Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten test time with a higher operability, by arranging an AC testing function section composed of a measuring section having a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value and an input/output display section to an interface section connected together with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:A system control section 1 is made up of an input terminal 1b and display output system terminal devices 1c-1e centering around a control circuit 1a and these input and output terminals are connected to the control circuit 1a to enable the transferring of data. The control circuit 1a is connected to an interface section 2 in such manner as to enable bi-directional data communication. An AC testing function section 3 is made up of an AC test measuring section 3a and an input/output display section 3b, which are connected to each other with an optical fiber 3e. The measuring section 3a is electrically insulated completely from the input/output display section 3b and has a function of measuring an AC induction tangent value and an electrostatic capacitance value thereby enabling a reduction in test time and a labor saving with a better operability.
