Description

The present invention relates to an occlusal device having a pair of male and female members that mesh with each other, and a packaging bag with an occlusal device provided with the occlusal device.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packaging bag with an articulating tool is known in which a pair of male and female members that mesh with each other along the periphery of an opening of a packaging bag are fixed. According to this packaging bag with a bite, the contents of food and the like can be cut off from the outside air and stored by releasing the bite of the male and female members, storing food, etc., and biting the male and female members again. There is an advantage that contents such as food can be stored for a long time without deteriorating the quality.
On the other hand, as another packaging bag that can be freely opened and closed, a technique in which an opening and closing member made of a metal strip is provided on the periphery of the opening of the packaging bag is known (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-59560).
Such an opening and closing member can close or open the opening of the packaging bag by deforming the metal strip, and at the time of opening, the contents can be easily expanded by expanding the metal strip into an arc shape. There is an advantage that it can be taken out.
However, the above-described conventional packaging bag with a bite has a problem that it is difficult to maintain the shape at the time of opening because the opening portion is closed by the weight of the packaging bag at the time of opening.
Moreover, in the packaging bag provided with the metal strip shown in the aforementioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-59560, the packaging bag is closed by deformation of the metal strip, so that the sealing property when resealed cannot be secured. There is a problem.
Furthermore, since packaging bags are usually made of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and metal strips are dissimilar members, in recent years, the metal strips must be removed from the packaging bags and discarded. There is a problem that it takes time and effort.
In addition, a metal detector may be used in the inspection of foreign matters such as food, and the metal strip as in Patent Document 1 reacts with the detector and cannot be used for food packaging bags. There's a problem.

The main object of the present invention is to provide an occlusal device that can retain the shape at the time of opening when it is attached to a packaging bag, can ensure sufficient sealing performance, and does not require time for disposal, and occlusion It is to provide a packaging bag with ingredients.
The occlusal device of the present invention has a pair of male and female members that mesh with each other, and is attached along the periphery of the opening of the packaging bag, and at least one of the male member and the female member is the Attached to the packaging bag as a thermoplastic resin extending along the extending direction and having a benzene ring in the main chain, or as a co-extrusion layer of a thermoplastic resin having a benzene ring in the main chain It is characterized by having a shape holding part that holds the shape opened when the contact is made.
Here, the male member and the female member constituting the occlusion device can be manufactured by extruding a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin with a single-screw or bi-screw extruder or the like, and the material is the packaging used. It is suitably selected according to the material of the bag. For example, if the material of the film constituting the packaging bag is polyethylene, it is preferable to adopt polyethylene as the material of the male member and the female member. If the material of the film is polypropylene, the male member and the female member are also made of polypropylene. It is preferable to adopt.
Moreover, as a material which comprises a shape holding | maintenance part, it is preferable to employ | adopt polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example, More preferably, it is good to employ | adopt low crystalline thru | or amorphous polyethylene terephthalate.
According to the present invention, when at least one of the male member and the female member constituting the occlusal device is provided with the shape holding portion, the opening state of the packaging bag can be maintained as it is when the opening of the packaging bag is greatly expanded. Therefore, by attaching such a bite to the packaging bag, the packaging bag can be easily taken out.
In addition, by providing a pair of male and female members that mesh with each other, the packaging bag can be re-sealed by securing the sealing property even after opening by occluding them.
Furthermore, since the shape holding part is made of a thermoplastic resin having a benzene ring in the main chain, all the materials including the shape holding part can be made of resin, and there is no need to remove the shape holding part and discard it. Therefore, the time and effort for disposal can be greatly reduced.
And by adopting PET as the thermoplastic resin constituting the shape holding part, the shape holding property can be reliably realized by utilizing the toughness and plasticity of PET.
In addition, by forming the shape holding portion with low crystalline PET or amorphous PET, these PETs have a lower extrusion molding temperature than crystalline PET, so thermoplastic resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene constituting the occlusion device In the co-extrusion molding, the temperature difference during extrusion is reduced, and seizure of polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. can be prevented.
In the above, it is conceivable that the above-described shape holding portion is integrally formed inside the male member and / or the female member, and preferably it is integrally formed inside the male member.
Here, the area ratio in the cross section of the outer peripheral resin such as polypropylene constituting the male member and / or the female member and the resin constituting the shape holding portion is such that the outer peripheral resin: shape holding portion = 1: 9 to 9: 1. It is preferable to set the gap between the ranges, and if it is out of this range, the shape-retaining property may be lost, or the resealability as an articulating device may be deteriorated.
By integrally forming the male member or the female member in this way, the outer skin can employ a suitable resin as the male member or the female member to ensure hermeticity, and the shape retainability is the internal shape. This can be realized by the holding unit. Further, since the male member has a cross section including a bulging portion that meshes with the female member, the shape holding portion can be integrally formed therein, and is easy to manufacture.
Further, when the male member and the female member are welded to the inner surface of the film constituting the packaging bag, and the occlusal part body that is erected from the welded base and is engaged with each other, the shape holding part described above is It is also conceivable to form it integrally with the weld base of the male member and / or female member.
In this case, the shape holding portion may be integrated by extruding the shape holding portion together with the welding base portion into a film shape by coextrusion molding or the like, or by laminating and bonding the film shape holding portion to the belt-like welding base portion by lamination or the like. Good.
Even if the shape holding portion is formed in this way, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained, and the shape holding portion can be integrally formed so as not to interfere with the occlusal body of the male member or the female member. The degree of freedom in shape is improved.
Furthermore, when the shape holding part is integrally formed with the welding base, it is preferable that the shape holding part is formed at a position away from the position where the occlusal part main body of the welding base is provided.
By forming the shape holding part at a position away from the occlusal part main body in this way, when the occlusal part main bodies of the male member and the female member are engaged with each other, the toughness of the shape holding part, plasticity, etc. Since the occlusion is not hindered, the male member and the female member can be reliably engaged and sealed reliably.
And either one of the male member and female member mentioned above is comprised with the thermoplastic resin which comprises a shape holding | maintenance part, and either one is comprised with the flexible thermoplastic resin which tracks and deform | transforms this at the time of occlusion. It is possible.
Here, as the flexible thermoplastic resin, it is preferable to employ a polyolefin resin blended with a modifier as required, for example, a blend of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. with a modifier. can do. As the modifier, a propylene-ethylene random copolymer, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene-polar vinyl monomer copolymer, an elastomer, or the like can be used.
According to the present invention as described above, by forming one member constituting the occlusal device with PET or the like, it is possible to impart shape retaining property having toughness and plasticity to the one member, and the other member. By configuring the member with a flexible thermoplastic resin, the other member can follow the one member having shape-retaining properties so that the occlusal body bodies can be engaged with each other. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform co-extrusion molding as described above, and it is possible to obtain an occlusal device that can achieve the object of the present invention by extruding each of the male member and the female member with a single material. It can be manufactured with efficiency.
Moreover, the packaging bag with an occlusion device of the present invention is characterized by including the above-mentioned occlusion device, wherein the occlusion device is attached along the periphery of the opening of the packaging bag, and such an occlusion device The attached packaging bag can be suitably used as a packaging bag for hermetically enclosing food, particularly liquid or semi-liquid food.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 shows a packaging bag 1 with a bite according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The packaging bag 1 is configured as a flat bag-shaped packaging bag, and a stretched or unstretched polypropylene film is used as a bottom portion of a folded bag at the center, and side seal portions 11 are formed on the laminated film 10 at a predetermined pitch. This is a packaging bag made of polypropylene having an opening 12 on the side opposite to the bottom on the lower side in the figure.
And the biting tool 20 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is provided inside the peripheral part of this opening part 12, and this biting tool 20 is crushed by the part 20A which cross | intersects the side seal part 11. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the occlusal tool 20 includes a pair of male and female members 21 and 22 that are welded to the mutually opposing surfaces of the film 10.
The male member 21 is a polypropylene linear member having a cross section including a belt-like base 211 welded to the inner surface of the film and a male main body 212 having a circular cross-section rising from the belt-like base 211 and bulging at the tip. It is a member.
A shape holding portion 213 made of amorphous PET is integrally formed at the circular central portion of the distal end portion of the male member 21, and extends along the extending direction of the male member 21 (the direction perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 2). I'm out.
The female member 22, like the male member 21, is a polypropylene wire having a cross section having a belt-like base 221 and a female portion main body 222 made up of a pair of occlusion pieces rising from the belt-like base 221 and extending outward at the center. It is a shaped member.
A shape holding portion 223 made of the same amorphous PET as that of the male member 21 is integrally formed inside the band-shaped base portion 221 of the female member 22, and extends along the extending direction of the female member 22. Yes.
The male member 21 and the female member 22 are engaged with each other by inserting the bulging portion of the male part main body 212 between the pair of occlusal pieces of the female part main body 222. Part 12 can be closed.
When manufacturing the articulating tool 20, for example, in the case of the male member 21, two single-screw or two-screw extruders are prepared, and pellets mainly composed of amorphous PET are put into one hopper. It is manufactured by putting polypropylene into the other hopper, simultaneously extruding the amorphous PET with a die for coextrusion surrounded by polypropylene, and cooling the extrudate while drawing the extrudate with a take-up device. The The same applies to the female member 22.
Such a packaging bag 1 is welded at a predetermined pitch in the width direction of the film 10 after the male member 21 and the female member 22 are welded to the inner surface side of the film 10 while the film 10 is half-folded at the center in the width direction. It is manufactured by forming the side seal part 11 and fusing along the side seal part 11. The heat seal temperature and the seal time of the side seal part 11 are set as the temperature and time until the male member 21 and the female member 22 including the amorphous PET shape holding parts 213 and 223 are crushed at the intersecting portion 20A. Care should be taken that there is no air leakage at the intersection 20A.
When such a packaging bag 1 is used, after separating the male member 21 and the female member 22 of the bite 20, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening 12 of the film 10 provided with the male member 21. The vicinity is expanded and the contents stored in the packaging bag 1 are taken out. At this time, since the shape holding portion 213 is integrally formed inside the male member 21, the expanded shape is held, and even if a hand or the like is put inside the packaging bag 1, The contents can be taken out without touching.
After use, as shown in FIG. 4, the female member 22 is fitted into the male member 21, and the opening 12 of the packaging bag 1 is sealed with the bite 20, and then pressed down from above to flatten it. Can be hermetically sealed.
According to such 1st Embodiment, there exist the following effects.
Since the male member 21 and the female member 22 of the bite 20 have the shape holding portions 213 and 223, respectively, when the opening 12 of the packaging bag 1 is greatly expanded outward when opened, the open state is maintained as it is. Therefore, by attaching such an articulating tool 20 to the packaging bag 1, the packaging bag 1 can be easily taken out.
In addition, since the pair of male and female members 21 and 22 are provided, even after the packaging bag 1 is once opened, the sealing bag 1 can be secured and the packaging bag 1 can be sealed again.
Furthermore, since the shape holding parts 213 and 223 are made of a composition mainly composed of amorphous PET, the material of the articulating tool 20 including the shape holding parts 213 and 223 can be made of resin. Therefore, it is not necessary to remove the shape holders 213 and 223 and discard them, and the labor required for disposal can be greatly reduced.
Then, by configuring the shape holding portions 213 and 223 with amorphous PET, the shape holding property at the time of opening can be reliably realized by utilizing the toughness and plasticity of PET.
In addition, by adopting amorphous PET as the material of the shape holding portions 213 and 223, amorphous PET has a lower extrusion molding temperature than crystalline PET. When coextruding with plasticity, the temperature difference during extrusion is reduced, and seizure of PP and PE associated with simultaneous extrusion can be prevented.
Further, by forming the shape holding portions 213 and 223 integrally within the male and female members 21 and 22, the outer skin portion adopts a resin such as PP or PE suitable for the engagement of the male main body 212 and the female main body 222. Thus, the sealing property can be secured, and the shape retaining property can be realized by the inner shape retaining portions 213 and 223. In particular, since the male member 21 can integrally form the shape holding portion 213 inside the male main body 212 including the bulging portion that meshes with the female member 22, the shape holding portion 213 is not easily exposed to the outside and is also easy to manufacture. .
And according to such a packaging bag 1, since the opening shape at the time of opening can be maintained with the shape holding | maintenance parts 213 and 223, and it can seal again after opening with the biting tool 20, it is food, etc. especially liquid, half It can be suitably used as a packaging bag for liquid food.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following description, parts that are the same as or similar to those already described are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified.
In the first embodiment described above, as shown in FIG. 2, the shape holding portion 213 of the male member 21 is formed inside the male portion main body 212, and the shape holding portion 223 of the female member 22 is formed inside the belt-like base portion 221. These are configured such that the shape holding portions 213 and 223 are integrally formed simultaneously with the molding of the male member 21 and the female member 22 by coextrusion molding.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, in the articulating tool 30 according to the second embodiment, a shape holding portion 313 is formed on the band-shaped base 311 of the male member 31, and the band-shaped base 321 of the female member 32 is formed. The difference is that the shape holding portion 323 is formed.
In the same manner as in the first embodiment, the male member 31 and the female member 32 may be formed integrally with the shape holding portions 313 and 323 inside the male member 31 and the female member 32 by coextrusion molding. It can be manufactured by other methods.
That is, first, shape holding portions 313 and 323 made of amorphous PET are extruded into a tape shape in a shape corresponding to the width dimension of the strip-shaped base portions 311 and 321.
Next, the occlusal distal end side portion including the male portion main body 312 and the occlusal distal end side portion including the female portion main body 322 are respectively extruded and formed using the same material such as PP and PE as the male member 31 and female member 32. The base end side portions of the holding portions 313 and 323 are extruded into a tape shape.
The resulting three members are bonded together with an adhesive, an adhesive, etc., and integrated. In the integration, the members coated with adhesive on the joint surfaces are stacked and arranged so that the male member 31 and the female member 32 have a pair of pedestals extending in the extending direction of the male member 31 and the female member 32. It can arrange | position and can laminate by pressing with a heat seal bar from the outer side of a base end side tape-shaped member.
According to such 2nd Embodiment, in addition to the effect described in 1st Embodiment, there exist the following effects.
That is, since the shape holding portions 313 and 323 can be integrally formed so as not to interfere with the male main body 312 of the male member 31 and the female main body 322 of the female member 32, the occlusal shapes of the male main body 312 and the female main body 322 are shaped. It can set, without being restrict | limited by the holding | maintenance parts 323 and 323, and the freedom degree of an occlusion shape improves.
Further, by forming the shape holding portions 313 and 323 as separate bodies and later integrating them with a laminate or the like, the male main body 312 and the female main body 322 of the articulating device 30 can be formed using an extrusion mold of a conventional articulating device. Since it can be extruded and then laminated and bonded, there is no need to use a dedicated extrusion mold, etc., and manufacturing costs can be reduced, and it can be widely applied to existing articulators to provide shape retention. Can do.
Furthermore, since the shape holding portions 313 and 323 are not integrally formed inside the male main body 312 and the female main body 322, when the male main body 312 and the female main body 322 are crushed by the side seal at the time of bag making. The occlusion device 30 can be manufactured at a normal temperature and a sealing time, and has shape retention without impairing the productivity.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the articulating device 30 according to the second embodiment described above, the shape holding portions 313 and 323 are integrally formed over the entire belt-like base 311 of the male member 31 and the belt-like base 321 of the female member 32.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the male member 41 constituting the articulating device 40 according to the third embodiment is different in that a shape holding portion 413 is formed on a part of the belt-like base portion 411. In addition, although illustration was abbreviate | omitted, the female member which comprises the biting tool 40 can also form a shape holding | maintenance part similarly.
The shape holding portion 413 of the male member 41 is flexible to ensure a position away from the position where the male main body 412 of the belt-shaped base 411 is provided, that is, the ease of occlusion required for the male main body 412. The shape holding portion 413 is formed at a position that avoids the portion of the belt-like base portion 411 that requires the above.
In addition, like the case of the first embodiment, such an articulating device 40 is obtained by co-extrusion molding of amorphous PET constituting the shape holding portion 413 and PP, PE and the like constituting the male member 41. Can be manufactured.
And when attaching such an articulating tool 40 to the opening part periphery of a packaging bag, the part in which the shape holding | maintenance part 413 was formed in the opening part edge side, and the male part main body 412 are inner side than this shape holding part 413. Install so that it becomes.
When the packaging bag is opened, the shape holding portion 413 maintains the open state and takes out the contents. When the packaging bag is closed, the flexible male member 41 and a female member (not shown) are deformed and sealed.
According to the third embodiment, in addition to the effects described in the first embodiment, there are the following effects.
That is, since the shape holding portion 413 is formed at a position away from the male portion main body 412, when the male member 41 and the female member are fitted, the difficulty in biting due to the shape holding property of the shape holding portion 413 is avoided. Thus, the bite 40 can be easily bitten and has shape retention.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the shape holding portions 213, 223, 313, 323, and 413 are integrally formed on a part of the male members 21, 31, 41, and the female members 22, 32 constituting the articulating tools 20, 30, 40. Was formed.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, in the articulating tool 50 according to the fourth embodiment, the male member 51 and the female member 52 are each made of a single material, and of these, the male member 51 is non- It is composed of crystalline PET, and the female member 52 is different in that it is composed of a flexible soft thermoplastic resin that can follow the deformation state of the male member 51. And male member 51 itself plays the role of a shape holding part.
The male member 51 includes a strip-shaped base 511 and a male main body 512, and is extruded by a single screw extruder or the like using amorphous PET as a main raw material.
The female member 52 includes a strip-like base portion 521 and a female portion main body 522. The raw material is a flexible soft thermoplastic resin containing a polyolefin-based resin such as PP or PE as a main component and, if necessary, a modifier or the like. Are similarly extruded.
When attaching the male member 51 and the female member 52 to the film 10 constituting the packaging bag, the female member 52 can be easily attached by conventional heat sealing, but the male member 51 made of amorphous PET. Is higher in melting temperature than the thermoplastic resin constituting the film 10, and may cause seizure of the film 10 when heat-sealed at the melting temperature of the male member 51. It sticks by.
According to the fourth embodiment as described above, the following effects are obtained in addition to the effects described in the first embodiment.
That is, since the male member 51 is made of amorphous PET and the female member 52 is made of a soft resin whose main component is PP or the like, each can be manufactured by a normal method of extruding an occlusal tool, which is efficient. The articulating tool 50 can be manufactured.
Further, the male member 51 is made of amorphous PET and the female member 52 is made of a soft resin, so that the female part body 522 of the female member 52 is in close contact with the male part body 512 of the male member 51. Therefore, the sealing performance of the bite device 50 is not impaired.
[Modification of Embodiment]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes modifications as described below.
In the first to third embodiments described above, the shape holding portions 213, 223, 313, 323, 413 are formed on the male members 21, 31, 41 and the female members 22, 32, 42, respectively. The invention is not limited to this. That is, the object of the present invention can be achieved even when the shape holding portion is formed only on one of the male and female members constituting the occlusal device.
In each of the above embodiments, amorphous PET is adopted as a material constituting the shape holding portion. However, the material of the shape holding portion may be a composition mainly containing amorphous PET, for example, It is good also as low crystalline PET by increasing the compounding of crystalline PET. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to this, as long as it can be extruded, crystalline PET may be adopted. In short, if a thermoplastic resin that can ensure shape retention with a thermoplastic resin having a benzene ring in the main chain, Various things can be adopted.
Specifically, for example, polybutylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polyester polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene sulfide, and the like can be employed.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the bite 20 is such that the distal end portion of the male main body 212 bulges out in a circular shape, and the female main body 222 includes a pair of occlusal pieces that wrap around this. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and in short, the present invention can be applied to various types of occlusal shapes that can ensure sealing performance.
In addition, the specific structure, shape, and the like in the implementation of the present invention may be other structures as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved.

Figure 2004031042
Bag making method;
After welding the male member and female member obtained in Examples 1 to 6, Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 to a film made of unstretched PP with a heat seal bar, referring to FIG. While forming the seal part 11, the crossing part 20A was crushed with the seal bar, and the two-side seal flat packaging bag 1 was manufactured. The temperature at which the intersecting portion 20A was crushed with a seal bar was set to 150 ° C., and the number of shots was 30 shots / minute.
Evaluation methods;
(1) Shape retention Open the obtained packaging bag, crease the bite at the center of the opening of the packaging bag, place it flat and observe the state after 1 minute. The shape retention was evaluated. In the evaluation, a case where the contents could be easily taken out with one hand without expanding the opening of the packaging bag was indicated as “◯”, and a case where it was judged that the contents could not be taken out without using both hands was indicated as “X”.
(2) Resealability The powdery and lump solid matter was put inside the packaging bag, the male member was re-engaged with the female member, and the resealability was evaluated. In the evaluation, when the re-sealed packaging bag was turned upside down, the case where the contents did not spill out was marked with ◯, and the case where the contents spilled was marked with ×.
(3) Crushability The crushability of the bite was evaluated based on the appearance of the intersection after the side seal of the packaging bag and the seal leakage at this portion. In the evaluation, a case where the appearance of the intersecting portion was good and there was no seal leakage was rated as ◯, a case where the appearance was poor but there was no seal leakage was marked as △, and a case where the appearance was poor and seal leakage was marked as x.
The results are shown in Table 5.
Figure 2004031042
Evaluation results;
In Examples 1 to 6, since the shape holding part is integrally formed on the male member and the female member, the state in which the opening part is expanded is maintained, and it is confirmed that the contents can be easily taken out at the time of opening. . Moreover, although the example 6 has some defects in appearance, seal leakage does not occur and it is recognized that it has sufficient crushability.
On the other hand, since the comparative example 1 employ | adopted polyamide as a shape holding | maintenance part, sufficient shape retention was not able to be maintained and it was confirmed that it is unsuitable for taking out the contents.
Moreover, since the comparative example 2 did not have a shape holding | maintenance part, it was confirmed that there is no shape retainability and an opening shape cannot be hold | maintained.
