Description

The present invention relates to a cigarette parcel including a group of cigarettes or cigarette packs of filter cigarettes and a sheet-like packaging material for wrapping the group.

This type of cigarette parcel is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-230552. This known cigarette parcel includes a pack group composed of a plurality of cigarette packs and a sheet-like wrapping material that wraps the pack group. The pack group includes two pack rows, and each pack row includes five cigarette packs. Have

Further, the cigarette parcel of the above publication includes a perforated row formed in the packaging material, and this perforated row is used to break the packaging material when the cigarette parcel is opened and the cigarette pack is taken out.

The above-described perforation row has a number of cuts, and these cuts are arranged at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the perforation row, and the length of the intermediate portion interposed between adjacent cuts is the breakage of the perforation row. Determine strength. The perforated row must have a breaking strength that can sufficiently withstand the external force applied to the packaging material when the pack group is wrapped by the packaging material. Therefore, the strength of the perforated row is relatively strong. . Therefore, when the cigarette parcel is opened, the user needs to push the nail into the intermediate portion of the perforated row to break the intermediate portion, and then break the packaging material while moving the nail along the perforated row.

However, the above-described claw depression may damage individual cigarette packs in the parcel. In particular, when the cigarette pack is not wrapped with a transparent film, the outer surface of the cigarette pack and the claws are in direct contact, and the outer surface of the cigarette pack is likely to be damaged.

The object of the present invention is that when a pack group is wrapped with a sheet-like packaging material, the cigarette parcel can be easily broken after opening without opening the packaging material. And providing a packaging material.

In order to achieve the above object, a cigarette parcel of the present invention is a pack group having a longitudinal axis, and includes a pack group including a plurality of cigarette packs and a sheet-like wrapping material that wraps the pack group. Yes.

The packaging material of the cigarette parcel of the present invention includes a perforated row extending along the longitudinal axis of the pack group, and the perforated rows are spaced along the longitudinal axis, and an intermediate between the cuts. And the sum of the length along the longitudinal axis at each cut and intermediate site is expressed as a drilling pitch, the perforation row has a portion with a ratio of the intermediate site to the drilling pitch. It also has smaller areas of weakness at other sites.

When the cigarette parcel described above is opened, the wrapping material is first broken from the weakened area of the perforated row and this break propagates to the remaining area of the perforated row, thereby breaking the packaging material along the perforated row. . As a result, each cigarette pack can be easily taken out from the cigarette parcel.

Since the wrapping material has a weak zone only in a part of the perforation row, the wrapping material is not broken along the perforation row when the pack group is wrapped by the wrapping material.

Specifically, the fragile region of the packaging material can be arranged in the center of the perforated row as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the perforated row, and the perforated row has the above-mentioned connection ratio on the both sides of the weakened region. It is possible to include a plurality of areas that increase in order.

More preferably, the packaging material may further include a mark indicating a weak zone. When the cigarette parcel is opened, the mark ensures that the user knows where the user should first break the perforation row.

The cigarette pack in the cigarette parcel may have an outer surface that is in direct contact with the packaging material.
The present invention also provides a sheet-like packaging material having the above-described perforated row.

It is the perspective view which showed the cigarette parcel of one Example of this invention. It is the expanded view which showed the sheet-like packaging material of FIG. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing a part of a perforation row in FIG. 2. It is sectional drawing of the cigarette parcel of FIG. It is the figure which showed a part of perforation row | line | column of a deformation | transformation row | line.

FIG. 1 shows a cigarette parcel according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The cigarette parcel includes a group 10 of cigarette packs CP and a sheet-like packaging material 12 that wraps the group 10. The group 10 includes two upper and lower pack rows as viewed in FIG. 1, and each pack row has five cigarette packs CP.

The packaging material sheet 12 is made of, for example, paper, and FIG. 2 is a development view of the packaging material 12. The central portion 14 of the wrapping material 12 is wound in a U shape around the pack group 10, and then both side edges of the wrapping material 12 are overlapped with each other on the back surface of the pack group 10 and bonded by an adhesive. Is done. Therefore, the packaging material 12 is formed in a tube shape surrounding the pack group 10. The tubular packaging material 12 has lugs protruding from both ends of the pack group 10, and these lugs are formed by both end portions 16 of the packaging material 12.

Thereafter, the lug is folded toward the corresponding end surface of the pack group 10 to form a closed surface covering the end surface. The closing surface has end flaps located at both ends and side flaps sequentially overlapped with the end flaps, and the side flaps are bonded to each other by an adhesive. As a result, the pack group 10 is completely wrapped by the packaging material 12, and a cigarette parcel is formed.

A thin broken line in FIG. 2 indicates a crease formed by folding the packaging material 12 described above. Moreover, the packaging material 12 has a pair of slits 18 at both ends 16 thereof, and these slits 18 form side flaps 20 located on the upper side of the side flaps described above (see FIG. 1).

Further, the packaging material 12 has a perforated row 22, which is located on one of a pair of small side surfaces of the pack group 10. More specifically, the perforated rows 22 are positioned between the pack rows, and extend in the longitudinal direction of the pack group 10, that is, in the arrangement direction of the cigarette packs CP in the pack row. In FIG. 1, the perforated row 22 is indicated by a thicker broken line than the broken line indicating the outline of the cigarette pack CP.

As is apparent from FIG. 2, the perforated row 22 includes a center region C located at the center thereof, and side regions S 1 and S 2 respectively disposed on both sides of the center region C. These side regions S 1 , S 2 is positioned symmetrically about the center area C. As shown in FIG. 3, the perforation row 22 has a number of cuts 26, and these cuts 26 are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the perforation row 2. The intermediate part interposed between the cuts 26 is indicated by reference numeral 24 in FIG.

When the lengths of the intermediate portion 24 and the cut 26 along the longitudinal direction of the drilling row are indicated by L and S, the sum of the lengths of the adjacent intermediate portion 24 and the cut 26 (L + S) represents the drilling pitch P. .

The ratio of the length L of the intermediate portion 24 to the perforation pitch P, that is, the connection ratio R (L / P) is different in each region of the perforation row 22 described above, and is set as follows in this embodiment.
Center area C:
R C = 0.1, drilling pitch P = 6 mm, L = 0.6 mm, pitch number (number of intermediate portions 24) N = 5
Side area S 1 :
R 1 = 0.117, drilling pitch P = 6 mm, L = 0.7 mm, pitch number N = 6
Side side area S 2 :
R 2 = 0.25, drilling pitch P = 6 mm, L = 1.5 mm, pitch number N = 12

<R<R
Therefore, the magnitude relationship of the connection ratios R C , R 1 , R 2 of the center area C and the side areas S 1 , S 2 is as follows.
R C <R 1 <R 2

The connection ratio R C of the center area C is smaller than the connection ratios R 1 and R 2 of the side areas S 1 and S 2 , and the center area C forms a fragile area of the perforated row 22. Therefore, when the cigarette parcel is opened, the connecting portions 24 of the center region C are easily broken by simply pulling the portions of the packaging material 12 sandwiching the center region C of the perforated row 22 in opposite directions. Then, since the break in the center region C sequentially propagates to the connection portions 24 of the sides S 1 and S 2 , the packaging material 12 is completely broken along the perforated row 22, and as a result, each cigarette is separated from the cigarette parcel. The pack CP can be easily taken out.

On the other hand, since the perforated row 22 has the center region C as a weak region only in the central portion thereof, when the pack group 10 is wrapped by the packaging material 12, the packaging material 12 breaks along the perforated row 22 Never do.

The length of the intermediate portion 24 in the center region C and the side regions S 1 and S 2 is slight. Therefore, it is not easy to visually recognize the difference in size of the intermediate portion 24 in each region. However, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging material 12 has a mark M surrounding the center area C in advance. If the parts of the packaging material 12 are pulled in opposite directions, the intermediate part 24 in the center region C is reliably broken.

FIG. 4 shows the cigarette pack CP in the cigarette parcel more specifically. The cigarette pack CP may be a hinge lid pack or a soft pack wrapped with a transparent film. However, it is preferable that the cigarette pack CP in the cigarette parcel is a tan grid pack not wrapped with the transparent film described above.

In the case of this kind of tan grid pack, the cigarette bundle is wrapped in a highly airtight inner wrapper and does not require film packaging.

Even if the cigarette pack CB in the cigarette parcel is the tan grid pack described above, the packaging material 12 of the cigarette parcel is easily broken without being pushed into the perforation row 22 by a nail. The outer surface is not damaged by the user's nails.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
For example, the center area of the drilling example 22 can be replaced with a center area C ′ shown in FIG. In this case, the structure of the center area C ′ is as follows.
Center area C ':
Connection ratio RC ′ = 0.778, drilling pitch P = 9 mm, L = 0.7 mm, pitch number N = 3

Connection ratio R C' center region C also, the side S 1, connection ratios R 1 in S 2, that R 2 is smaller than of course.

Note that the side areas S 1 and S 2 may be unified into one of the side areas, or another side area having a larger connection ratio may be provided outside the side area S 2 .
