Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute a hierarchically described control program by providing a processing means for exclusively following the operation of a start and a forced completing instruction to an operating element group. CONSTITUTION:A storing means is independently constituted for every operating element group. Further, a fourth storing means 122 for indicating the executing state of the respective operating element groups and a virtual connecting means 104 including a fifth storing means 123 for applying the operating element to be initially executed at the time of starting the operating element groups and realizing the linkage between the operating element groups by executing an instruction to the operating element group issued from the operating element are newly provided. This virtual connecting means 104 exclusively processes the operation of the start or the completion to the operating element groups, thereby, they are separated from an ordinary operation and on the contrary, a means for executing the ordinary operation applies an execution start instruction to the virtually connecting means 104 only at the time of generating a necessity for starting and completing the operating element groups. Thereby, at the time of starting the respective operating element groups, an interlock is executed to forcibly complete the execution of the operating element groups according to the instruction from other operating element.
