Description

The present invention relates to a binding tool including an operation lever and a file that are preferably used in an office or the like.

For example, as a binding tool of this type, as shown in FIG. 15, a pair of first binding members a and a and a pair of second binding members b and b corresponding to the first binding members a and a. Are attached to the base e, and the leading end portions a1 and b1 are closed or opened through the relative rotation of the corresponding first binding member a and second binding member b, respectively, so that the sheets are bound or bound. What was comprised so that a cancellation | release state might be implement | achieved is known. The binding tool A is provided with an opening means c for applying a force in a direction in which the tip portions a1 and b1 of the first and second binding members a and b are opened, and the first and second against the opening means c. An operating lever d is provided that relatively rotates the binding members a and b to hold the front end portions a1 and b1 in the closed position.
In this case, both bindings are performed against the force applied by the opening means c by operating the operating lever d downward to close the front ends a1 and b1 of the first and second binding members a and b. The members a and b perform a relative rotation operation in a direction in which the end portions a1 and b1 are closed. Then, the leading ends a1 and b1 of the first and second binding members a and b abut against each other, and the space therebetween is closed. Under the holding force of the operation lever d, the paper sheets by the first and second binding members a and b The binding state is maintained.
On the other hand, when the operation lever d is operated upward to release the holding force that holds the end portions a1 and b1 of the first and second binding members a and b in the closed position, both binding members a and b Since the force in the direction of opening the tip portions a1 and b1 is applied by the opening means c, the binding members a and b move relative to each other in the direction of opening the tip portions a1 and b1 and shift to the binding release state. To do.
The tip portions a1 and b1 of the first and second binding members a and b are abutted with an uneven structure that fits smoothly in the opening and closing direction as shown in FIG. 16 (a). b has an arch shape in the closed state.
However, if an unexpected external force acts on the first and second binding members a and b due to the fall of the binding tool A and other causes, the tips a1 and b1 of both binding members a and b rotate smoothly in the closing direction. Therefore, even if the operation lever d is in the closed position, it is elastically deformed in the opening direction as shown in FIG. A gap is likely to occur, and after the unevenness is removed, the gap may be incompletely closed again as shown in FIG. For this reason, in addition to the trouble that the paper sheets are pinched between the leading end portions a1 and b1 and the paper sheets fall off from the binding tool A, the binding member a that is bitten in a state of trying to operate the operation lever d. Even if the opening operation of b is hindered or the operation lever d can be opened, there may be a problem that the normal closing function is impaired due to plastic deformation when the binding members a and b become loose.
In particular, the first and second binding members a and b are arched in the closed state, but the binding region is substantially the rising portion of the second binding member b that rises substantially vertically from the base e. The top portion T is merely an area for allowing paper sheets to pass through during browsing or addition / removal operation. The distance from the base end part a2 of the binding member a to the tip end part a1 is unnecessarily large by the amount corresponding to the apex T, and elastic deformation is likely to occur when an external force acts on the tip end parts a1 and b1. Thus, the above-mentioned defects tend to appear more remarkably.
In addition, when the binding tool A is attached to the cover body B and the file F is configured, the shape of the top T causes a dead space D between the front cover B1 and the back cover B2 as shown in FIG. The storage efficiency is lowered, and the external dimensions of the file F are increased.
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and even if an unexpected external force acts on the periphery of the distal end portion in a state where the first and second binding members are held in the closed position by the operation lever. The main object of the present invention is to provide a binding tool and a file having a new structure that can prevent the paper sheets from being caught or dropped and that can also ensure an appropriate closing function of the operation lever.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention takes the following measures.
That is, the binding tool of the present invention includes a pair of first binding members and a pair of second binding members corresponding to the first binding members, and corresponding first binding members and second binding members, respectively. It is configured to realize a binding state or a binding release state with respect to the paper sheets by closing or opening between the leading end portions through relative rotation of the members, and between the leading end portions of the first and second binding members. An opening means for applying a force in the opening direction, and an operation lever for relatively rotating the first and second binding members against the opening means and holding the distal end portions in a closed position. It is. And between the tip portions, the first binding member or the second binding member is engaged through temporary elastic deformation, and the engagement is deepened by the force applied from the opening means. An engaging portion for prohibiting the opening operation is provided.
When the operation lever is operated in a direction to close the front end portions of the first and second binding members, the binding members perform a relative rotation operation in a direction to close the front end portions against the force applied by the opening means. . And the engagement part provided between the front-end | tip parts through temporary elastic deformation of at least any one binding member engages, and the paper sheets by the 1st, 2nd binding member under the holding force by an operation lever The binding state is obtained. The engaging portion deepens the engagement with the force applied from the opening means, and the engagement is not released unless the elastic deformation is temporarily applied to the binding member. For this reason, even if an unexpected external force acts on the first and second binding members due to dropping of the binding tool and other causes, an attempt is made to elastically deform in a direction in which the front ends of the first and second binding members are opened. Therefore, the deformation operation, and the situation of re-occlusion and the like are effectively prevented.
On the other hand, by operating the operation lever, the holding force that holds the end portions of the first and second binding members in the closed position is released, and then temporarily between the front end portions of both binding members. When the elastic deformation is applied, the engagement of the engaging portion is released. Since both the binding members are applied with a force in the direction of opening between the front end portions by the opening means, both binding members are relatively rotated in the direction of opening the front end portions, and a binding release state is obtained.
According to the present invention, even if an unexpected external force is applied to the first and second binding members due to dropping or other causes, it is prohibited to elastically deform between the front ends of both binding members in the opening direction. It is possible to effectively eliminate the occurrence of pinching and dropping off of leaves and the operation failure of the operation lever. Therefore, it is robust against dropping or accidental collision of articles, and the reliability and durability as a binding tool can be effectively improved.
The engaging portion is preferably engaged by temporarily elastically deforming the first binding members or the second binding members in a direction in which the first binding members or the second binding members are close to each other.
According to this, the elastic deformation in the approaching direction can be easily imparted by performing an operation of picking with a fingertip or the like. Therefore, the binding state by the first and second binding members can be easily released with one hand.
Alternatively, it is desirable that the engaging portion is engaged by temporarily elastically deforming the first binding members or the second binding members in directions away from each other. According to this, the elastic deformation in the direction away from each other can be easily imparted by performing an operation of pulling apart with both hands. Therefore, even if relatively high rigidity is imparted to the first and second binding members, the binding state can be easily released using both hands.
As a specific embodiment of the engaging portion, an engagement structure of an inward hook-shaped portion provided on either the first binding member or the second binding member and an outward hook-shaped portion provided on the other side Are listed.
If it does in this way, the engaging part which engages smoothly by block | close operation | movement and deepens an engagement with the force of an open direction can be implement | achieved exactly by simple process.
In order to further enhance the operational effects of the present invention, the first binding member and the second binding member are erected with the base end portion attached to the base, and the first binding member on the erected end side in the closed state. It is desirable that at least one of the member and the second binding member is provided with a top portion extending substantially parallel to the base.
Since at least one rising end side of the first binding member or the second binding member is provided with a top portion extending substantially parallel to the base, a substantial binding amount compared to the top portion having an arch shape. Are the same, the distance from the proximal end to the distal end is reduced. For this reason, the binding member is less likely to be elastically deformed, and the situation where the end portions are easily opened is more effectively prevented.
When a file is constructed by attaching the above binding tool to the cover body, the effects obtained in the file are basically the same as those described for the binding tool.
In particular, when a top portion extending substantially parallel to the base is provided, the dead space generated between the front cover and the back cover becomes smaller than that of the arch-shaped one, so that the storage efficiency is lowered and the unnecessary outer dimensions of the file are increased. Invitation is effectively avoided.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a main part of a file 2 provided with a binding tool 1, and FIGS. 2 to 5 show an enlarged front view, an enlarged left side view, and an enlarged plan view of the binding tool 1. An enlarged right side view is shown. The file 2 includes a cover body 3 including a front cover 31 and a back cover 32 that are connected via a spine cover 33 in the middle, and a binding tool 1 attached to the inner surface of the back cover 32.
The binding tool 1 includes a pair of first binding members 11 and 11 and a pair of second binding members 12 and 12 corresponding to the first binding members 11 and 11 on the base 10. Through the relative rotation operation of the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, the tip portions 11 a and 12 a are closed or opened as shown in FIG. 2 and the like. Further, the binding tool 1 includes an opening means 4 (see FIG. 4 and the like) for applying a force in a direction in which the end portions 11a and 12a of the first and second binding members 11 and 12 are opened, and the opening means 4. Against this, there is provided an operation lever 5 for relatively rotating the first and second binding members 11 and 12 and holding the tip portions 11a and 12a in the closed position.
More specifically, the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 form an arched closed loop in the closed state. As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the first binding member 11 is gently curved from an upright region 11x standing upright from the base 10 toward the second binding member 12 side from the leading end side of the upstanding region 11x. It comprises a curved region 11y. Further, the second binding member 12 stands in a closed state from the base 10 to a position slightly higher than the standing area 11x, and from the leading end side of the standing area 12x toward the first binding member 11 side. It is comprised from the bending area | region 12y bent. The closed position by the tip portions 11a and 12a is a position displaced from the top T of the arch to the second binding member 12 side.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the base end portions 11 b and 11 b of the pair of first binding members 11 and 11 are connected by a connecting portion 13, and both ends of the connecting portion 13 are configured. A rotating shaft portion 13a is attached to a bearing 10a provided on the base 10 so as to be rotatable. On the other hand, the second binding members 12 and 12 forming a pair are attached with the base end portion 12 b fixed to the base 10. Then, the first binding member 11 rotates around the rotation shaft portion 13a as a fulcrum to close or open the front end portions 11a, 12a of the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, The binding release state is realized.
As shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the opening means 4 has the rotating shaft portion 13a and a position displaced from the rotating shaft portion 13a by bending a part of the connecting portion 13 of the first binding member 11 into a crank shape. In addition to providing a parallel crankshaft 41, the base edge 42a side is fixed to the base 10, and the distal end edge 42b side is elastically contacted with the crankshaft 41 from below to provide a leaf spring 42. Then, by the action of the leaf spring 42, an elastic force is applied to press the proximal end portion 11b of the first binding member 11 in the closed position and the vicinity thereof in the opening direction via the connecting portion 13.
As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the operation lever 5 is provided with a rotating arm 51, a transmission unit 52 that is integrally continuous in a direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation arm 51, and an upright side of the transmission unit 52. And an operation end 53 having an inverted L shape. Then, the base end of the rotary arm 51 is rotatably attached to a support portion 10b provided upright on the base 10 via an arm support shaft 51a parallel to the opening / closing direction of the first and second binding members 11 and 12. A roller 54 is attached to a crossing portion between the rotating arm 51 and the transmission portion 52 via a roller support shaft 54a substantially parallel to the base 10. The operation end 53 is in the open position and is in a position that is slanted upward as indicated by an imaginary line in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the roller 54 rolls to a position displaced from the center of the crankshaft 41 of the connecting portion 13. Contact is possible. When the operation end 53 is pushed down from this position, the rotary arm 51 rotates around the arm support shaft 51a, and the roller 54 gradually moves toward the central portion of the connecting portion 13 while rolling on the connecting portion 13 and connected. The portion 13 is pushed down against the leaf spring 42. During this time, elastic force is accumulated in the leaf spring 42, the first binding member 11 rotates while the tip end portion 11 a approaches the tip end portion 12 a of the second binding member 12, and finally the tip end portions 11 a, 12 a are connected. Block. In other words, the roller 54 moves from the position indicated by the imaginary line in FIG. 3 to the position indicated by the solid line in the figure slightly passing through the lowest point and rotating even if the operating force to the operating end 53 is removed. Since the arm 51 is in a state substantially orthogonal to the crankshaft 41 of the connecting portion 13, the connecting portion 13 is held down by a toggle action, and the binding members 11 and 12 are kept closed. The leaf spring 42 receives the pressing force of the connecting portion 13.
When the operation lever 5 is flipped up from this position, the roller 54 moves in the direction opposite to the above on the connecting portion 13 pressed against the leaf spring 42, and after the roller 54 passes the lowest point, The front end 11a should move away from the front end 12a of the second binding member 12 while the first binding member 11 rotates in the opposite direction. However, in this embodiment, the tip portions 11a and 12a are not opened only by this due to the presence of an engaging portion 6 described later. In FIG. 3, when the operating lever 5 shifts from the state indicated by the solid line to the state indicated by the broken line, a stopper mechanism (not shown) is provided between the operating lever 5 and the base 10 or the vicinity thereof so that the operating lever 5 is It stops at the flip-up position.
In such a binding tool 1, the present embodiment is engaged with the first binding member 11 or the second binding member 12 between the tip end portions 11 a and 12 a through temporary elastic deformation, and is applied from the opening means 4. An engaging portion 6 is provided that deepens the engagement by the applied force and prohibits the opening operation between the tip portions 11a and 12a.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 (a) to 6 (c), the engaging portion 6 is an outward hook-like portion having a shape obtained by partially cutting the outside of the front end portion 11a of the first binding member 11. 61 and an inwardly hooked portion 62 having a shape obtained by partially cutting the inside of the distal end portion 12a of the second binding member 12. As shown in FIGS. 6 (b) and 6 (c), the outward flange 61 and the inward flange 62 have chevron engaging portions 61a and 62a at positions close to the distal ends, and the proximal ends thereof. Valley engagement portions 61b and 62b are provided at adjacent positions, and undercut portions 61ax and 62ax are provided therebetween. The hook-shaped engagement part 61a (62a) of one hook-shaped part 61 (62) and the valley-shaped engagement part 62b (61b) of the other hook-shaped part 62 (61) are in a relationship of fitting with irregularities, The same shape is given to the mountain-shaped engaging portions 61a and 62a and the valley-shaped engaging portions 61b and 62b.
When the leading end portions 11a and 12a of the binding members 11 and 12 approach from the same figure (c) as shown in the same figure (b), the first binding members 11 and 11 are temporarily elastically deformed in the direction in which they are close to each other. While the second binding members 12 and 12 are temporarily elastically deformed in a direction away from each other, the mountain-shaped engagement portions 61a and 62a are deeply engaged with each other. When the mountain-shaped engagement portion 61a (62a) falls into the valley-shaped engagement portion 62b (61b), an engagement portion 6 is formed as shown in FIG. Thus, the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 appear to be a linear body forming one continuous closed loop. At this time, the 1st binding member 11 and the 2nd binding member 12 return to the state before a deformation | transformation from an elastic deformation state.
In this embodiment, the closing means between the front end portions 11a and 12a of the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 is not maintained by the closing means that presses in the closing direction, but the opening means 4 that presses in the opening direction. To keep up with. The reason is that the opening and closing operation can be smoothly performed with a light force without requiring an excessive operation force, and the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 are suddenly operated to generate noise when being closed. This is because the number of parts can be reduced because there is no need to provide a separate member as an opening means.
As shown in FIG. 1, the front cover 31 of the front cover body 3 is provided with a slit 31a at a position corresponding to the arch formed when the first and second binding members 11 and 12 are closed. The top portion T of the arch can be inserted into the slit 31a. Further, a protrusion 31a1 that engages with the inner periphery of the arm at the insertion position is provided at the opening edge of the slit 31a. This is for maintaining the cover 3 in a closed state.
As described above, when the binding tool 1 according to the present embodiment and the file 2 to which the binding tool 1 is attached operate the operation lever 5 in the direction in which the front end portions 11a and 12a of the first and second binding members 11 and 12 are closed. The binding members 11 and 12 perform a relative rotation operation in a direction to close the end portions 11a and 12a against the force applied by the opening means 4. The engaging portions 6 provided between the tip portions 11a and 12a are engaged through temporary elastic deformation of both the binding members 11 and 12, and the holding force by the operating lever 5 is shown in FIGS. As shown by the solid line, the binding state of the paper sheets by the first and second binding members 11 and 12 is obtained.
The engaging portion 6 is engaged with the mountain-shaped engaging portion 61a (62a) and the valley-shaped engaging portion 62b (61b) by the force applied from the opening means 4 in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. 6 (a). The engagement is not released unless an elastic deformation operation as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 5B is temporarily applied to the first binding member 11 or the second binding member 12. This is because undercut portions 61ax and 62ax at the bases of the chevron engaging portions 61a and 62a shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (c) when the binding members 11 and 12 are to be opened along their axes. This is because they have a relationship of meshing with each other. For this reason, an unexpected external force acts on the first and second binding members 11 and 12 due to the fall of the binding tool 1 and other causes, and thereby, between the distal end portions 11a and 12a of the first and second binding members 11 and 12. Even if it is about to be elastically deformed in the direction of opening, the deformation operation, and the situation of re-blocking as a result is effectively prevented. For example, when the file 2 falls from the top T side with the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 of the cover 3 being opened, the top T receives a reaction force from the floor or is bound. For example, even if an inertial force acts mainly on the second binding member 12 and an outward external force that opens a closed loop acts on the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, the engagement portion 6 is forced in the opening direction. Therefore, the closed state between the tip portions 11a and 12a is maintained. Alternatively, when the file 2 falls along the longitudinal direction of the spine 33, the weight of inertia mainly acts on the second binding member 12 from the bound paper sheets, and in particular, the first binding member 12 has the first weight. Even if an external force acting in the longitudinal direction of the spine 33 acts on the binding member 11, in either of the two sets of closed loops constituted by the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, Since the engaging portion 6 is deeply engaged by the operation, the state where the tip portions 11a and 12a are closed is maintained.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the operating lever 5 is operated as indicated by the arrow in the drawing, and the holding force that holds the end portions 11a, 12a of the first and second binding members 11, 12 in the closed position. And then, when the first binding members 11 and 11 are artificially subjected to temporary elastic deformation as shown by arrows in the drawing, as shown in FIG. 8, FIG. 6 (a) → (b ) → (c), the engagement of the engaging portion 6 is released. Since both the binding members 11 and 12 are given a force in the direction in which the front end portions 11a and 12a are opened by the opening means 4, both the binding members 11 and 12 have the front end portions 11a and 12a as shown in FIG. Relative rotation is performed in the direction in which the space 12a is opened, and the binding release state is obtained.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, even if an unexpected external force is applied to the first and second binding members 11 and 12 due to dropping or other causes, the distance between the front end portions 11a and 12a of the both binding members 11 and 12 is increased. Is prevented from elastically deforming in the opening direction, and the occurrence of the pinching or dropping of the paper sheets or the operation failure of the operation lever 5 can be effectively eliminated. Therefore, it is robust against dropping or accidental collision of articles, and the reliability and durability of the binding tool 1 can be effectively improved.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the engaging portion 6 is engaged by temporarily elastically deforming the first binding members 11 and 11 in a direction in which the first binding members 11 and 11 meet each other. Elastic deformation in the direction can be easily imparted by performing an operation of picking with a fingertip or the like. Therefore, the binding state by the first and second binding members 11 and 12 can be easily released with one hand.
Of course, the engaging portion 6 is also engaged by temporarily elastically deforming the second binding members 12 and 12 in a direction away from each other. The members 12 and 12 can be easily applied by performing an operation of pulling them apart with both hands. Therefore, even when relatively high rigidity is imparted to the first and second binding members 11 and 12, the binding state can be easily released using both hands.
As a specific structure, the engaging portion 6 has an engagement structure of an outward hook-like portion 61 provided on the first binding member 11 and an inward hook-like portion 62 provided on the second binding member 12. Therefore, the engaging portion 6 that performs a smooth engaging operation at the time of closing and deepens the engaging with respect to the force in the opening direction can be accurately realized by simple processing or the like.
When the binding tool 1 is attached to the cover body 3 to constitute the file 2, the effects obtained in the file 2 are basically the same as those described for the binding tool 1.
In the illustrated embodiment, the engaging portion 6 is provided with an outward hook-like portion 61 at the distal end portion 11a of the first binding member 11, and an inward hook-like portion 62 is provided at the distal end portion 12a of the second binding member 12. By temporarily elastically deforming the first binding members 11, 11 in a direction in which the first binding members 11, 11 are close to each other and in a direction in which the second binding members 12, 12 are apart from each other, Although the structure in which the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 are engaged is employed, an inward hook-like portion is provided on the distal end portion 11a side of the first binding member 11, and the distal end portion 12a side of the second binding member 12 is provided. You may provide an outward hook-shaped part in this.
Further, the direction of the elastic deformation is limited to the above as long as the engaging portion is engaged through temporary elastic deformation and deepens the engagement by the force applied from the opening operation of the opening means 4. is not.
For example, the engaging portion 6α shown in FIG. 10 is provided with an upward hook-like portion 61α at the distal end portion 11a of the first binding member 11, and with a downward hook-like portion 62α at the distal end portion 12a of the second binding member 12. The first binding member 11 and the second binding member 11 and the second binding member 11 are temporarily elastically deformed so that the leading end portion 11a of the first binding member 11 sinks under the leading end portion 12a of the second binding member 12. It is comprised so that the binding member 12 may be engaged.
For example, even when the file 2 falls from the top T side and an outward external force that opens a closed loop acts on the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, the structure of the engaging portion 6α Since this is a structure that engages with the force in the opening direction, the state where the tip portions 11a and 12a are closed is maintained. In particular, when falling from the top T side, the reaction force from the floor or the bound paper sheets may act as a compressive force, and the second binding member 12 may be plastically deformed in the buckling direction. According to such a vertical engagement structure, since the second binding member 12 is prohibited from entering the lower side of the first binding member 11, such plastic deformation can be effectively suppressed. Further, even if plastic deformation occurs, it is possible to prevent the paper members from being scattered by avoiding the opening between the binding members 11 and 12. Therefore, it is possible to realize a more robust file 2 against an outward external force that opens a closed loop that acts on the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12.
Although the thing of FIG. 10 has the said effect, it is hard to say that the 1st binding member 11 and the 2nd binding member 12 are robust with respect to the external force which becomes a lot along the longitudinal direction of the spine 33. 11, the engaging portion 6β can be made more robust against an external force that opens the closed loop acting on the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12, and the spine 33 It is possible to realize the file 2 that can withstand the external force that is almost along the longitudinal direction.
The engaging portion 6β is provided with an outward flange portion 61β1 and an upward flange portion 61β2 at the distal end portion 11a of the first binding member 11, and an inward flange portion 62β1 and downward at the distal end portion 12a of the second binding member 12. An operation of temporarily elastically deforming the first binding members 11 and 11 in a direction in which the first binding members 11 and 11 come close to each other and in a direction in which the second binding members 12 and 12 are separated from each other; The outwardly hooked portion 61β1 and the inwardly hooked portion 62β1 are caused by causing the operation in which the binding member 11 is elastically deformed temporarily in the direction of being relatively below the second binding member 12 to be simultaneously or back and forth. The upward hook-like portion 61β2 and the downward hook-like portion 62β2 are caught, and the first binding member 11 and the second binding member 12 are engaged with each other. Also in this case, the undercut portions 61β1x and 62β1x of the hook-shaped portions 61β1 and 62β1 and the undercut portions 61β2x and 62β2x of the hook-shaped portions 61β2 and 62β2 are engaged with each other.
If comprised in this way, between the front-end | tip parts 11a and 12a will not open | release also with respect to the external force which opens the closed loop which acts on the 1st binding member 11 and the 2nd binding member 12, and the 2nd binding member 12 does not open | release. The operation of entering the lower side of the first binding member 11 by the compressive force is also prohibited, and it can resist an external force that is one in the longitudinal direction of the spine cover 33. Therefore, even when the file 2 is dropped from the top T side or along the longitudinal direction of the spine 33, the function of the file 2 is maintained more accurately and the sheets are prevented from dropping off. It becomes possible.
Second Embodiment
The binding tool 101 of this embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 basically has the same configuration as the binding tool 1 of the first embodiment. Therefore, common parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
Therefore, the binding tool 101 is different from the shapes of the first and second binding members 11 and 12 constituting the binding tool 1 according to the above embodiment in the shape of the first and second binding members 111 and 112. ing.
The first binding member 111 and the second binding member 112 are D-shaped when closed. The first binding member 111 includes a standing region 111x that rises substantially vertically from the base 10 in the closed state, a curved region 111y that bends gradually and gently from the distal end side of the standing region 111x toward the second binding member 112, It is comprised from the extending | stretching area | region 111z extended | stretched substantially parallel to the base 10 from the curved area | region 111y. Further, the second binding member 112 bends with a standing radius 112x standing longer than the standing region 111x from the base 10 and a curvature radius far smaller than the bending region 111y from the distal end side of the standing region 112x. It comprises a curved region 112y. The closing position is a portion where the tip end portion 111a of the first binding member 111 constituting the D-shaped top portion T and the tip end portion 112a facing obliquely upward of the second binding member 112 are in contact with each other. Is located almost directly above the standing region 112x.
The front end portions 111a and 112a of the first binding member 111 and the second binding member 112 are each provided with an engaging portion 6 formed of a hook-like portion similar to the first embodiment. The same applies to other configurations such as the opening means 4 and the operation lever 5.
Thus, since the top T is comprised by the extending | stretching part 111z extended substantially parallel to the base 10 among the 1st binding members 111 and the 2nd binding members 112, FIG. 2 and FIG. 12 are compared. As can be seen, the distance from the proximal end to the distal end of the binding tool 101 (the height dimension is the same) is small even when the substantial amount of binding is the same, compared with the case where the apex T has an arch shape. . For this reason, the binding members 111 and 112 are less likely to be elastically deformed, and the situation where the end portions 111a and 112a are easily opened can be more effectively prevented.
Other configurations also bring about the same effects as the first embodiment by adopting the same configuration as the first embodiment.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the top portion T extending substantially parallel to the base 10 is constituted by the extending portion 111z, and the upright region 112x serving as a substantial binding region is formed on the back cover 31 and the back as shown in FIG. Since most of the inner space of the cover 32 is occupied, as is apparent from the comparison between FIG. 14 and FIG. 17, almost no dead space is generated between the front cover 31 and the back cover 32 as compared with the arched one. Disappear. For this reason, it is possible to effectively avoid a decrease in storage efficiency and an unnecessary increase in the external dimensions of the file.
The specific configuration of each unit is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the engaging portion may have a shape other than those described above. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it was the structure which each displaces in the direction in which the 1st binding member which makes a pair approaches, and the 2nd binding member which makes a pair mutually separates, an engaging part cancels | releases, The first binding member forming the first and second binding members may be displaced in the same direction, and the second binding member forming the pair may be displaced in the opposite direction to release the engaging portion. Furthermore, the first and second binding members may perform opening / closing operations by rotating both. Other configurations can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

As described above, according to the present invention, the proper binding state of the binding tool is not released even by dropping or the like, and the function of the binding tool is not impaired. It can be effectively used for a file used for the purpose of using it or for carrying it frequently. Also, the storage efficiency can be effectively improved when storing files on a shelf.
