may be movably disposed near the inside position of the take-out hole of the storage body, and the whole orifice member may be biased toward the back side of the storage body.

According to the present invention, even if the orifice member is constantly pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate by an urging force, even if the wipe is consumed and the bulk of the wipe laminate gradually decreases, the surface of the wipe laminate Since the distance from the orifice is not separated and the resistance applied to the wipe from the orifice is not reduced, the wipe is well separated and the quality of use is improved. Further, according to the present invention, when the holding material is provided, the holding material holds the orifice member in a direction against the urging force when the wipe dispenser is not used. Assembly work can be performed smoothly and easily with an automatic machine.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 9 show a wipe dispenser according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIGS. 2 to 5, description of the holding member 25 described later is omitted for convenience of explanation.
FIG. 1 is an external view of a wipe dispenser. The housing 3 in which the opening 2 is formed at the central portion of one surface is formed into a pillow-shaped bag, for example, by a flexible plastic film having airtightness, and the portions other than the opening 2 are It is hermetically sealed by heat sealing or the like. The storage body 3 may have a single-layer structure, but may also have a multi-layer structure, and a wipe laminate 6N described later is stored in the storage body 3. In addition, you may use things other than a bag shape as the storage body 3, for example, you may use the box-shaped thing etc. which were formed with the rigid plastics.
The opening 2 is formed in a square shape at the center of the widest surface of the housing 3. However, the shape of the opening 2 is not limited to this example, and other shapes may be used. An extraction hole member 4 made of a rigid plastic material is closely attached and fixed to the opening 2. The extraction hole member 4 is formed with an extraction hole 8 through which a wipe taken out from the storage body 3 passes to communicate with the opening 2 of the storage body 3, and the outer end of the extraction hole 8 is closed and opened from the outside. A free lid 5 is attached to the extraction hole member 4 so as to be freely opened and closed.
In the closed state, the lid 5 engages with the edge of the outer end of the extraction hole 8 to close the extraction hole 8. The take-out hole member 4 and the lid 5 are integrally formed of, for example, a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene via a hinge portion 5a that serves as a pivotal movement axis. The extraction hole member 4 is airtightly fixed to the inner surface side of the housing 3 along the edge of the opening 2 by means such as hot melt or heat welding. The hatched portion indicated by P in FIG. 1 is the fixed portion. In addition, the extraction hole member 4 and the lid body 5 may be formed as separate bodies and configured to be combined.
2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. In addition, the below-mentioned opening member which can make the extraction hole 8 into an open state by sealing the extraction hole 8 and removing to the outer side of the extraction hole 8 is arrange | positioned in the edge part of the back | inner side of the extraction hole 8. However, FIG. 2 shows a state after the opening member is removed.
The wipe laminated body 6N stored in the storage body 3 is formed by continuously folding a plurality of wipes. The wipe laminated body 6N may be one in which individual wipes are folded in a so-called Z-fold manner and the adjacent wipes are overlapped with each other at the end portions. When the leading edge (that is, the uppermost) wipe of such a wipe stack 6N is pulled, the adjacent wipes are overlapped with each other, so that they are pulled by the leading edge wipe and the subsequent wipes move. As described above, in the present case, a continuous wipe that is pulled by the most advanced wipe and in which the subsequent wipe can move is referred to as a wipe engagement body 6. In the wipe coupling body 6, the contact portions of adjacent wipes can be separated, and one wipe 6 a that is no longer in contact with the succeeding portion at the tip of the wipe coupling body 6 is separated from the wipe coupling body 6. Is done.
The material of the wipe is obtained by impregnating a base fabric formed using, for example, paper, woven fabric, or non-woven fabric made of synthetic fiber or natural fiber with a chemical solution or the like. Examples of the chemical solution include alcohols, water or a mixture thereof, and include fragrances, antibacterial agents, deodorants, surfactants, preservatives, dyes, antifoaming agents, antioxidants, clarifying agents, You may mix | blend a solubilizing agent etc. Moreover, you may use the base fabric, chemical | medical solution, etc. which consist of another material.
A short cylindrical outer peripheral wall 10 is formed outside the outer periphery of the extraction hole 8 so as to be concentric with the extraction hole 8. The gap between the outer edge peripheral wall 10 and the extraction hole 8 is closed on the back side, and when the lid 5 is closed, the side wall edge of the lid 5 is buried in the recess between the extraction hole 8 and the outer edge peripheral wall 10. It becomes a state. Until the start of use, the take-out hole 8 is sealed by a later-described opening member 20 attached to the end on the back side, but when the use of the wipe dispenser is started and the opening member 20 is removed, FIG. As shown in (3A), the inside of the take-out hole 8 is completely in communication with the inside of the housing 3.
As shown in (3B) of FIG. 3, the orifice member 14, which is a “constituent member” arranged in the storage body 3 that is connected to the back surface of the extraction hole member 4 and is located inside the extraction hole 8, An orifice 13 is formed for imparting resistance to the passing wipe (wipe linkage 6). The orifice 13 is a well-known one, and when the wipe coupling body 6 is pulled out from the storage body 3 as shown in order in FIGS. 4 (4A), (4B), and (4C), the orifice 13 By the frictional resistance acting on the wipe passing through the inside of the wiper 13 (4A), the wipes are separated at the boundary between the two wipes just passing through the orifice 13 (4B) and beyond. Only the most advanced wipe 6a located on the side is taken out. Then, the remaining most distal end portion 6aN of the wipe linking body 6 is protruded slightly outward from the orifice 13 (4C).
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the orifice 13 is illustrated in a form in which slits 13b are formed in the partition portions of a plurality of oval holes 13a arranged in parallel. . However, the orifice 13 is known in various shapes, and any shape of the orifice 13 may be adopted. The shape of the orifice 13 may be unknown.
In the wipe dispenser of this embodiment, the orifice member 14 in which the orifice 13 is formed is cantilevered on the back surface portion of the extraction hole member 4 as shown in FIGS. However, the orifice member 14 of the present invention may be supported by means other than cantilever support.
The orifice member 14 shown in this example is formed in a plate shape that is convexly curved toward the inner side of the housing 3 from a predetermined position on the base end 14a side toward the free end 14b side. The free end 14b side is biased toward the back side of the storage body 3 (that is, the direction pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate 6N).
In this embodiment, the urging force is applied to the orifice member 14 by the elasticity of the orifice member 14 itself. However, the orifice member 14 may be provided with an elastic material for applying an urging force to the orifice member 14. The base end 14a of the orifice member 14 refers to a region near the end on the support portion side when the orifice member 14 is cantilevered by the take-out hole member 4, and the free end 14b refers to the base end. The region near the end on the side opposite to 14 a and not supported by the extraction hole member 4.
As shown by a broken line in FIG. 2, the orifice member 14 extends so as to be inclined obliquely in the back direction of the storage body 3 in a natural state (T0) where no load is applied, and the free end 14b is stored in the storage body. It is formed so as to be positioned below the bottom of 15. The orifice member 14 is elastically deformed from the natural state to the state when pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate 6N. As a result, the free end 14 b side of the orifice member 14 is urged toward the back side of the housing 3 as indicated by the arrow K by the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation of the orifice member 14.
As described above, the wipe member is used by wiping the free end 14b side of the orifice member 14 toward the inner side of the housing 3 as shown in the order of T1 and T2 in FIG. Even if the bulkiness of 6N gradually decreases, the orifice member 14 is always kept pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate 6N. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, in a state where the bulkiness of the wipe laminate 6 </ b> N is reduced, the orifice member 14 is inclined with respect to the pulling direction of the wipe engagement body 6 and passes through the orifice 13. The direction where the portion that has come out to the outside (retreat direction (arrow S in FIG. 5)) and the direction in which the wiper linkage 6 just before passing through the orifice 13 heads (entrance direction (arrow R in FIG. 5)) And make an angle.
In this way, the greater the angle formed between the retreat direction S and the entry direction R of the wipe engaging body 6, the stronger the frictional resistance acts on the wipe from the orifice 13. As a result, the most advanced wipe 6a of the preceding wipe linkage 6 can be separated from the subsequent wipe linkage 6 at an appropriate position and pulled away.
In the wipe dispenser of the embodiment configured in this way, even when the bulk of the wipe laminate 6N is low, a state in which an appropriate frictional resistance is applied from the orifice 13 to the wipe (wipe linkage 6) is maintained. Therefore, it is difficult to cause a situation in which the wiper engagement body 6 slips through the orifice 13 without receiving an appropriate frictional resistance from the orifice 13. Further, as a result of no delay in the timing at which the wipe linking body 6 is separated, it is possible to prevent the wipe from being exposed to the outside more than necessary, and the lid 5 can be securely closed, and the storage body 3 can prevent the wipe laminated body 6N accommodated in 3 from being dried.
6 shows a state before the wipe dispenser is started to be used, and is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the II-II cross section in FIG. When the wipe dispenser is not used (that is, before the start of use), the opening member 20 provided on the inner side of the lid 5 is used to completely prevent the wipe laminated body 6N stored in the storage body 3 from drying. Thus, the extraction hole 8 is completely sealed. And if the opening member 20 is removed outside from the extraction hole 8, the sealing state of the extraction hole 8 can be cancelled | released.
The opening member 20 is formed by integral molding with the extraction hole member 4 so as to form a state in which the bottom of the extraction hole 8 is closed. A fragile portion 21 having a V-shaped cross section is formed on the entire outer periphery of the opening member 20. Further, as shown in FIG. 7 in which the opening member 20 and its peripheral portion are extracted, a pull-top ring 22 that can be pulled outward with a fingertip is integrated with the opening member 20 on the surface side of the opening member 20. It is formed by molding.
In the unused state of the wipe dispenser in which the opening member 20 has not been removed from the extraction hole 8, the extraction hole 8 is sealed with the opening member 20, and when the pull top ring 22 is pulled outward, the fragile portion 21 is It is sheared and the opening member 20 is removed to the outside. At this time, the entire inner area of the take-out hole 8 forms a part that communicates the outside with the inside of the storage body 3, and a state is formed in which the wipe engagement body 6 can be pulled out from the inside of the storage body 3. In addition, about the opening member 20 once removed, it cannot attach to the extraction hole 8 so that it may be in an original state again.
The wipe dispenser is preferably provided with a holding material 25. In the example shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a pair of holding members 25 project from the back surface of the opening member 20 (that is, the surface facing the inside of the storage body 3) toward the inside of the storage body 3. ing. The holding member 25 holds the orifice member 14 in a state of being pulled toward the extraction hole member 4 against the urging force so that the orifice member 14 is not pressed against the wipe laminate 6N.
The holding member 25 of this embodiment protrudes from the back surface side of the opening member 20 as shown in FIG. 8 showing the state of the orifice member 14 viewed from the back side, FIG. 6, FIG. It is formed in the shape of a thin rod that is connected to the opening member 20. Specifically, the holding material 25 shown in this example is integrally formed with the opening member 20. Further, in this embodiment, two holding members 25 are provided, and an engaging portion 25a that is detachably engaged with the back surfaces of the left and right sides of the orifice member 14 is formed at the tip of each holding member 25. Yes. The engaging portion 25a is formed in a hook shape in this embodiment, but other shapes may be used. The engagement by the engagement portion 25a with respect to the orifice member 14 is formed so that the engagement of the engagement portion 25a with respect to the orifice member 14 is released when the holding member 25 is appropriately moved.
As shown in FIG. 9 (9A), in the unused state where the unsealing member 20 is not removed, the engaging portion 25a is engaged with both the left and right sides of the orifice member 14, and the orifice member 14 is rotated. The state where the orifice member 14 is attracted to the vicinity of the back surface of the extraction hole member 4 is held against the urging force to be caused. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the orifice member 14 can be held at a position where it does not touch the surface of the wipe laminate 6N.
As described above, when the wiper dispenser is configured so that the orifice member 14 can be held in the vicinity of the back surface of the extraction hole member 4, the work process can be smoothly performed even in the wipe dispenser manufacturing process. Becomes easy. That is, it is possible to suppress the possibility that the orifice member 14 will inadvertently jump out in the direction toward the inside of the storage body 3 in the work process after the orifice member 14 is brought to a position near the back surface of the extraction hole member 4. Therefore, each operation such as the fixing process between the housing 3 and the take-out hole member 4 can be performed smoothly and easily with an automatic manufacturing machine or the like.
9 (9B), when the opening member 20 is removed to the outside through the extraction hole 8 at the start of use of the wipe dispenser, the engaging portion of the holding member 25 formed integrally with the opening member 20 25a and the orifice member 14 are disengaged, and as indicated by an arrow K, the orifice member 14 is rotated in the rearward direction of the housing 3 by the biasing force. As a result, when the wipe dispenser is in use, the orifice member 14 is pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate 6N as shown by the solid line in FIG.
The wipe dispenser of the present invention is not limited to the above-described examples, and includes various embodiments. For example, FIG. 10 shows another embodiment of a mechanism for applying an urging force to the orifice member 14. In the example shown in FIG. 10, a biasing member that applies a biasing force to the orifice member 14 is provided. In the second embodiment shown in (10A), a spring 115 is provided as the biasing member. In the third embodiment shown in (10B), the bellows 215 is provided as the biasing member, and the orifice member 14 is biased by the bellows 215.
In the second and third embodiments, unlike the first embodiment, the orifice member 14 is not configured to rotate by the biasing force, but the entire orifice member 14 is wiped by the biasing force. It is configured to move straight toward the surface side of 6N. Although not shown, rubber, plastic, or the like may be used as a biasing member that biases the orifice member 14. In the second and third embodiments, other configurations of the urging member that applies the urging force to the orifice member 14 may be the same as those in the first embodiment.
The wipe dispenser of the present invention is not limited to the structure in which the orifice member 14 is cantilevered as in the first embodiment, even if the structure for supporting the orifice member 14 is used. Various forms such as a structure for supporting the orifice member 14 at both ends as shown in the example, or a structure for supporting the entire arc-shaped member forming the orifice member 14 can be adopted.
In addition, the wipe dispenser of the present invention is not limited to the structure of the orifice member 14 itself as in the first embodiment. For example, it may be adopted as an orifice member having a structure in which a plurality of cantilevered orifice members 14 are combined as in the first embodiment, or a pantograph-like shape may be used as an orifice member. The embodiment can be adopted.
FIG. 11 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which a base portion of a holding member 25 similar to that of the first embodiment is attached to an extraction hole member 4 fixed to the opening 2 of the storage body 3. ing. In FIG. 11, the opening member 20 is not provided. However, the opening member 20 may be provided. In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, other configurations in which the holding member 25 is attached to the extraction hole member 4 are the same as those in the first embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, before the start of use of the wipe dispenser, the orifice member 14 is attracted to the vicinity of the back side of the take-out hole member 4 by the holding member 25 against the urging force, and on the surface of the wipe laminate 6N. The state where it cannot be pressed is retained. When starting to use the wipe dispenser, the engaging portion 25a is disengaged from the orifice member 14 by accessing the holding member 25 located in the back through the tool 8 or the fingertip through the extraction hole 8. Then, the orifice member 14 can be put into use by being pressed against the surface of the wipe laminate 6N.
The wipe dispenser of the present invention is not limited to the case where the disengagement of the holding member 25 with respect to the orifice member 14 is performed by accessing the holding member 25 through the take-out hole 8, and other access, etc. Thus, the orifice member 14 may not be held. Even if it is the structure of the Example shown by FIG. 11, you may make it the state which does not hold | maintain the orifice member 14 by preparing the manufacturing process of a wipe dispenser suitably. For example, in the manufacturing process of the wipe dispenser, the holding member 25 is directly accessed from the back side of the extraction hole member 4 and the orifice member 14 is not held before the fixing process for fixing the container 3 and the extraction hole member 4 to each other. It is mentioned that it is constituted so as to. This can be realized by providing a pin or the like for releasing the engagement of the holding member 25 with the orifice member 14 and operating the pin before performing the fixing step. In addition, the holding member 25 may not hold the orifice member 14 by making the orifice member 14 pressed against the wipe laminate 6N in the manufacturing process. Further, after the manufacturing process is completed, a pressing force or the like may be applied from the back side of the housing 3 so that the holding member 25 does not hold the orifice member 14.
In the wipe dispenser of the present invention, although not shown, the holding member 25 may be formed of an adhesive that bonds the back surface of the opening member 20 and the orifice member 14. In this case, the opening member 20 and the orifice member 14 are formed in a shape (for example, a sheet shape) that can be bonded with an adhesive. In the wipe dispenser configured as described above, in an unused state in which the extraction hole 8 is sealed with the opening member 20, a state where the back surface of the opening member 20 and the orifice member 14 are bonded with an adhesive is formed. Thus, the state in which the orifice member 14 is drawn near the back surface of the extraction hole member 4 is maintained. And if the opening member 20 is removed from the extraction hole 8, adhesion | attachment of the opening member 20 and the orifice member 14 will peel, and the orifice member 14 will be in the state pressed against the wipe laminated body 6N. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to a 1st Example etc. can be acquired.
A wipe dispenser according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the wiper dispenser according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention as seen from the back side (that is, the inside of the container 3). In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the other structure of the composite structure of the lid 5, the extraction hole member 4, the orifice member 14 and the holding body 25 shown in FIG. 12 is the same as that of the first embodiment. It is. Further, in the fifth example illustrated in FIG. 12, a structure corresponding to the opening member 20 illustrated in the first example is not provided. However, this does not prohibit the wipe dispenser from being provided with a member that can seal the storage body 3 such as the opening member 20. For example, a structure in which a wipe dispenser is covered with a flap seal-like member so as to cover the opening 2, and a composite structure of a lid body 5, an extraction hole member 4, and an orifice member 14 is attached on the flap seal-like member. May be included. In this case, the sealed state of the container 3 can be released by opening the lid 5 and pulling out a flap seal-like member from the orifice of the orifice member 14.
In the example of FIG. 12, the lid 5 is disposed at the base of the outer end of the extraction hole 8 formed in the extraction hole member 4 so as to be opened and closed as indicated by an arrow A. One end of the orifice member 14 is attached to the take-out hole member 4 and is arranged in a region inside the housing 3 from the take-out hole member 4 in a state of being biased in the direction of arrow B toward the wipe laminated body 6N. ing. In the example of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 12, the orifice member 14 is supported by a cantilever similar to that of the first embodiment, but the orifice member as in the second and third embodiments. 14 may be configured so as to move in its entirety or other configurations.
The holding member 25 is provided so as to protrude to the back side of the lid 5. Then, an engagement hole 25N that engages with the holding member 25 in a state where the lid 5 is closed is formed in the orifice member 14. In this embodiment, the engagement hole 25N is a through-hole penetrating the orifice member 14 perpendicularly to the plate surface, and the holding member 25 is an engagement pin whose distal end portion is inserted into the engagement hole 25N with resistance. It is.
In the wipe dispenser of the fifth embodiment, when the lid 5 is closed and the tip of the holding member 25 is inserted into the engagement hole 25N, the holding member 25 draws the orifice member 14 toward the lid 5 side. When the cover 5 is opened as shown by the arrow A, the holding member 25 comes out of the engagement hole 25N, and the orifice member 14 is moved in the direction of the arrow B by the urging force to wipe lamination. It will be in the state pressed against the body 6N. As a result, the wipe dispenser of the fifth embodiment can obtain the same effects as those of the first embodiment.
It should be noted that a slit or the like may be formed at the distal end portion of the holding member 25 press-fitted into the engagement hole 25N so as to be surely removed from the engagement hole 25N when a certain force is applied. The holding member 25 is formed integrally with the lid 5, but another member may be attached to the lid 5.
In addition, this invention is not limited to said some Example, All the aspects included in the concept of the invention described in the claim are included.
