Description
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る採血用穿刺器具の外観斜視図であり、穿刺器具本体にマガジンが装着された状態を示している。
前記図4に示すように、穿刺時には、分離部303bの部分で保護キャップ303aが破断され、内部の穿刺針303dが露出するようになり、プランジャ被把持部303eが穿刺器具本体101内部に設けられたプランジャ401(図5参照)により把持され、ランセット303が保持される。
まず、回転ロータ402の動作について説明する。
図10は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る採血用穿刺器具の動作を説明する断面図である。図9A−Fと同一構成部分には同一符号を付して重複箇所の説明を省略する。
図11は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る採血用穿刺器具の動作を説明する断面図である。図9A−Fと同一構成部分には同一符号を付して重複箇所の説明を省略する。
図2は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る採血用穿刺器具の外観斜視図であり、穿刺器具本体にマガジンが装着された状態を示している。
ネ404が縮み、穿刺のための付勢力を蓄える。穿刺ボタン105により、バネ404が開放され、皮膚に向かってランセット303を発射させる。
前記図4に示すように、穿刺時には、分離部303bの部分で保護キャップ303aが破断され、内部の穿刺針303dが露出するようになり、プランジャ被把持部303eが穿刺器具本体101内部に設けられたプランジャ401(図5参照)により把持され、ランセット303が保持される。
まず、回転ロータ402の動作について説明する。
器具本体101は隔離されている。
具本体101を有し、穿刺器具本体101は、使用前のランセット303を収納する第1の収納部501と、廃棄用の使用済みランセット303を収納する第2の収納部507とを備える。回転ロータ402を回転させることでランセット303を1本ずつ、ストック位置502、穿刺位置503、廃棄位置504に順次搬送して、使用前のランセット303を第1の収納部501に、使用後のランセット303を第2の収納部507に、互いに隔離された空間内に分離して収納する。この構成により、使用前と使用後のランセットを別々の隔離された空間で収納することができ、衛生面及び感染防止などの安全性上の向上を図ることができる。
図10は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る採血用穿刺器具の動作を説明する断面図である。図9A−Fと同一構成部分には同一符号を付して重複箇所の説明を省略する。
図11は、本発明の実施の形態3に係る採血用穿刺器具の動作を説明する断面図である。図9A−Fと同一構成部分には同一符号を付して重複箇所の説明を省略する。
Claims (22)
- 皮膚を穿刺する針を備えたランセットを複数本収納するマガジンを着脱自在に内蔵した採血用穿刺器具において、
前記マガジンは、使用前のランセットと使用後のランセットを互いに隔離された空間内に分離して収納する採血用穿刺器具。 - 前記マガジンは、使用前のランセットを格納する第1の収納部と、使用後のランセットを収納する第2の収納部とを備える請求項1に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 採血に際して、前記マガジンから取り出されたランセットを保持する1又は2以上の保持位置部を備える請求項2に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記保持位置部は、前記マガジンから取り出された穿刺前のランセットを準備して保持しておくストック位置、穿刺するための穿刺位置、穿刺後のランセットをマガジンへ収納するために保持しておく廃棄位置を有する請求項3に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- ランセットを保持して回転する回転ロータを備え、前記回転ロータを回転させることにより前記ランセットを1本ずつ、前記ストック位置、前記穿刺位置、前記廃棄位置に順次搬送する請求項4に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記回転ロータは、一方向のみに回転を規制する回転規制部を備える請求項5に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記回転ロータは、回転軸を中心に時計回り、又は反時計回りに回転する請求項6に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記回転ロータは、ランセット保持穴を複数有する請求項5に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記ランセット保持穴のそれぞれの間隔は、等間隔、又は等角度に配置される請求項8に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記マガジン内に収納された使用前のランセットを1本ずつ分離して前記ストック位置に保持するための針送りレバーと、前記針送りレバーをロックするためのストッパーとを備える請求項5に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記穿刺位置において、前記ランセットにより穿刺動作を行う穿刺部を備える請求項5に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記穿刺部は、プランジャと、前記プランジャを穿刺方向に付勢するバネと、前記ランセットを発射位置にセットするためのチャージレバーと、前記ランセットの発射させるための穿刺ボタンとを備える請求項11に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記ランセットが、前記回転ロータによって前記穿刺位置に搬送された際、前記プランジャにより、前記ランセットが把持される請求項12に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 前記ランセットは、針と、前記針を保護する保護キャップとから構成されており、
前記プランジャにランセットが把持された際に、前記チャージレバーを移動させることにより、前記バネがチャージされ、かつ前記ランセットの保護キャップが、前記回転ロータと前記プランジャとの協働によって分離される請求項13に記載の採血用穿刺器具。 - 前記回転ロータを、廃棄位置からストック位置に回転させる動作に連動して、穿刺後のランセットを前記回転ロータから分離させるように動作する廃棄リブをさらに有し、前記廃棄リブの動作は、穿刺後のランセットを前記第2の収納部に収納させるように動作する請求項5に記載の採血用穿刺器具。
- 針を使用して皮膚に穿刺を行う採血用穿刺器具に装着されるマガジンであって、
前記針を有するランセットを複数収納するとともに、使用前のランセットと、使用後のランセットとを互いに別の空間に分離して収納するマガジン。 - 使用前のランセットを格納する第1の収納部と、使用後のランセットを収納する第2の収納部とを備える請求項16に記載のマガジン。
- 前記採血用穿刺器具に装着された際、前記採血用穿刺器具の回転ロータから、使用後のランセットを分離する廃棄リブを備える請求項16に記載のマガジン。
- 前記第2の収納部は、使用後のランセットを収納する際に開閉する仕切り板を備える請求項17に記載のマガジン。
- 使用前のランセット残量が確認できるスリット又は確認窓を備える請求項16に記載のマガジン。
- 前記使用前のランセットは、前記第1の収納部内に、各ランセット同士が並行に整列されて収納されている請求項16に記載のマガジン。
- マガジン本体の前記採血用穿刺器具に装着される側に形成された開口部と、
前記採血用穿刺器具に未装着時に、前記開口部を覆うように装着されるマガジンキャップとを有する請求項16に記載のマガジン。
