Abstract

Guiderails 7a, 7b are laid over the entire region of the travel path in order to roll and guide rollers 14a, 14d arranged at the lower section of a vehicle 1 which travels through rubber wheels 13a, 13d. A rope grasping/ releasing means 12 is arranged at the lower section of the body in order to grasp a high speed steel rope 51 or a low speed steel rope 61 freely.
