Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated steel plate, in metallic foil of which there is no defect such as a pinhole, by conducting a steel tape and the metallic foil in the laminating section of the metallic foil and the steel tape and a discharge-side conductor roll section when the metallic foil is laminated onto the steel tape through a resin film. CONSTITUTION:A steel tape 2 is conducted through a pair of front and rear conductor rolls 12a, 12b installed along a carrying path for the steel tape 2. A resin film 13 by temporary pressure rollers 15 and 22 and metallic foil 14 by pressure rollers 16 and 20 are stuck to the steel plate 2 heated by the conduction. The resin film 13 and the metallic foil 14 are pressed against the steel tape 2 by finishing pressure rollers 17 and 22. Consequently, the potential difference of the metallic foil 14 and the steel plate 2 is brought to the breakdown limit potential difference of the resin film or lower in the whole region between the carrying path up to a discharge-side conductor roll section from the laminating section of the metallic foil and the steel tape. Accordingly, no holes is bored to the metallic foil 14 by spark discharge, thus acquiring a laminated steel plate having excellent quality.
