Description

Technical field
The present invention relates to a package, and more particularly, to a package for a cylindrical product such as a dry battery.
Background art
Conventionally, as a package of a cylindrical product such as a dry battery, a blister pack type (see FIG. 8) or a shrink pack type (see FIG. 9) as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-35964. Used.
In the blister pack type package, a plurality of dry batteries B are placed side by side on the lower half of the surface of the backing paper 100 on which a hanger hole 100a is opened, and the entirety of these dry batteries B is covered. The skirt (hatched portion) around the box-shaped plastic film 110 having a size is formed by thermocompression bonding to the surface of the mount 100.
On the other hand, in the shrink pack type package, a plurality of dry batteries B are placed side by side on the surface of the backing sheet 100, and the whole of these dry cells B is covered with the backing sheet 100 with the shrink film 120 so as to cover the pair of recesses 100b. It is formed by heat shrinkage.
In the above-mentioned prior art, any type of package is difficult to separate the film from the mount because the plastic film is in close contact with the mount, and is therefore discarded without being separately collected. As a result, there is a problem that not only the mount cannot be reused, but also environmental pollution is caused by the waste disposal.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and it is possible to reliably hold a cylindrical product to be packed without detaching it, and to recognize the product in a displayed state. The present invention also provides a package in which resources can be easily reused.
Disclosure of the invention
According to the aspect of the present invention described in claim 1, the package of the present invention includes a lower plate, a front plate, and an upper plate at a lower end edge of a suspension plate having a pair of cut perforations formed at a lower portion. , A back plate and a glue allowance are successively provided via a fold line, and the back plate is formed with one or a plurality of cylindrical product openings starting from the fold line with the glue allowance. A fold is formed along the upper edge of the opening. In addition, a lower opening and an upper opening are respectively formed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the front plate corresponding to the opening of the back plate, and respectively along a lower edge of the lower opening and an upper edge of the upper opening. A fold is formed. Further, the top plate and the back plate are folded along the folds with respect to the front plate and the top plate, respectively, and a glue is stuck between upper and lower openings of the front plate, and the lower plate and the suspension plate are respectively attached to the front plate. Then, the suspension plate is folded along the fold line with respect to the lower surface plate, and the suspension plate is adhered to the rear surface plate with the cut perforations above the suspension plate aligned with the folds of the rear surface plate. As a result, the cylindrical product inserted through the opening in the back plate with the longitudinal direction directed vertically is held in the opening in the back plate, and is surrounded by the front plate, the back plate, the lower plate, and the upper plate. And it is partially exposed through the upper and lower openings of the front plate.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that a hanger hole is formed in the vicinity of the upper end of the hanging plate in order to hang the hanger and display the hanger. Further, a reinforcing plate is continuously provided on the upper end edge of the hanging plate via a fold, and a hole for a hanger vertically symmetric with the hanger hole of the hanging plate is formed on the reinforcing plate with respect to the fold with the hanging plate. It is preferable that the suspension plate is suspended from the hanger and displayed while reinforcing the suspension plate.
According to the package of this configuration, the cylindrical product inserted into the opening of the back plate is held by the opening of the back plate and is surrounded by the suspension plate, the lower plate, the front plate, and the upper plate. Therefore, it is possible to wrap the cylindrical product while reliably preventing the product from falling off. Further, since a part of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical product is exposed through the upper and lower openings of the front plate, the cylindrical product can be confirmed. Further, since the package is an integral body, it is easy to separate and collect the package. In addition, when this is formed on one sheet of paper, it can be used for recycled paper. Even if it is incinerated, it does not damage the incinerator as plastic does and does not cause environmental pollution.
Further, according to the aspect of the present invention described in claim 4, in the package of the present invention, the upper surface plate, the front plate, the lower surface plate, and the lower rear plate are sequentially folded at the lower edge of the front suspension plate. At the upper edge of the front suspension plate, a rear suspension plate having an upper back plate and a glue allowance are successively provided via a fold in order, and substantially in the middle of the lower back plate. A pair of tear perforations are formed, and locking pieces are formed at both left and right ends of the lower edge. Also, one or a plurality of cylindrical product openings are formed in the upper back plate starting from the crease with the glue allowance, a fold is formed along the lower edge of the opening, and a lower back is formed. Notches are formed corresponding to the locking pieces of the face plate. Further, an upper opening and a lower opening are respectively formed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the front plate corresponding to the opening of the back plate, and respectively along the lower edge of the upper opening and the upper edge of the lower opening. A fold is formed, and the rear suspension plate and the glue allowance are folded along the folds with respect to the front suspension plate and the upper back plate, respectively, and the rear suspension plate is attached to the front suspension plate, Adhesion is attached between the upper and lower openings of the front panel. Further, the lower plate and the lower back plate are folded along the folds with respect to the front plate and the lower plate, respectively, so that the locking pieces of the lower back plate are locked in the cutouts of the upper back plate, and the lower back plate is placed on the upper back. Adhere to the face plate. With these, the cylindrical product inserted with the longitudinal direction facing up and down through the opening in the upper back plate is held in the opening in the back plate, and the front plate, the upper and lower back plate, the lower plate and the upper plate are used to hold the cylindrical product. It is surrounded and partially exposed through upper and lower openings of the front plate.
In the above configuration, a hanger hole is formed in the vicinity of the upper end of the front suspension plate, and the hanger is vertically symmetrical with the hanger hole of the front suspension plate with respect to the fold of the front suspension plate in the rear suspension plate. It is preferable that a hole is formed in order to hang and display the hanger.
According to the package of this configuration, the cylindrical product inserted into the opening of the upper back plate is held by the opening of the upper back plate, and is surrounded by the upper and lower back plates, the lower plate, the front plate, and the upper plate. Therefore, it is possible to wrap the cylindrical product while reliably preventing the product from falling out. Further, since a part of the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical product is exposed through the upper and lower openings of the front plate, the cylindrical product can be confirmed. Furthermore, when assembling the package body by hand, the lower back plate is easily positioned with respect to the upper back plate by engaging the locking pieces of the lower back plate with the cutouts of the upper back plate, so that both can be assembled. Can be stuck. Further, since the package is an integral body, it is easy to separate and collect the package. In addition, when this is formed on one sheet of paper, it can be used for recycled paper. Even if it is incinerated, it does not damage the incinerator as plastic does and does not cause environmental pollution.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the package of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the package 1 of the present invention.
The packaging body 1 is obtained by punching out a backing sheet according to a development shown in FIG. 2 and then folding the mounting sheet along a fold line. Dry batteries (hereinafter referred to as dry batteries) B are arranged side by side with the longitudinal direction of the batteries facing up and down, and a predetermined portion is attached to wrap the periphery thereof, and a part of the cylindrical surface of the dry battery B is exposed. The display is hung on a hanger H so that the contents can be checked.
In the developed view shown in FIG. 2, the package 1 has a lower plate 3, a front plate 4, an upper plate 5, and a rear plate at the lower edge of a suspension plate 2 having a hanger hole 2a formed near the upper end. 6 and glue allowance 7 are successively provided via folds a, b, c, d, and e, and a reinforcing plate 8 is provided at the upper end edge of the suspension plate 2 via a fold f. I have.
Near the lower end of the suspension plate 2, a pair of cut perforations g1 and g2 are formed parallel to the fold a with the lower surface plate 3 at a set interval. After assembling, the hanging battery 2 can be taken out from the package 1 by separating the hanging plate 2 up and down by cutting along the pair of cutting perforations g1 and g2.
In the vicinity of the upper end of the reinforcing plate 8, a hanger hole 8 a of a vertically symmetric shape with a hanger hole 2 a of the suspension plate 2 with respect to the fold f is formed.
A lower opening 4a and an upper opening 4b symmetrical with respect to the center line of the front plate 4 in the left-right direction are formed in the upper and lower halves of the front plate 4, respectively. The lower openings 4a and the upper openings 4b have substantially the same width, and their left-right center lines are located on the same line. Each lower opening 4a of the front plate 4 is formed so as to have a height of approximately 1/4 of the height of the front plate 4 downward from the fold b with the lower plate 3 as a starting point. The opening 4 b is formed so as to have a height approximately half the height of the front plate 4 upward starting from the vicinity of the fold c with the upper surface plate 5.
Here, the interval between the left and right edges of each lower opening 4a and each upper opening 4b is set slightly smaller than the sum of the diameters of the two dry batteries B.
The lower opening 4a of the front plate 4 is formed so as to have a substantially crescent-shaped lower flap 41 continuous with the lower plate 3, and the upper opening 4b is formed with a substantially crescent-shaped upper flap continuous with the lower edge thereof. 42 is formed. The lower and upper flaps 41 and 42 opposing each other protrude like eaves from the lower plate 3 and the front plate 4 when assembling the package 1 so as to support the upper and lower end surfaces of the outer skin of the dry battery B together with the lower plate 3. Is set to That is, the length obtained by adding the height of the lower flap 41 to the height of the lower plate 3 is set to substantially correspond to the diameter of the dry battery B, and the upper opening from the fold b between the lower plate 3 and the front plate 4 is formed. The height up to the lower edge of the portion 4b is set to the height of the outer skin of the dry battery B.
A fold h parallel to the fold b is formed along the lower edge of the lower opening 4a, and a fold i parallel to the fold b is formed along the upper edge of the upper opening 4b. Have been. Further, a fold j parallel to the fold b is formed on the upper flap 42 along the lower edge of the upper opening 4b. However, the fold b is formed excluding the lower flap 41.
On the other hand, in the lower part of the back plate 6, a substantially chordal opening 6 a symmetrical with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the back plate 6 is formed upward starting from a fold e with the margin 7. The center line in the left-right direction of each opening 6a is located on an extension of the center line in the left-right direction of each lower opening 4a and each upper opening 4b of the front plate 4 described above.
Here, the height of the opening 6a is set slightly larger than the diameter of the dry cell B, and the interval between the left and right edges of each opening 6a is set to the sum of the diameters of the two dry cells B. I have.
The rear plate 6 has a fold parallel to the fold d with the top plate 5 along the upper edge of the opening 6a except for a flap 61 left by forming a substantially chordal opening 6a. k is formed.
Next, the procedure for assembling the package 1 thus configured will be described.
First, after applying an adhesive to the surface of the reinforcing plate 8, the reinforcing plate 8 is folded in a valley along the fold line f and attached to the surface of the suspension plate 2. After the adhesive is applied to the surface of the glue allowance 7, the glue allowance 7 is mountain-folded along the fold line e, the back plate 6 is along the fold line d, and the upper surface plate 5 is along the fold line c. Each is folded in a mountain, and the margin 7 is adhered between the upper and lower openings 4b, 4a of the front plate 4 with the lower edge of the margin 7 along the fold h of the front plate 4. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3, the back plate 6 is bent along the fold k, the flap 61 is extended above the opening 6a in an eaves shape, and the lower half of the front plate 4 is formed. , A rectangular space surrounded by the back plate 6 and the top plate 5 is formed.
Next, when two dry batteries B are inserted from the anode terminal side through the respective openings 6a of the rear plate 6, the upper and lower sides of the cylindrical surface of the outer skin of the dry battery B include the front plate 4 and the flap 61. Pinched by At this time, the upper end surface of the outer skin of the dry battery B pushes the upper flap 42 of the front plate 4 to fold the upper flap 42 along the fold j, and the lower half of the front plate 4 has a valley along the fold i. It is folded, and is inclined upward from the fold line i to the fold line c so as to gradually separate from the work surface.
If two dry batteries B are inserted through the respective openings 6a of the back plate 6, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the back plate 6, and then the bottom plate 3 is trough-folded along the fold line b and suspended. The plate 2 is valley-folded along the fold line a, and the lower surface of the suspension plate 2 is adhered to the rear plate 6 along the fold k of the rear plate 6 with the tearing perforation g1 of the suspension plate 2. At this time, the front plate 4 slopes uphill so as to gradually separate from the work surface from the fold h to the fold b, with the bottom between the folds h and i (see FIG. 4).
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the package 1 in which the dry battery B is surrounded by the suspension plate 2, the lower plate 3, the front plate 4, and the upper plate 5 can be formed. That is, the dry battery B is inserted into and held by the opening 6a of the back plate 6, and the front and rear plates 2 and 7 are attached to the suspension plate 2 on which the back plate 6 is attached and the glue allowance 7 is attached. The upper and lower end surfaces of the outer skin are supported by the lower edge of the lower opening 3b including the lower flap 41 and the upper opening 4b including the upper flap 42. By being supported by the left and right edges of the portions 4a and 4b, the package 4 is reliably prevented from falling out of the package 1 and packed. In addition, the type of the dry battery B can be confirmed because a part of the cylindrical surface of the outer cover is exposed through the upper and lower openings 4a and 4b.
The package 1 assembled in this manner is displayed by being inserted into the hanger H through the hanger holes 2a and 8a.
On the other hand, the consumer who has purchased the dry battery B grasps the edge between the tear perforations g1 and g2 formed on the suspension plate 2 and pulls it up. , And an opening having a constant width that divides the suspension plate 2 into upper and lower portions can be formed. If the lower plate of the hanging plate 2 is grasped and deployed below the sewing machine g2 for tearing, the lower half of the dry battery B inserted into the opening 6a of the back plate 6 is exposed. Can be withdrawn.
In this case, since the package 1 from which the dry batteries B have been taken out is entirely formed of a backing paper, it is easy to separate and collect and can be used as recycled paper. Even if it is incinerated, it does not damage the incinerator as plastic does and does not cause environmental pollution.
In the present embodiment, the package 1 is described in which two sets of AA batteries B, two of which are one set, are wrapped for a total of four. However, one set of two dry batteries B or two sets of one is used. The package 1 may be a package in which three sets of dry batteries B are packaged in total, and the number of the batteries is not limited.
Further, in the present embodiment, assuming a case where the hanger H is hung and displayed, the reinforcing plate 8 having the hanger hole 8a is attached to the hanger plate 2 having the hanger hole 2a. However, when the display is suspended from the hanger H, the hanger hole 2a does not need to be formed, and the reinforcing plate 8 does not need to be provided.
Furthermore, when the opening 6a of the back plate 6 and the upper and lower openings 4a and 4b of the front plate 4 are formed, the case where the flap 61 and the upper and lower flaps 42 and 41 are formed, respectively, has been described. No need.
Next, another embodiment of the package 1 of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the package 1 of the present invention.
This package 1 is also formed by punching out the backing according to the development shown in FIG. 6 and then folding it along the crease, and arranging a total of four dry batteries B two by two, with the longitudinal direction of the batteries facing up and down. The battery is wrapped around a hanger H so that a part of the cylindrical surface of the dry battery B can be exposed and its contents can be checked by sticking a predetermined portion.
The same members as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In the developed view shown in FIG. 6, the package 1 is provided with an upper plate 5, a front plate 4, a lower plate 3, and a lower plate at the lower edge of a front suspension plate 2A having a hanger hole 2a formed near the upper end. A rear plate 6A is sequentially provided via folds d1, c, b, and a, and a rear suspension plate 2B having an upper rear plate 6B continuously on the upper end edge of the front suspension plate 2A and a glue allowance 7. Are formed continuously through the folds f and e.
Here, a recess m is formed at the boundary between the rear suspension plate 2B and the upper back plate 6B, and a hanger of the front suspension plate 2A with respect to the fold f is provided near the lower end of the rear suspension plate 2B. A hole 2b for a hanger, which is vertically symmetrical with the hole 2a, is formed.
An upper opening 4b and a lower opening 4a symmetrical with respect to the center line of the front plate 4 in the left-right direction are formed in the upper half and the lower portion of the front plate 4, respectively. Each of the upper openings 4b and each of the lower openings 4a have substantially the same width, and their center lines in the left-right direction are located on the same line. Each upper opening 4b of the front plate 4 is formed so as to have a height of approximately 高 of the height of the front plate 4 starting from the vicinity of the fold c with the top plate 5 and starting downward. Each lower opening 4a is formed so as to have a height approximately 1/4 of the height of the front plate 4 upward starting from the fold b with the lower plate 3 as a starting point.
Here, the interval between the left and right edges of each upper opening 4b and each lower opening 4a is set slightly smaller than the sum of the diameters of the two dry batteries B.
The upper opening 4b of the front plate 4 is formed so as to have a substantially crescent-shaped upper flap 42 continuous with the upper end edge thereof, and the lower opening 4a is formed with a substantially crescent-shaped lower flap continuous with the lower plate 3. 41 are formed. The upper and lower flaps 42 and the lower flap 41, which are opposed to each other, project from the front plate 4 and the lower plate 3 in an eave shape, respectively, and support the upper and lower end surfaces of the outer skin of the dry battery B together with the lower plate 3 when the package 1 is assembled. Is set to That is, the length obtained by adding the height of the lower flap 41 to the height of the lower plate 3 is set to substantially correspond to the diameter of the dry battery B, and the upper opening from the fold b between the lower plate 3 and the front plate 4 is formed. The height up to the upper edge of the portion 4b is set to the height of the outer skin of the dry battery B.
The front plate 4 has a fold i parallel to the fold b along the lower edge of the upper opening 4b, and a fold h parallel to the fold b along the upper edge of the lower opening 4a. Have been. Further, a fold j parallel to the fold b is formed on the upper flap 42 along the upper edge of the upper opening 4b. However, the fold b is formed excluding the lower flap 41.
A pair of cut perforations g2, g1 are formed at a substantially middle portion of the lower back plate 6A at a set interval in parallel with a fold a with the lower plate 3, and as described later, the package 1 After assembling, the dry battery B can be taken out of the package 1 by separating the lower back plate 6A up and down by cutting along the pair of cutting perforations g2 and g1. Locking pieces 6x are formed at lower left and right ends of the lower back plate 6A so as to protrude downward.
On the other hand, in the upper part of the upper back plate 6B extended from the concave portion m of the rear suspension plate 2B, a substantially chordal opening 6a symmetrical with respect to the center line in the left-right direction of the upper back plate 6B is provided with a glue allowance 7. Is formed downward starting from the fold line e. The center line in the left-right direction of each opening 6a is located on an extension of the center line in the left-right direction of each lower opening 4a and each upper opening 4b of the front plate 4 described above.
Here, the height of the opening 6a of the upper back plate 6B is set to be slightly larger than the diameter of the dry battery B, and the interval between the left and right edges of each opening 6a is the same as the diameter of the two dry batteries B. Set to sum.
Notches 6y are formed at the left and right edges near the concave portion m of the upper back plate 6B. As described later, when the package 1 is assembled, the notch 6y of the upper back plate 6B is formed as described above. It is set so that the locking piece 6x of the lower back plate 6A can be locked.
It should be noted that the upper back plate 6B is formed along the lower edge of the opening 6a along the lower edge of the opening 6a and is parallel to the fold e with the glue margin 7, except for the flap 61 left by forming the substantially chordal opening 6a. A fold k is formed.
Next, the procedure for assembling the package 1 thus configured will be described.
First, after applying an adhesive to the surface of the glue allowance 7 and the surface of the front suspension plate 2A, the glue allowance 7 is mountain-folded along the fold line e, and the upper surface plate 5 is mountain-folded along the fold line d1, Further, the front plate 4 is folded in a valley along the fold line c, and the rear suspension plate 2B is folded in a valley along the fold line f. The margin 7 is stuck between the upper and lower openings 4b and 4a of the front plate 4, and the rear suspension plate 2B is adhered to the surface of the front suspension plate 2A. Thereafter, when the lower back plate 6A is grasped and the attached front and rear suspension plates 2A, 2B are pushed down, the upper back plate 6B is bent along the fold k as shown in FIG. The flap 61 is extended above the opening 6a like an eave, and the top plate 5 is bent along the folds d1 and c and rises, and the upper half of the front plate 4, the upper back plate 6B, and the top plate A rectangular space surrounded by 5 is formed.
Next, when two batteries B are inserted from the anode terminal side through the respective openings 6a of the upper back plate 6B, the upper surface and the lower surface of the cylindrical surface of the outer skin of the battery B have the upper surface including the front plate 4 and the flap 61. It is clamped by the face plate 6B. At this time, the upper end surface of the outer skin of the dry battery B pushes the upper flap 42 of the front plate 4 and folds the upper flap 42 along the fold j, and the upper half of the front plate 4 has a valley along the fold i. It is folded, and is inclined upward from the fold line i to the fold line c so as to gradually separate from the work surface.
If two dry batteries B are inserted through the respective openings 6a of the back plate 6, an adhesive is applied to the vicinity of the fold k on the back surface of the upper back plate 6B, and then the bottom plate 3 is folded along the fold b. At the same time, the lower back plate 6A is valley-folded along the fold line a, and the locking pieces 6x of the lower back plate 6A are locked in the cutouts 6y of the upper back plate 6B. Affix to lower back plate 6B. At this time, the cut perforation g1 of the lower suspension plate 6A is positioned along the fold k of the upper back plate 6B. In addition, the front plate 4 slopes uphill so as to gradually separate from the work surface from the fold h to the fold b, with the bottom between the folds h and i.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the package 1 in which the dry battery B is surrounded by the upper and lower back plates 6B and 6A, the lower plate 3, the front plate 4, and the upper plate 5 can be formed. That is, the battery B is inserted and held in the opening 6a of the upper back plate 6B, and the front and rear back plates 6B and 6A and the front plate 4 to which the glue allowance 7 is attached are sandwiched between the front and rear of the cylindrical surface of the outer skin. The upper and lower end surfaces of the outer skin are supported by the upper edge of the lower opening 3b including the lower flap 41 and the upper opening 4b including the upper flap 42, and the left and right sides of the cylindrical surface of the outer skin are upper and lower openings 4a, 4b of the front plate 4. By being supported by the left and right edges of the package 1, the package 1 is reliably prevented from falling out of the package 1 and packed. In addition, the type of the dry battery B can be confirmed because a part of the cylindrical surface of the outer cover is exposed through the upper and lower openings 4a and 4b. Moreover, when assembling the package 1 manually, the lower back plate 6A is fixed to the upper back plate 6A by engaging the locking pieces 6x of the lower back plate 6A with the notches 6y of the upper back plate 6B. Both can be easily positioned and adhered.
The package 1 thus assembled is displayed by being inserted into the hanger H through the hanger holes 2a and 2b.
On the other hand, the consumer who has purchased the dry battery B grasps the edge between the tear perforations g1 and g2 formed on the lower back plate 6A and pulls it up. To form an opening having a constant width that vertically divides the lower back plate 6A. When the lower back plate 6A is grasped and deployed below the cutting machine g2, the lower half of the dry battery B inserted into the opening 6a of the upper back plate 6B is exposed. Can be pulled out.
In addition, assuming a case where the hanger H is hung and displayed, the hanger plate 2B after the hanger hole 2b is formed is attached to the front hanger plate 2A where the hanger hole 2a is formed. When not hung and displayed on the hanger H, it is not necessary to form the hanger hole 2a of the front suspension plate 2A and the hanger hole 2b of the rear suspension plate 2B.
Furthermore, when the opening 6a of the upper back plate 6B and the upper and lower openings 4b, 4a of the front plate 4 are formed, the case where the flap 61 and the upper and lower flaps 42, 41 are formed is described. No need to provide.
Industrial applicability
As described above, the package according to the present invention can recognize a cylindrical product such as a dry battery in a displayed state, and can surely hold the package. Easy to use and useful for resource utilization by reuse. For example, when this package is formed of one sheet of backing paper, it can be used as recycled paper. In this case, even if it is incinerated, it is useful in that it does not damage the incinerator like plastic and does not cause environmental pollution.
