Description
The present invention relates to a fastening member such as a nut and a bolt that fastens and fixes a member by using a screw action, and more particularly to a fastening member having a suitable loosening prevention action.
Nuts and bolts have been widely used in various fields as fastening members used for fastening and fixing parts and members. These nuts and bolts are for tightening and fixing parts and members, but there is a problem that the nuts and bolts will loosen when vibrations are repeatedly applied to these fastening parts, preventing the nuts and bolts from loosening. For the purpose, a flat washer or a spring washer is used.
In addition, for the purpose of preventing loosening of nuts and bolts, nuts with washers (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2002-122120 and 9-72325), and inner peripheral surfaces of the nuts are partially tapered ( Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-26817), a structure in which a washer is integrally attached to a nut (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-53628), and the like have been proposed. In addition, a method of tightening and fixing by a double nut method, for example, a configuration in which two nuts are fitted with a tapered surface, one of the tapered surfaces is eccentric with respect to the shaft center, and is firmly tightened by a wedge action (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 9). No. -42259).
However, conventional nuts with washers and double nuts have a certain locking function. However, when repeated large vibrations or impacts are repeatedly applied to the tightening part of the nut or bolt, the tightening part is loosened. There was a problem of getting stuck. In addition, when the nut is processed to prevent loosening, there is a problem that the processing becomes complicated.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve these problems, and the purpose of the present invention is that even when a large impact or vibration acts repeatedly on a tightening portion using a fastening member of a nut or bolt, It is an object of the present invention to provide a fastening member such as a nut and a bolt which can be easily manufactured because the fastening member is not loosened and can be extremely firmly tightened and fixed, and is easy to use and has a simple configuration.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises the following arrangement.

1A, B, C, and D are a front view, a cross-sectional view, a plan view, and a bottom view showing a configuration of a first embodiment of a nut as a fastening member according to the present invention. The screw looseness test was performed using a high-speed screw looseness tester with a frequency of 1780 rpm, with a vibration table stroke of 11 mm, an impact stroke of 19 mm, and a vibration direction perpendicular to the screw axis. Judgment of looseness was judged as loose when the
Table 1 shows the results of testing the
The arrangement in Table 1 indicates the test arrangement of the test nut. In the test of the arrangement shown in FIG. 5E using a test nut having a seating surface width of 2.0 mm, the lock holder broke when 13 minutes and 20 seconds passed.
From the test results shown in Table 1, in all cases, the example using the
Also, a test nut having a seating surface width of 3.0 mm and having the arrangement of FIGS. 4A, 5D and 5E, and a test nut having a seating surface width of 2.0 mm and having the arrangement of FIGS. 5A and 5E It is characteristic that it is maintained in a state that does not sag even after 15 minutes.
This high-speed slack testing machine is a device that repeatedly applies vibrations and shocks at a high speed for testing, and a normal nut loosens within a few seconds to a few tens of seconds. In addition, even nuts (double nut structure etc.) that are said to have the highest tightening holding force currently on the market can only be held for several minutes, and this test method can hold the tightening force for 15 minutes. Corresponds to the highest level of nuts currently on the market and is rare as a nut structure. The test results shown in Table 1 indicate that the
In Table 1, with the test nut having a seating surface width of 3.0 mm, the test results by the arrangement of FIGS. 4B and 5A and the test nut having the seating surface width of 2.0 mm and FIG. 4A are about several minutes. Although it is held without loosening and the highest degree of loosening prevention action is not obtained, it is recognized that it has a considerable degree of loosening prevention performance compared to a normal nut. That is, a considerable degree of loosening prevention performance is confirmed for other than the arrangement where no loosening was observed for 15 minutes. In these arrangements, a better result can be obtained by means such as increasing the tightening torque of the test nut, and depending on the application, it can sufficiently withstand use.
Next, Tables 2 and 3 show the results of a screw looseness test performed on the nut 11 shown in FIG. 2 using the above-described high-speed screw looseness tester with a frequency of 1780 rpm under the same conditions as those described above. Show. Table 2 shows the case where the tightening torque is 35.8 (N · m). The test nuts were tested for the arrangement of FIGS.
Table 3 shows a case where the tightening torque was tested as 51.2 (N · m) in the same manner as in Table 1. In Table 3, with a seating surface width of 3.0 mm, the tightening torque was further increased from 51.2 (N · m) and retested at 75.8 (N · m). The test nuts were tested as shown in FIG. 4A.
Looking at the test results in Tables 2 and 3, the loosening prevention action of the nut 11 is inferior to that of the
Even in the case of the nut 11 shown in FIG. 2, as shown in Table 3, it is possible to exert a loosening prevention action to some extent by increasing the tightening force on the nut 11. Therefore, the material of the nut can be selected, or the nut 11 shown in FIG. 2 can be used sufficiently depending on the intended use.
