Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a smaller size, a lighter weight and improved warkability of the equipment, by arranging a high voltage function generator, a commercial frequency AC generator, a high-voltage changeover switch, a detection circuit, a computing circuit and a display unit. CONSTITUTION:A high-voltage function generator 33 generates a superlow frequency high voltage with a desired waveform to analyze the insulating characteristic of a sample or a probing voltage as DC voltage and a commercial frequency generator 32 a probing voltage as AC voltage with the commercial frequency as low voltage. On the other hand, a high-voltage changeover switch 35 selects either probing voltage generated with generators 32 and 33 to be applied to a sample 10. Then, detection circuits 39 and 41 detect electric phenomenon when the probing voltage is applied to the sample and the arithmetic circuits 42-45 for individual tests compute insulating characteristics on the basis of the electric phenomenon detected with these detection circuits and the results are displayed 46. This enables the measurement of all of insulation resistance, electrostatic capacitance, tan delta, partial discharge start voltage, partially discharged charge and the like with only one unit.

On the other hand, with the AC voltage application method, information on capacitance, dielectric voltage contact (hereinafter referred to as -δ), and partial discharge can be obtained by applying a commercial frequency voltage to the insulator under test, and it is currently used for non-destructive insulation testing. in an important position. Figure 1 shows a circuit diagram of the partial discharge test method. (Hiroshi) is a test transformer, (2S) is an arithmetic circuit for calculating partial discharge inception voltage, partial discharge charge, etc., and (2O) is a display device that displays the calculation results. In the partial discharge test method constructed in this way, the partial discharge inception voltage is measured from the partial discharge pulse appearing on the detection resistor (, 2/b) of the detection circuit (2/), and the discharge charge and number of generated particles are measured. , the state of occurrence of partial discharge or the state of insulation is determined from these. However, the sample (10)
The magnitude of the discharge charge generated in the measurement circuit is influenced by stray inductance and stray capacitance, which causes distortion of the waveform and sluggishness of the wavefront, and is similarly affected by the frequency characteristics of the measurement circuit. Therefore, when making measurements, it is necessary to calibrate the detection circuit and the measurement circuit as a whole, and calibrating this circuit requires a unique technique.

In this AC voltage application method, conventionally, the capacitance, logic δ, and various parts numbers I! The voltage characteristics were measured by measuring loads, etc. at every 10 kV step from θ. The maximum test voltage in this case is generally the rated voltage. It is desirable to increase the maximum test voltage in order to improve the reliability of insulation property analysis or insulation deterioration determination, but this not only increases measurement time but also poses a risk of insulation damage due to overvoltage.

However, even if this method is adopted, approximately 20 seconds are required for seven measurements due to the response characteristics of the automatic recording device. In the future, insulation will continue to become more rational and it will no longer be possible to apply high voltages, but highly reliable testing will be desired.

If the capacitance of the test object is large, not only the power supply capacity but also the capacity of the voltage regulator, voltage waveform distortion correction device, test transformer, etc. will be large, making it expensive, and the test equipment will be bulky and heavy. Especially in on-site tests at power plants, steel plants, heavy electrical machinery factories, etc.? It is extremely inconvenient to conduct the edge test, and there is a major problem in that it requires a great deal of time and cost to conduct the test.

This invention solves the problems of the conventional ones as mentioned above. This is what I studied for, and it's exam 1! A low frequency power source is used as the At1C source to downsize the power supply system, and a high voltage function generator is used to generate an effective probing voltage that generates an extremely low frequency high voltage or DC voltage with a desired waveform. Measurements of insulation resistance, capacitance, theoretical δ, partial discharge inception voltage, partial number 1 charge, etc. necessary for edge characteristic analysis can be performed in a short time using 7 devices and with simple operation. In addition, by using a high-voltage changeover switch or a changeover switch housed in a container filled with a gas insulator in the voltage application circuit of the specimen, it is possible to reduce the size of the equipment, reduce cost, and improve workability. The purpose of this study is to obtain an automatic insulation property analysis device with the following objectives.

Since the automatic insulation property analysis device of the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to measure the insulation resistance and capacitance required for insulation property analysis, whereas conventionally several devices were used for measurement. , -δ, partial discharge inception voltage, partial discharge charge, frequency of occurrence, phase characteristics, etc. can all be measured using seven devices, and since a low frequency is used for the high voltage test power supply, it is possible to measure the power supply system. Miniaturization of the entire device
It can be made lighter. Furthermore, with the triangular wave probing voltage of the present invention, it is possible to detect the partial discharge inception voltage, the discharge charge for each difference in the partial discharge inception voltage, the frequency of occurrence, the phase of occurrence, etc. by simply applying the maximum test voltage for every cycle. There is no need to obtain voltage characteristics like in the past, and the risk of insulation damage due to voltage application is reduced to less than //1000 compared to conventional AIA. As a result, the device of the present invention can be applied to low-voltage motors and DC machines, for which sufficient insulation characteristic analysis and deterioration measurement have not been possible in the past. In addition, by making the entire device smaller and lighter and improving workability, on-site insulation testing becomes easier, allowing anyone to evaluate the insulation performance of electrical equipment, power cables, etc. and determine insulation deterioration in a short time.

There is no need for the speed from zero to the peak value of the probing voltage (!yo) to be particularly fast. 03 to 0.0, which does not approach the dielectric relaxation time, because the partial discharge analysis becomes complicated. / Hz, the power supply capacity is significantly reduced compared to conventional commercial frequency power supplies, and it has the great advantage of being compact and lightweight even at high voltages. Furthermore, as one of the basic characteristics, the specimen (1

10) As insulation deterioration progresses, partial discharge occurs due to defective spaces (hereinafter referred to as voids) inside the insulator when a high voltage is applied. The discharge charge of this partial discharge is directly proportional to the void size. The larger the void, the less favorable the state of the insulator is, and partial discharge with a large discharge charge accelerates deterioration due to partial discharge. A partial discharge of 0-' coulomb or more) can be said to be a harmful partial discharge depending on the specimen (10).

The advantage of triangular wave probing voltage for partial discharge characteristic analysis will be explained based on FIG. 5. First, Figure 5(a)
When a sinusoidal probing voltage (S6) is applied to the specimen (10), which is generally well known,
10) shows a voltage waveform (S7) applied to the die when a partial discharge occurs in the void when a void exists in the void. In addition, FIG. 3 (bl) shows the voltage waveform (Tade) applied to the void when the triangular wave probing voltage (,!1-ff)t- is similarly applied to the specimen (10). , Fig. 5(c) shows an equivalent circuit when voids exist in the insulator, (AO)
is the capacitor corresponding to the void, (6/) and (62
) is a capacitor that electrically functions as a capacitive impedance component other than voids, (A3) is a resistor that corresponds to an electrically pure resistance component, and (Xt
I) is a power supply corresponding to a sine wave probing voltage or a triangular wave probing voltage. Figure 3(a),
In each of fbl and (c), ■ is the void discharge pressure, vr is the residual voltage, and Δt is the void discharge period. As is clear from the figure, the discharge charge Δt is determined by the voltage change rate of the sine wave o-pumping voltage (S6) and the triangular wave probing voltage (!j), which are the voltages applied to the specimen (10). In the case of the sinusoidal probing voltage (S6) shown in FIG. 5(a), the voltage change rate changes with time, so the void discharge period Δt also changes with time. On the other hand, since the triangular wave probing voltage shown in FIG. 5(b) has a constant voltage change rate, the period Δt of void discharge is constant.

From the above, using a triangular wave probing voltage (5 g), the discharge voltage of the partial discharge pulse appearing on the detection element, the discharge N
By measuring and analyzing N, load, generation phase, discharge period, etc., it is possible to estimate the shape of voids in the specimen (10) and to determine the discharge charge distribution characteristics with respect to the applied voltage phase, which has been discussed in some areas. Analysis, etc. can be dramatically improved. In addition, in order to make this high voltage function generator (33) even more compact and lightweight, each element that generates a high voltage, such as the changeover switch (35) in Figure 1, must be replaced with a gas insulator such as SF4 gas or nitrogen gas. All you have to do is put it in a container that encloses it. In addition, if the probing voltage is a DC voltage, the third
This can be easily obtained by opening the second switch (3-7) shown in the figure and stopping the operation of the second DC transformer circuit (3311). These probing voltages are switched by a changeover switch (35). Furthermore, in the automatic insulation property analysis device of the present invention, once the specimen (10)
By simply connecting the output cable from the output terminal (3/) to the output terminal (3/), depending on the purpose of insulation analysis of the specimen (10), you can generate arbitrary waveform ultra-low frequency high voltage, DC voltage, etc. required for insulation characteristic analysis. Generation control of various probing voltages such as commercial frequency voltage,
The operation panel (31I) is used to switch the detection circuit and arithmetic circuit.
It can be done with In addition, when performing an insulation test, simply select a test item and press the start button (not shown), etc., and automatic measurement will be performed under the control of the built-in microcomputer. The measurement results are displayed and automatically recorded during and after the measurement. In particular, in partial discharge testing, the calibration of the measurement circuit, which was conventionally complicated, is automatically performed, so the configuration is easy to operate. In the above example, the voltage waveform of the triangular wave probing voltage is bipolar, but even if the voltage waveform is a unipolar triangular wave probing voltage as shown in (6) in Fig. 6, it is still possible to understand the basic characteristics of partial discharge. The same effect is achieved for .

Select the probing voltage of the high-voltage function generator, the commercial-frequency AC generator that generates the probing voltage, which is a low-voltage commercial-frequency AC voltage, and the high-voltage function generator and the commercial-frequency AC generator. A high-voltage changeover switch that applies the probing voltage to the specimen, a detection circuit for each test that detects the electrical phenomenon when the probing voltage is applied to the specimen, and a high-voltage switch that applies the probing voltage to the specimen. It consists of arithmetic circuits for each test to calculate insulation properties based on physical phenomena, and a display device to display the calculation results of these arithmetic circuits. All non-destructive insulation tests such as insulation resistance, capacitance, tan δ, partial discharge inception voltage, partial discharge charge, etc. necessary for insulation property analysis, which had been performed using 7 devices, were measured using 7 devices. In addition, the non-destructive insulation test can be performed using all seven devices, so it is possible to significantly reduce the equipment cost for the non-destructive insulation test.

In addition, by using a low frequency for the high voltage test power supply, we have made the stain source system more compact, and we have also reduced the size of each high voltage element to SF.
By housing the device in a container filled with gas or a gas insulator such as nitrogen gas, the entire device can be made smaller and lighter. By the way, large rotating machines (generators and large electric motors) with a test voltage of 15 kV
The total weight of the insulation test equipment including the waveform improvement device and the insulation analysis device is about 100 kg or more, whereas the automatic insulation characteristic analysis device of this invention weighs about 2 0 kg2.
The weight is such that it can be transported by hand. Moreover, the power supply capacity is 7/20 or less. Therefore, the device is inexpensive, convenient to transport, and on-site insulation testing is easy, and the test time and test cost can be significantly reduced.
