Description
The present invention relates to a decoration device installed indoors.
An interior decoration apparatus related to the present invention is described in, for example, Patent Document 1 below. The apparatus described in the document 1 is based on the same inventor as the present invention, and the present invention is an improvement of the same.
As shown in FIGS. 14A to 14C, the
As the decorative liquid A of Patent Document 1, a liquid having a viscosity higher than that of water, such as an acrylamide aqueous solution, is used so that the polka dots B are easily formed. Since the indoor liquid dust and the like are adsorbed by the decorative liquid A, such an apparatus has some air cleaning function.
The
In the
However, the operation of connecting one end of each
In addition, when the ends of the
Furthermore, when it becomes necessary to move the apparatus, disassembling and reassembling the assembly once has been a very laborious operation.
In addition, the acrylic amide aqueous solution used as a decoration liquid has a disadvantage in that the water evaporates and the viscosity increases when used for a long time, and it becomes difficult to flow down into a polka dot, or the solvent is precipitated and a part of the icicle is connected to the
In addition, if an observer or a passerby touches the overhead wire or the decoration liquid of the apparatus, the overhead line may be repelled and the decoration liquid may be scattered.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to facilitate the work of transferring a plurality of overhead wires up and down and subsequent maintenance, and to easily suppress variations in the tension of the overhead wires. It is another object of the present invention to provide an interior decoration device that can easily move the device and can use the liquid for a long period of time.
The interior decoration device of the invention is provided with a plurality of small holes at the bottom of a liquid reservoir provided at the top, and a wire is passed through each small hole and is handed up and down, and from the small hole to the wire It is an interior decoration device in which the liquid falls as droplets along, and the upper part of the delivered wire is inserted and attached to the small hole at the bottom of the liquid storage dish from below It is characterized by.
If the upper part of the delivered wire is inserted and attached to the small hole in the bottom of the liquid storage dish from below, the worker goes up to the ceiling or the like to install the wire. This eliminates the need to do this, which is advantageous in terms of work efficiency and safety.
The interior decoration device with an air purifying function of the present invention has a plurality of small holes provided at the bottom of a liquid reservoir provided at the top, and the dust adsorbing liquid (decoration liquid) descending from the small holes Drops in the form of droplets along a plurality of wires (overhead wires) passed up and down between the liquid reservoir plate and the liquid receiving plate provided at the lower part (in many cases, these droplets are dropped from the attached projector. To which light is applied)
A wire clamp that has a flow path extending vertically and that allows the liquid in the liquid reservoir dish to flow downward from the flow path and that can clamp the vicinity of the upper end portion of the wire is provided in the liquid reservoir. It is characterized in that it is inserted from below into the small hole at the bottom of the dish and is detachably attached.
In this upholstery device, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end of each
The interior decoration device with an air purifying function configured as described above can be used to fasten the wire to the liquid storage pan at the top if the vicinity of the upper end of the wire is fastened to the wire fastener. From below, it can be easily performed by simply inserting the wire rod fastener into the small hole in the bottom of the reservoir pan. Since the wire clamp is detachably attached to the small hole, when maintenance is required, such as repair or replacement of the wire after assembly, remove it from the bottom of the liquid reservoir dish, repair or replace the wire, Thereafter, it can be conveniently inserted into the small hole again from below and attached.
If the upper part of the wire can be attached to the liquid storage dish from below, it is not necessary to fasten the wire above the liquid storage dish as in the example of FIG. That is, it is not necessary for the worker to go up to the ceiling or the like and perform the work.
The wire rod fastener has a hollow bolt-like component (for example,
In this way, if the wire rod fastener is a hollow bolt-shaped part, it can be easily attached by simply screwing it into the bottom of the liquid reservoir dish. When removing, it is only necessary to turn the screw in the opposite direction, so no special tool is required. It can be attached and removed any number of times. In addition, it is necessary to pass the wire in advance through the flow path inside the wire fastener, but the wire rod is also fastened to the wire fastener by using the above-described retaining member. It is possible to use a hard wire that is difficult to bend and hard to be tied.
The interior decoration apparatus with an air purifying function of the present invention has the above-described liquid reservoir tray and liquid receiving tray (including the wire material handed over to them, the wire material fastener and the retaining member), for example, as shown in FIG. It is good to be assembled on a frame having
Since such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function has wheels, the device can be easily moved together with the frame. Therefore, it can be installed in any room and used for air purification and decoration in the room.
In the interior decoration device with an air purifying function of the invention, a sealed storage tank is connected to a liquid supply path for supplying the liquid reaching the lower liquid receiving tray to the upper liquid storage dish, and the storage tank However, it is preferable that the liquid inlet side and the outlet side have pipe joints that can be connected to and disconnected from the liquid supply path and that are automatically opened and closed during the connection and separation. In the example of FIG. 8,
Such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function can easily exchange a contaminated liquid. That is, it is only necessary to separate the original storage tank containing the old liquid and connect the storage tank containing the new liquid by the pipe joint. The automatic opening and closing action of the pipe joint prevents liquid from leaking during the separation and connection. In order to minimize dripping, it is preferable to use a two-way open / close type pipe joint that closes both the storage tank side and the liquid supply path side when separated.
Further, the liquid reservoir dish is supported on the upper portion by a plurality of support columns, and any of the support columns is a hollow tubular shape and forms a part of the liquid supply path, and any of the other support columns It is preferably a hollow tube and used in the return pipe for the liquid overflow.
According to such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function, it is not necessary to provide a separate dedicated pipe as the liquid supply path, so that the device can be configured to be compact and aesthetic.
In the interior decoration device with an air cleaning function of the invention, the lower end portion of the wire is connected to an attachment member provided above the liquid tray,
The mounting member is formed with mounting holes through which the wires are passed, and
A metal cylinder (for example, attached to an electric wire terminal) in which a body portion having a size that cannot pass through the attachment hole is compressed and deformed so that the wire portion passed through the attachment hole is sandwiched between the wire rods. It may be connected to the mounting member by a crimp terminal.
For example, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 2, crimp
According to such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function, the lower end portion of the wire is passed through the lower mounting hole as described above without forming a knot, and the metal cylinder is applied while applying a predetermined tension to the wire. It can be connected to the mounting member of the device simply by fastening with. Compared with the case of making a knot, there are advantages that the wire can be easily attached to the attachment member and that the tension of each wire is easily set to be substantially uniform.
As the mounting member, for example, a punched perforated plate may be used. This is because the punched perforated plate has a large number of holes and is suitable for attaching each end of a plurality of wires. It is also convenient that it is commercially available and easy to obtain.
The wire can be partially or wholly increased in distance and area where the liquid flows down, such as spiral, zigzag, zigzag folded, ball chain, net-like, strip-like (wide wire like ribbon). It is also preferable to have a shape. With regard to providing such a shape in part, the upper end to the lower end of the wire may be integrally formed, or a wire such as a spiral may be prepared separately, and a tube may be attached to a part of the straight wire. You may connect using a sleeve, a small connection metal fittings, such as an eggplant, and a crimp terminal.
When the wire has such a shape in part or in whole, the liquid flowing area (total extension) increases, so that the liquid (droplet) comes into contact with more air. As a result, the air cleaning function can be enhanced. In addition, the decorativeness of the apparatus is enhanced by a spiral shape or the like.
The wire has a belt-like part in part or in whole, and a plurality of grooves extending in the vertical direction are formed on the wide surface of the belt-like part, and the wide surface It is preferable that the direction of the band-shaped portion is determined so as to include a direction that is not parallel to the air flow. 5 and 6 show an example of such a configuration.
Since the plurality of grooves are formed on the wide surface of the belt-like portion as described above, the liquid is not biased to a part of the wide surface, but easily spreads over the entire wide surface. Thus, the liquid comes into contact with air over a larger area. In order to make the liquid easily spread on the wide surface, in addition to forming the plurality of grooves as described above, fine irregularities may be formed or a hydrophilic surface may be formed.
In addition, wide surfaces include those that are not parallel to the air flow in the room (such as those that are at a right angle or those that are at 45 °). It hits from the direction near the front. Therefore, there is an advantage that the liquid flowing on the surface easily adsorbs dust.
As described above, the interior decoration device having such a configuration has a high air cleaning function.
As the above-mentioned wire, a transparent wire, a colored wire, a wire having reflectivity, or a wire having conductivity or conductivity and having an LED sphere connected thereto may be used. All of the plurality of wires may be the same type of wire, or two or more types of wires may be combined. Moreover, you may combine the wire from which a color differs.
With such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function, the decorativeness is further enhanced.
In the interior decoration device with an air purifying function of the present invention, it is preferable that a coil spring is further connected between the attachment member and the wire rod in the lower part. FIG. 4 shows an example.
When using a hard wire with less stretchability, it is difficult to connect the wire to the mounting member so that the tension of multiple wires is almost uniform, but if it is connected via a coil spring in this way, each wire Since the tension variation of each can be absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the coil spring, the tension of each wire can be stretched almost evenly without adjusting one by one. Moreover, since tension | tensile_strength is easy to maintain, it can prevent that a wire rod sags and contacts an adjacent wire rod.
More preferably, the attachment member to which the lower end of the wire is connected is provided so that the set height can be changed.
By changing the height of the attachment member, the tension state of each wire can be adjusted appropriately by changing the tension state of the wire. If the ends of multiple wires are connected to a single mounting member, the tension state of the multiple wires can be adjusted at once by changing the height of the mounting member. It is possible to adjust the condition quickly and evenly.
In the interior decoration apparatus with an air purifying function of the invention, it is preferable that a plurality of protective barrier wires arranged so as to surround the wire material and not drop the droplets are handed over in the vertical direction.
With such an interior decoration device with an air cleaning function, it is possible to prevent surrounding people or objects from touching the descending liquid droplets or accidentally pulling and cutting the wire. Moreover, as compared with the case of surrounding with an acrylic board or the like, it is surrounded by a thin thread, so that the aesthetic appearance is not impaired and the cost is advantageous.
The distance between the barrier wires is preferably 1.0 cm to 3.0 cm.
If it is this space | interval, it will be easy to see a droplet, the aesthetics of an apparatus will not be impaired, and also a droplet and a wire can be protected from a surrounding person or thing.
In the interior decoration device with an air cleaning function of the invention, the liquid is preferably mainly composed of polyhydric alcohol (or a derivative thereof) (over 50% of the whole).
Examples of such liquids include ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, trimethylene glycol, 1,3-butanediol, and 1,4-butanediol. 1,5-pentanediol, 3,4-hexylene glycol, octylene glycol, glycerin, alkanediol, and derivatives of the above solvents, and combinations thereof.
According to such an interior decoration device, since the liquid is a polyhydric alcohol, the liquid has an appropriate viscosity, and droplets are easily formed. In addition, since the polyhydric alcohol hardly evaporates or changes in quality, the same liquid can be used for a long time without replenishment or replacement. Furthermore, polyhydric alcohol has antibacterial properties and is used as a preservative in cosmetics and the like (see, for example, JP 2010-180150 A). Therefore, it can be said that the use of polyhydric alcohol as a decorative liquid is very preferable for indoor decoration and air purification.
The liquid may be a mixture of triethylene glycol with polyethylene glycol and water.
When this decoration apparatus is continuously operated using a certain mixed liquid containing water, the mixed liquid gradually changes in quality and often has a strange odor. However, as a result of continuing the test operation over a long period of time using a liquid obtained by mixing the above-described triethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and water at a predetermined ratio, the mixed liquid was not altered.
Such an interior decoration device with an air purifying function has the above-described effects, and the flash point of the liquid (droplet) is increased, so that safety is improved. Therefore, it is most preferable for the interior decoration apparatus to use such a mixed liquid among the polyhydric alcohols described above.
More preferably, the liquid further contains an alkanediol.
Alkanediol is a kind of alcohol and has a strong sterilizing power. Therefore, by using a liquid containing alkanediol, it is possible to provide a preferred interior decoration device for air cleaning.
In the interior decoration device with an air purifying function of the invention, it is preferable that a blower for circulating the indoor air so as to contact the surfaces of the plurality of wires and the liquid droplets descending along the wires is attached. Note that the blower need not be dedicated to the interior decoration device of the invention, and an air conditioner or the like already installed in the room may be used as long as the room air is circulated as described above.
According to such an interior decoration device, indoor air can be actively brought into contact with the droplets by the blower. Therefore, many particles of any size, such as dust, cigarette smoke, and bacteria contained in the air, are adsorbed by the droplets, and as a result, the indoor air is effectively cleaned. Such an interior decoration device is preferably installed in a portion having good air cleaning efficiency in the living area regardless of the height or width of the space while also serving as a decoration.
When the above liquid is a polyhydric alcohol or a derivative thereof, it does not change even when used for a long period of time and has antibacterial properties, so that it is an interior decoration device that is extremely advantageous for air purification. Since polyhydric alcohols have a hydrophilic hydroxyl group attached to a hydrophobic alkyl group, it is possible to adsorb both hydrophobic particles and hydrophilic particles, and perform efficient adsorption and capture. Is considered possible.
For air purification, it is advantageous that the upholstery device is tall and extends from the floor surface to the vicinity of the ceiling. In that case, the air suction port (or the discharge port) by the blower is such that the air flow formed by the blower contacts the entire area of the long wire (and the droplets on the surface) of the tall device as evenly as possible. It is efficient to disperse and arrange in the upper and lower positions.
This system is a system that adsorbs and captures particulate matter by slowly transferring viscous liquid to the wire in the form of droplets, so that a small amount of circulating fluid is sufficient despite a large adsorption area, and operating costs are low. I'm sorry. Specifically, the amount of circulating fluid required to flow down to one wire is about 20 cc / min. For example, even if a device with 1000 wires stretched is operated, a small liquid feed of only 20 liters / min. It is economical because it can be a pump and consumes little power.
It is further preferable to provide a filter with a deodorizing material (for example, activated carbon) in the air flow passage by the blower. As the filter, a high-density clean room filter may be used.
The smoke such as tobacco is adsorbed by the liquid and removed from the air, but the odor of the liquid adsorbing the smoke can be removed by the deodorizing material. Since there is a filter, deodorization and dust collection can be further performed, and the air cleaning function is further enhanced.
A humidifier may be provided at the outlet of the blower.
If the air dries too much, it may hurt your throat, reduce your skin's defenses, and make you more susceptible to infections. If it has, humidity can be kept appropriate, and as a result, the indoor environment can be made favorable. It is also preferable to adjust the humidity using a humidity sensor.
The interior decoration device according to the present invention is provided with a plurality of small holes at the bottom of a liquid reservoir provided at the top, and a wire (overhead wire) is passed through each small hole, and the small hole is passed up and down. The liquid (decoration liquid) descends as droplets along the wire (in many cases, light is applied to the droplets from the attached projector). The part may be fixed at the lower part, and the middle part of each wire may be passed over the two small holes in the upper liquid storage dish.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a single
If it has become above, one continuous wire will be used as two parallel overhead wires in this interior decoration device, and there are the following advantages. That is, a) the number of wires used is halved, and the work of connecting the wires can be reduced by half. b) Since one wire is used approximately twice as long as the conventional wire, even if the fixing position at the bottom (the position of the knot of the wire, etc.) varies as before, it will occur in the wire. The tension variation (deviation) is about half. c) If the wire can be hung from the position of the upper reservoir pan, both ends of each wire can easily reach the lower part.
In addition, since it is not necessary to tie the wire at the top, even if it is not possible to hang the wire easily from the top, if you devise how to pass the wire through the small hole, only from the position below the reservoir pan Wires can be easily attached. For example, a thread ring (threaded thread) is inserted from the bottom of one small hole of the liquid reservoir plate (preferably transparent) into the thread ring, and the other small hole is inserted into the thread ring. After passing through one end of the wire inserted from the top to the top, the thread is pulled back from the original small hole together with the wire so that the wire is folded back over the two small holes. (See FIGS. 12 (a) to 12 (c)), and both end portions of the wire can be hung downward from the liquid reservoir. In this way, the wire rod can be passed over the two small holes of the reservoir pan only by work from below the reservoir pan. Can be installed efficiently and safely. The same merit is obtained when a new wire is attached or when the wire is replaced by maintenance.
In the upholstery device, each end portion of the wire is fixed to a lower mounting member, and the mounting member has a mounting hole through which the wire passes, and the mounting hole The front part of the passed wire is attached by a metal cylinder (for example, a crimp terminal attached to an electric wire terminal) in which a body portion having a size that cannot pass through the attachment hole is compressed and deformed. It is particularly preferable that it is fixed to the member.
For example, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 11, when crimping
According to such an upholstery device, both ends of the wire do not tie a knot, just pass through the lower mounting hole as described above, and simply fasten with the metal cylinder while applying a predetermined tension to the wire. It can be fixed to the mounting member of the device. Compared with the case of making a knot, it is easy to set the tension of each wire to be substantially uniform, and there is an advantage that the wire can be easily attached to the attachment member.
As the mounting member, for example, a punched perforated plate may be used. This is because the punched perforated plate has a large number of holes and is suitable for attaching each end of a plurality of wires. It is also convenient that it is commercially available and easy to obtain.
More preferably, the attachment member for fixing each end of the wire is provided so that the set height can be changed.
In that case, by changing the height of the attachment member, the tension state of each wire can be appropriately adjusted by changing the tension state of the wire. If the ends of multiple wires are fixed to a single mounting member, the tension state of the multiple wires can be adjusted at once by changing the height of the mounting member. It is possible to adjust the condition quickly and evenly.
It is further advantageous that the upper end portion of the small hole is formed with a smooth curved surface having no edges or burrs. FIGS. 10A and 10C illustrate such small holes.
When the upper end portion of the small hole is formed smoothly in this way, the possibility that the wire is cut due to friction with the small hole or the like is reduced even when tension is applied to the passed wire.
The lower end portion of the small hole may be provided with a protruding portion that protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the bottom of the reservoir pan. For example, it is preferable to use it as shown in FIGS.
In the conventional upholstery device, the
However, in the upholstery device in which the protruding portion is provided on the liquid reservoir as described above, the liquid (droplet) can be reliably lowered along the wire. Since the bottom of the small hole through which the liquid for droplets passes is provided with a protruding part that protrudes downward from the bottom bottom surface of the reservoir pan, it is difficult for the liquid to propagate laterally on the bottom bottom surface of the reservoir pan. is there.
The small hole is an inner surface of a nozzle cylinder inserted into an opening provided so as to vertically penetrate the bottom of the liquid reservoir dish, and the nozzle cylinder has a lower end portion as the protruding portion of the liquid reservoir dish. It is more preferable if it is fixed in a state of protruding from the bottom lower surface.
In such an upholstery device, the above-mentioned small hole is formed only by providing an opening at the bottom of the liquid reservoir dish having a flat bottom surface and driving a nozzle cylinder into the opening. No special mold or processing machine is required as means for forming a liquid storage dish having a lower end portion of the small hole protruding downward. Therefore, it is easy to manufacture and the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and it is not difficult to provide an arbitrary number of small holes at arbitrary positions on the bottom of the liquid reservoir dish, and the arrangement of the wire rods can be varied.
The nozzle cylinder is a blind rivet of a type that buckles the sleeve by applying an external force closer to the seat at the lower end of the sleeve to a metal ball provided on the upper end of the sleeve, and in each blind rivet, It is also preferable that the liquid (droplet) and the wire are passed through the sleeve in a state where the metal ball is removed after buckling.
In such an interior decoration apparatus, a commercially available blind rivet can be used as the nozzle cylinder. This eliminates the need for custom-made nozzle stock or stock keeping, and can be purchased immediately as needed. The above-mentioned blind rivet is inexpensive and can be quickly installed in the opening of the sump dish by simply tightening with a riveter. Moreover, it can be firmly fixed to the opening so that no liquid leaks from between the blind rivet and the opening. Inside the sleeve of the blind rivet that has been buckled to remove the metal ball, there is a small hole suitable for passing the wire.
A seat portion projecting downward is formed at the lower end portion of the sleeve, and this becomes the projecting portion, so that it is difficult for liquid to be transmitted laterally on the bottom surface of the bottom portion of the reservoir pan. In addition, since the inside of the opening is covered with the sleeve whose upper end portion is spread and smoothed by contact with the metal ball, the upper end portion of the small hole has no edge or burr. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wire rod from being caught or damaged by the edges and burrs during the operation of passing the wire rod through the sleeve (small hole) and then strongly tensioning the wire rod, or during operation after completion. .
It should be noted that eyelets (also referred to as grommets or eyemets) may be inserted and fixed in the small holes of the liquid storage dish instead of blind rivets. This is because even when the eyelet is provided, the upper end portion of the small hole becomes smooth and the protruding portion is formed at the lower end portion.
In the interior decoration device of the invention, the liquid is preferably mainly composed of polyhydric alcohol (or a derivative thereof) (over 50% of the total).
Examples of such liquids include ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, trimethylene glycol, 1,3-butanediol, and 1,4-butanediol. 1,5-pentanediol, 3,4-hexylene glycol, octylene glycol, glycerin, alkanediol, and derivatives of the above solvents, and combinations thereof.
According to such an interior decoration device, as described above, there are advantages that droplets are easily formed and the same liquid can be used for a long time.
More preferably, the liquid is a mixture of polyethylene glycol and water in triethylene glycol.
This also has the advantage that, as described above, the liquid is hardly changed in quality, and the flash point is increased to improve the safety.
The liquid may be triethyl phosphate or silicon oil.
Such a liquid also has a suitable viscosity and easily forms droplets, and is difficult to evaporate or change in quality, so that it can be used for a long time without replenishment or replacement. Therefore, it can be set as a preferable interior decoration apparatus for interior decoration and air cleaning (described later).
The interior decoration device according to the present invention may be provided with a blower for circulating indoor air so as to contact the surface of the plurality of wires and the liquid droplets descending along the wires. Note that the blower need not be dedicated to the interior decoration device of the invention, and an air conditioner or the like already installed in the room may be used as long as the room air is circulated as described above.
Even in such an interior decoration device, the air in the room can be brought into active contact with the droplets by the blower. Therefore, many particles of any size, such as dust, cigarette smoke, and bacteria contained in the air, are adsorbed by the droplets, and as a result, the indoor air is effectively cleaned. Such an interior decoration device can be freely installed in a portion having the highest air cleaning efficiency in the living area regardless of the height or width of the space while also serving as a decoration.
If the above liquid is a polyhydric alcohol or derivative thereof, it will not change even when used for a long time, it will not smell even when smoked from tobacco, and it has antibacterial properties. It becomes a decoration device. Since polyhydric alcohols have a hydrophilic hydroxyl group attached to a hydrophobic alkyl group, it is possible to adsorb both hydrophobic particles and hydrophilic particles, and perform efficient adsorption supplementation.
This device is a method of adsorbing and capturing particulate matter by slowly flowing a viscous liquid to the wire in the form of drops, so a small amount of circulating fluid is sufficient regardless of the large adsorption area, and operating costs are low. I'm sorry. Specifically, the amount of circulating fluid required to flow down to one wire is about 20 cc / min. For example, even if a device with 1000 wires stretched is operated, a small liquid feed of only 20 liters / min. It is economical because it can be a pump and consumes little power.
The interior decoration device of the invention has a liquid supply pipe for supplying the liquid descending along the wire to the liquid storage dish and a pump provided at a predetermined position of the liquid supply pipe, and upstream of the pump. More preferably, a filter for removing the dust adsorbed by the droplets is connected to the side and / or the downstream side.
According to such an interior decoration device, the dust adsorbed by the droplets is removed by the filter, so that clogging does not occur in the liquid flow path such as a nozzle cylinder that supplies the liquid to the upper part of the wire.
When the dust adsorbed by droplets contains particularly fine particles (particulate matter such as PM2.5), an independent circulation path is provided separately from the above-mentioned supply pipe, and the circulation path It is desirable to incorporate a high-definition filter with the pump inside.
According to the interior decoration device with an air purifying function of the invention, the work of handing a plurality of wires up and down and the subsequent maintenance are facilitated. In addition, the apparatus can be easily moved. Variations in tension of each wire can be reduced. It is also possible to enhance the decorativeness of the wire and to use the same liquid hygienically for a long time. The wire can be protected so that a person or an object can be prevented from inadvertently touching the liquid or the wire. When the wire is handed up and down for a long time, dust can be adsorbed in a wide range in the top and bottom in the room where the apparatus is installed. Since no noise is generated, the air purifying function is quietly exhibited. By cleaning and replacing the filter, the same liquid can be used for a long time, and maintenance costs and labor are minimal.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an interior decoration device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
With respect to such a plurality of
The
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, a packing 26 is provided between the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in the lower part of FIG. 2, the
The
The lower part of the perforated
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
The droplet B that travels down the
When the dusts contain a lot of fine particles (PM2.5, etc.), the
In order to promote air purification, the
The
As the liquid A flowing along the
FIG. 4 shows a
In the
As described above, the
5 and 6 are cross-sectional views of a state in which a

The direction of the

7 and 8 show another embodiment of a

Although not shown, the distributor assembly 200 and the

For the interior decoration apparatus with an air cleaning function described above, an experiment on the cleaning power of liquid and air was conducted. In the experiment, an upholstery device with an air cleaning function in which 60 wires are arranged in the same manner as in the
Moreover, about the liquid, the change of the number of general viable bacteria when using it for a long time with the interior decoration apparatus of the same shape as the thing of FIG. 1 was measured. The liquid used for this measurement is a liquid (triethylene glycol) after being used in a yakiniku store for more than 10 years as a liquid for droplets, and a new triethylene glycol for comparison. When the number of general viable bacteria in each liquid was examined by the standard agar medium bacterial count method by requesting the Health and Environment Center of the Hyogo Prefectural Medical Association, neither of them was inhabited (general live bacteria) Number: 0.0-1.0 × 10 / g). That is, it can be said that the interior decoration device with an air cleaning function can maintain the cleanliness of the liquid even when the same liquid is circulated for a long time.
Another embodiment of the interior decoration device according to the invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the
The
Each
When the
Further, when the
In addition, it can replace with such a
As shown in FIG. 11, the
The
The
The lower part of the perforated
The liquid droplet B descending through the
When the dusts contain a lot of fine matters (PM2.5 or the like), the
In order to promote air purification, in the
As the liquid A, a mixture of triethylene glycol, which is a kind of polyhydric alcohol, and polyethylene glycol with water is used. Triethylene glycol has an appropriate viscosity and is easy to form droplets B, and does not evaporate or change quality. Therefore, the same liquid can be used for a long time without replenishment or replacement. In addition, there is an advantage that it does not smell even if tobacco smoke is adsorbed. Furthermore, since polyethylene glycol does not separate from water, liquid A having an appropriate viscosity can be obtained, and since it has a high flash point and is safe, it is optimal for a decoration device used indoors. Liquid A may use triethylene glycol alone. Further, a fluorescent agent or a bactericidal agent may be added to the liquid A.
FIG. 13 shows an interior decoration device 1D which is another embodiment. The interior decoration device 1D is formed by delivering a plurality of

In the
For the interior decoration apparatus described above, an experiment on the cleaning power of liquid and air was conducted. In the experiment, an interior decoration device in which 60 wires were arranged in the same manner as in FIG. 9 and delivered to the upper and lower assemblies and an intake pipe was arranged in the center was stored in an acrylic cylinder having a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 700 mm. While the liquid for liquid droplets is circulated while being cleaned with a filter, the air inside the cylinder sucked out by the intake pipe is passed through a box filled with cigarette smoke and then returned to the cylinder. Although it became cloudy, the transparent state gradually recovered after a few minutes. When the liquid odor was examined after that, almost no tobacco odor was felt.
Moreover, about the liquid, the change of the number of general viable bacteria when it uses for a long time with the interior decoration apparatus of the same shape as FIG. 9 was measured. That is, it can be said that the interior decoration device can maintain the cleanliness of the liquid even when the same liquid is circulated for a long time.
As described above, according to the interior decoration device with an air cleaning function of the invention, assembly and maintenance of the device are easy and safe. In addition to the droplets always falling smoothly along the wire, there is an advantage that the same liquid can be circulated for a long period of time. Since the air in the space where the device is installed is cleaned and the liquid is viscous and does not scatter like water, it is ideal as a decoration device for indoor use. Also, it is quiet because there is no sound. There is no need to replace the liquid for a long period of time, and it is only necessary to clean and replace the filter.
