の垂下げ装置において、前記巻取ドラムと前記ケ
ースとの間に、前記防煙用垂幕の垂下げに伴なう
前記巻取ドラムの回転により該巻取ドラムを逆転
させる方向の回転力を蓄勢する弾性体を装着した
