Description

By the way, in order to shoot a moving image, it is necessary to operate the camera for a long time. Therefore, the power required to operate the camera also increases. However, since there is a demand for thinning and downsizing of mobile phones, thin and small batteries are required for mobile phones, and the number of batteries is required to be as small as possible. It is difficult to use a camera-dedicated battery, and the battery is often shared with batteries for other electronic components. However, since this common battery is naturally required to be thin and small, it is difficult to increase the capacity of the battery.
Therefore, a camera with low power consumption may be used to suppress power consumption due to camera operation. However, cameras with low power consumption tend to have low light receiving sensitivity. On the other hand, the amount of light using a light emitting diode is very small compared to the amount of light using a xenon tube or the like. Therefore, when an image is picked up using a camera with low light receiving sensitivity and a light emitting diode with a small amount of light, light is emitted with the
Such a camera with low power consumption is more suitable for capturing moving images than still images.
On the other hand, in order to satisfy the requirement for improving the camera performance so that the ratio of the light quantity at the center of the camera to the light quantity at the peripheral part is not increased, the number of lenses attached to the camera should be increased. It must be made. However, in the mobile phone that is required to be thin as described above, the entire camera including the lens cannot be enlarged. The present invention relates to an imaging device such as a mobile phone with a camera provided with an electronic camera having a solid-state imaging device.
As an example of an imaging device, a camera-equipped mobile phone having a composite function of a camera and a mobile phone has recently been commercialized. With the use of cameras in camera-equipped mobile phones, there has been a demand for having a function that can shoot subjects without any problem even in dark places.
Therefore, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-320622, a mobile phone with a camera provided with a strobe device in a mobile phone body has been proposed.
As shown in FIG. 41, this camera-equipped cellular phone is mounted with a
The
However, according to the camera-equipped cellular phone disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art publication, it is necessary to use relatively large parts for incorporation into a cellular phone such as the
In addition to taking still images with a camera provided in a mobile phone, there has been a request for shooting moving images, but the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an imaging device that can solve the above-described problems and can be thinned by a small and always lit light and can shoot a subject without any problem even in a dark place. .
The imaging device according to the present invention is:
被写体を撮像するカメラと、 A camera that images the subject;
A light-emitting diode that is installed on a substrate inside the housing and outputs light along the optical axis of the substrate; and
前記発光ダイオードが出力する光の光軸を前記被写体に向ける反射部材と A reflecting member for directing the optical axis of the light output from the light emitting diode toward the subject;
It is characterized by providing.
With the above-described configuration, the imaging apparatus according to the present invention can be thinned by a small and always lit light, and can shoot a subject without any problem even in a dark place.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings showing embodiments thereof.
<
FIG. 1 shows a camera-equipped
Further, above the
The
Further, an
Further, a speaker and a microphone for calling are provided at appropriate positions above and below the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
Further, a portion corresponding to the
The present embodiment is configured as described above, and as an illumination light, by key operation on / off operation, or by control according to an output signal of a captured image and an output signal of an illuminance sensor that measures illuminance Since the
In addition, a reflecting
Further, since the
Further, the light distribution function of the
Furthermore, when the
The
Moreover, although the structure which formed the light-

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, not only the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, but also there is an advantage that the illuminance of the subject can be increased by adopting the plurality of

<Embodiment 14>
FIG. 15 shows a
That is, according to the present embodiment, a transparent plate or film for diffusing light between the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained, and the external light that has entered through the
On the other hand, when the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, the
FIG. 16 shows the relationship between the image height and the illuminance ratio by the
The illuminance ratio is represented by (illuminance with a diffusion surface) / (illuminance without a diffusion surface).
Therefore, it can be seen that the central illuminance can be kept higher if the diffusing
On the other hand, when the diffusing
Therefore, in the
Therefore, in the above description, the diffusing
In this case, since external light is diffused by the diffusing
Further, the light from the
Further, the same advantage can be obtained when the diffusion surfaces 40a are provided on the object side of the
Therefore, the side of the

FIG. 18 shows a
That is, according to the present embodiment, when the light is diffused by the
For example, in Embodiment 14, the surface shape of the diffusing
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, not only the same effect as in the fourteenth embodiment is obtained, but also the light emitted from the

That is, according to the present embodiment, instead of the
In the present embodiment, the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the same effect as in the first embodiment can be obtained, and light entering from the outside through the

<
In the above-described fourteenth embodiment, it has been described that a large number of fine bead-like transparent spheres may be arranged on the surface of the
In the twenty-second embodiment described below, the structure of the
25, 26, 27, and 28 are cross-sectional views showing the configuration of the
The
For the bead-shaped
For the
The
FIG. 16 illustrates the image height (%) when the
By the way, in order to shoot a moving image, it is necessary to operate the camera for a long time. Therefore, the power required to operate the camera also increases. However, since there is a demand for thinning and miniaturization of a mobile phone, a battery mounted on the mobile phone is required to be thin and small, and the number of batteries is required to be as small as possible.
Using such a camera in which the amount of light at the peripheral portion is greatly reduced, the
As described above, whether the
The
Furthermore, the
The
In the above description, the case where the bead-like

FIG. 31 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the
The difference between the twenty-fourth embodiment and the twenty-third embodiment is that the
