２．試験結果

スキー板のエッジとの擦過による擦り傷が観察された。２０ｍｍ程の打撃による切り傷（穴）が１２箇所、観察された。３ｍｍ程の切り傷が９箇所、観察された。２０ｍｍ程の大きさの切り傷の中には、なか綿部分にまで達する深い切り傷が６箇所、観察された。
（３）考察
上記試験結果（１），（２）を比較することにより、エッジガード３をスキーパンツ１の裏側に取り付けることによって、スキー板のエッジがスキーパンツ１に当りスキーパンツ１が切れるのを抑制する効果を確認した。上記実験では、スキーで滑走中、スキー板のエッジがスキーパンツに当たるときに想定される力よりもかなり強い力でスキー板を打ち付けているので、スキーで滑走中、スキー板のエッジがスキーパンツに当たっても切れない。2. Test result (1) Right leg of ski pants (with shock absorber pad)
