しかしながら、上記液体化粧料塗布容器では、塗布体により睫毛を挟持させるために必要とする操作が親指と人差し指によって塗布体間を狭めるようにして行うため、指による入力方向がずれ易いものである。そのため、睫毛を挟持する塗布体の位置もずれ易くなり睫毛の挟持が困難となったり、目蓋などを汚損してしまうおそれがある。
そこで、塗布体による睫毛の挟持及び塗布を容易且つ確実に行えるようにするとともに、他所を汚損することも防止できるように、蓋体において、先端に刷子部を有する軸棒が垂下形成されるとともに、一端が蓋体内に固着されながら常時軸棒から離れる方向に付勢されている押さえ棒と、蓋体内外を連通し前記押さえ棒と常時接するボタン部材を設け、該ボタン部材の押圧と開放によって押さえ棒と軸棒が接離自在となるものがある(実開昭62−30714号)。
しかしながら当該従来のものは、睫毛を挟持するために必要とする動作は、ボタン部材への押圧だけで足りるので、簡易な操作により確実に睫毛を挟持することができるものの、そのボタン部材が蓋体内外を連通していることから、蓋体内部の密閉性が損なわれる、すなわち蓋体を容器本体に密嵌した際に、蓋体に設けられた当該ボタン部材周辺から蓋体内外に空気の流通が生じてしまうことになる。その結果、密閉性が損なわれたままで長時間放置されると、容器本体内の液体化粧料の品質の低下や、場合によっては外部への漏出を招来してしまうものである。

第1図〜第4図及び第8図〜第12図において示される1は、本願発明の実施例1における液体化粧料塗布容器である。該液体化粧料塗布容器1は、外側面4に雄ねじ5を螺設する開口部3を有し、その内部にマスカラなどの液体化粧料7を貯留すると共に、後述する塗布具16の表面に付着した過剰な液体化粧料7を掻き落とすためのしごき6を内装する塗布容器本体2と、一端では尾栓9を嵌着し、他端は該塗布容器本体2の開口部3の雄ねじ5と螺合する雌ねじ12を内周面11に螺設する開口部10を有するものであって、その内部には、密閉機構を構成する内キャップ13が密嵌され、該内キャップ13内において、介在させるスプリング15により開閉自在となる塗布具16をその根元部において一体に固持するとともに、該塗布具16の開閉を行う開閉機構である釦部17を内装する蓋体8から構成されるものである。なお、上記実施例1においては、スプリング15としてコイルバネが好ましい例として使用されているが、圧縮することで塗布具16が閉合され、伸長により塗布具16が開放されるものであれば、これに限らず使用することができ、例えば板バネ等を使用することもできる。
その上、該内キャップ13内においてその根元部を固持される塗布具16は、介在させるスプリング15により開閉自在となるように軸着した二本の保持軸19a、19bからなり、該保持軸19a、19bの先端には、閉合して一体となることで被塗布物である睫毛を挟持可能とする塗布体20を形成してなる塗布体片21、22が各々具えられる。なお、本願発明の実施例1では、塗布体20を形成してなる塗布体片21、22は、第8図(B)に示す、一方の塗布体片21は保持軸19aの先端に螺旋状刷毛体21cを形成してなるものであり、他方の塗布体片22は一方の塗布体片21の保持軸19aの先端に形成される前記螺旋状刷毛体21cの表面に沿って密着する湾曲面22cを形成してなるものを用いている。しかしながら、使用者が希望する液体化粧料7の化粧方法に合わせて、上記塗布体片21、22の組合として以下のようにしてもよい。すなわち、一方の塗布体片21は、螺旋状刷毛体21bに形成され、他方の塗布体片22は、前記一方の塗布体片21を形成する螺旋状刷毛体21bに沿って、外接する平板状の切歯面22bを形成したものとするものであったり〔第8図(A)〕、あるいは、一方の塗布体片21は、略円柱状のフロッキーチップ21dに形成され、他方の塗布体片22は、前記一方の塗布体片21を形成する円柱状のフロッキーチップ21dの表面に沿って密着する湾曲面22dを形成したものとするものであってもよい〔第8図(C)〕。その上、第9図〜第12図において示すように、一体となって塗布体20を形成する二本の保持軸19a、19bの先端に各々具えられる塗布体片21、22において、その組合せを、両塗布体片21、22の全体形状において、一方の塗布体片21は、該保持軸の軸方向に睫毛の形状に合わせて湾曲し、他方の塗布体片22は、前記一方の塗布体片21の湾曲に沿うように湾曲するものであり〔第9図(A)〜(E)左側〕、または上記両塗布体片21、22が逆方向に湾曲してなるもの〔第9図(A)〜(E)右側〕のいずれか(第9図)、または両塗布体片21,22を直線状としてなるもの(第10図)であって、更に上記両塗布体片21、22の全体形状に対して、両塗布体片21、22の各々の表面形状を、一方の塗布体片21は周縁に複数の環状突起21aを軸方向に並設し、他方の塗布体片22はその環状突起21aと係合する複数の周縁溝22aを軸方向に並設してなるもの〔第9図、第10図の各(A)〕、または一方の塗布体片21は切歯面22bを軸方向に設け、他方の塗布体片22は成形ブラシ26を配設してなるもの〔第9図、第10図の各(B)〕、あるいは両塗布体片21、22はいずれも複数の周縁溝22a、成形ブラシ26〔第9図、第10図の各(D)〕、あるいは切歯面22bを設けてなるもの〔第9図、第10図の各(E)〕とし、そして、上記両塗布体片21、22の全体形状及びそれに対する表面形状の組合せに対して、両塗布体片21、22の各々の断面形状を、方形状と円形状あるいは楕円形状〔第11図(A)〕、又は両塗布体片が一体となって円形状又は楕円形状となり、且つ該両塗布体片21、22間の互いに対向する面21e、22eが平面〔第11図(B)、(D)〕あるいはいずれかの塗布体片方向に湾曲する湾曲面とするもの〔第11図(C)、(E)〕が特に好ましいものである。ただし、該両塗布体片21、22間の互いに対向する面21e、22eは、重なり合っていれば平面や湾曲面だけではなく、一方の対向する面21eを凸状、他方の対向する面22eを凹状〔第12図(A)〕、一方の対向する面21eを半円突状、他方の対向する面22eを半円凹陥状〔第12図(B)〕、一方の対向する面21eを逆V字突状、他方の対向する面22eを逆V字凹陥状〔第12図(C)〕、一方の対向する面21eを山状、他方の対向する面22eを谷状〔第12図(D)〕、又は一方の対向する面21eを波状突起状、他方の対向する面22eを波状凹陥状〔第12図(E)〕等でも利用できる。
ここで、本願発明の実施例1における密閉機構の主要部は内キャップ13であり、該内キャップ13は、一端を封止する円筒体形状であって、蓋体8に内装されて、その開口部側端部は外側へ向けて肉厚の鍔部13bとなって、蓋体8の内壁に設けられた内キャップ受け8cと係合しつつ、蓋体8に密嵌されているとともに、その内部において塗布具16の根元部を固持している。また、その側周面に穿設する貫通孔13aの内周面には、弾性体のOリング14を具えるものである。そして、該Oリング14には、その表面に密着しながら出没自在となる突起ピン17bが挿入されている。後述するように、この突起ピン17bが釦部17への押圧力を塗布具16の保持軸19bに伝達する圧力伝達媒体となる。一方、開閉機構は、蓋体8に穿設された穴部8aより出没自在となる釦部17と塗布具16の二本の保持軸19a、19bの間に介装されたスプリング15とからなり、釦部17の脚部17a裏面は前記突起ピン17bに当接している。
そのため、釦部17を押圧することで、該釦部17の脚部17a裏面に当接する突起ピン17bは、内キャップ13の貫通孔13aを通して塗布具16をなす保持軸19bに当接し押勢する。その結果、塗布具16は、保持軸19a、19b間に介装するスプリング15を圧縮させつつ閉合する。このとき、該保持軸19a、19bの先端に各々具える塗布体片21、22は一体となって塗布体20を形成する。また、該釦部17を開放することで、該釦部17の脚部17a裏面に当接された突起ピン17bによる保持軸19bへの押勢が止められ、圧縮されていたスプリング15は反発して伸長する。その結果、塗布具16は、該保持軸19a、19bが互いに離脱して拡開する。このとき、一体となっていた塗布体20は二つの塗布体片21、22に分割する。
そして、内キャップ13内においてその根元部が固持される塗布具16の開閉に際して、蓋体8の穴部8aに対する釦部17の出没に対応して、該内キャップ13の貫通孔13a内を突起ピン17aが出没しても、該突起ピン17aの表面は、貫通孔13aの内周面に具えられる弾性を有するOリング14により常時密着されるので、該貫通孔13aにおける内キャップ13の密閉性を維持することができる。すなわち、釦部17が蓋体8の穴部8aを出没するためには、その両者の間にある程度の空間(隙間)が必要となり、その空間(隙間)が蓋体8内外に空気の流通を生じさせることとなる。しかし、内キャップ13がその鍔部13bにおいて蓋体8に密嵌されている上、内キャップ13に設けられた貫通孔13aではOリング14を介して突起ピン17aが出入りすることから、前記穴部8aの空間(隙間)から流通する空気は、内キャップ13の内側と流通することがなく、蓋体8と塗布容器本体2とを密嵌した際に、前記穴部8aの空間(隙間)を介しての塗布容器本体2内との空気の流通を防止することができる。
なお、この実施例1における蓋体8の開閉機構を構成する釦部17の脚部17aの尾栓9方向側には、凹陥部18が形成されている。この凹陥部18は蓋体8の穴部周縁8bと係合しうるものであって、釦部17を押圧して脚部17aを蓋体8の穴部8a内部に没入させるとともに、釦部17を尾栓9方向に摺動させると、釦部17の脚部17aの凹陥部18と蓋体8の穴部周縁8bとが係合する。従って、該釦部17は蓋体8の穴部8a内に没入状態で固定されることになるので、塗布具16は閉合状態で保持されることになる。この結果、塗布容器本体2に対して、塗布具16をその根元部において固持する蓋体8を脱着する際には、該塗布具16が邪魔にならず容易に行うことができる。また、塗布具16の使用に際しても、釦部17の脚部17aの凹陥部18と蓋体8の穴部周縁8bとを係合させた状態とすることで、二個の塗布体片21,22間に睫毛を挟持した状態を保持することができる。
実施例1の液体化粧料塗布容器1は以上の構成を具えるので、使用者が液体化粧料7を睫毛に塗布するにあたっては次のようにするものである。まず、使用者が液体化粧料塗布容器1において、塗布容器本体2と蓋体8との雄ねじ5と雌ねじ12との螺合を解くことにより、蓋体8を塗布容器本体2から分離し、該蓋体8にその根元部において固持された塗布具16を、内部に液体化粧料7を貯留する塗布容器本体2から引き抜くことができるようになる。その際、蓋体8に固持される塗布具16の保持軸19a、19b及び該保持軸19a、19b先端に具えられ、一体となって塗布体20を形成してなる塗布体片21、22に過剰な液体化粧料7が付着していても、塗布容器本体2内に内装されるしごき6により、過剰な液体化粧料7は除去されるものとなる。尚、塗布容器本体2に蓋体8を密嵌させた状態においては、塗布具16の二本の保持軸19a、19bが閉合されていなくても、各保持軸19a、19b先端の塗布体片21、22あるいは各保持軸19a、19bが塗布容器本体2の内壁面あるいはしごき6に当接した状態となっているだけであり、蓋体8を塗布容器本体2から分離しようとするに際し、塗布具16を塗布容器本体2から引き抜くに従い、拡開されていた二本の保持軸19a、19bはその拡開幅を狭めて、塗布容器本体2に設けられたしごき6を通過することとなるが、しごき6を通過して開口部3の外部に至ると、その二本の保持軸19a、19bがスプリング15の弾撥力によって急に拡開し、その各塗布体片21,22に付着していた液体化粧料7を周囲に撒き散らすおそれがあるため、釦部17を押圧していなければならないことから、蓋体8と塗布容器本体2とを密嵌させた状態においては、前述したように釦部17の脚部17aの凹陥部18と蓋体8の穴部周縁8bとを係合させて、常に二本の保持軸19a、19bが閉合しているようにするのが望ましい。
そして、上記塗布容器本体2と分離させた蓋体8において、押圧された状態で固定されている釦部17を尾栓9とは反対方向に摺動させつつ開放すると、該釦部17の脚部17a裏面に当接された突起ピン17bによる保持軸19bへの押勢が止められ、保持軸19a、19b間に介装され、圧縮されていたスプリング15が伸長し、保持軸19a、19bは互いに離脱するため塗布具16は拡開し、一体であった塗布体20は塗布体片21、22に分割する。そこで、分割した塗布体片21、22間に睫毛を位置させつつ、蓋体8の穴部8aより突出した釦部17を押圧することで、該釦部17の脚部17a裏面に当接した突起ピン17bは、内キャップ13の貫通孔13aの内周面に具えるOリング14bによってその表面を密着されつつ保持軸19bを押勢する。その結果、保持軸19a、19bは介装するスプリング15を圧縮しつつ閉合し、塗布体片21、22は一体となって塗布体20を形成するため睫毛はその間に挟持される。なお、睫毛に対する保持軸19a、19bの位置関係は、通常可動側の保持軸19bが上側、固定側の保持軸19aが下側となるが、使用者の都合により逆転してもよいものである。
その上で、該塗布体20を睫毛の毛先方向へ扱くことで、睫毛の表面に液体化粧料7を塗布することができる。
一方、睫毛に対する液体化粧料7の塗布作業が終了した後は、釦部17を押圧するとともに、尾栓9方向へ摺動させて、釦部17の脚部17a側面の凹陥部18と蓋体8の穴部周縁8bとが係合した状態としておく。これにより、釦部17の脚部17a裏面に当接する突起ピン17bが、内キャップ13の貫通孔13aに没入して保持軸19bを押勢した状態となり、塗布具16は閉合された状態に保持される。そのため、塗布容器本体2と蓋体8とを容易に一体にし、塗布具16を塗布容器本体2内に収納することができるものとなる。
以上のように、実施例1においては釦部17が蓋体8に設けられる穴部8aに対して出没自在となるだけでなく、蓋体8の軸方向に摺動自在となっていることから、蓋体8に設けられる穴部8aと釦部17の脚部17aとの間にはある程度の空間(隙間)が存在せざるをえない。この空間(隙間)から蓋体8の内外に空気の流通が生じるが、蓋体8内部に設けられる内キャップ13が、その鍔部13bによって蓋体8の内壁に密嵌されるとともに、内キャップ13の側面に設けられた貫通孔13aには、Oリング14とそれに常に密着して出没する突起ピン17bとが設置されているため、内キャップ13の内側は密閉された空間となり、前記空間(隙間)からの空気の流通を防止する。そのため、蓋体8を塗布容器本体2に密嵌した際に、蓋体8に設けられる穴部8aに生じるこの空間(隙間)を介しての、内キャップ13内外、すなわち当該内キャップ13内は塗布容器本体2内部とも連通していることから、その内部空間全体と内キャップ13外側との間の空気の流通を防止し、その内部の気密性を保持し、液体化粧料7の品質の低下や外部への漏出を防止できることとなる。
