At this time, in the axial center of the disc part, a weight reduction hole 11 is provided and a ring shaped clearance 111 opened on the inner wall of the weight reduction hole 11 is formed. An installation seat 3 is inserted in the weight reduction hole 11 so as to close the opening of the clearance 111. Thus, the strength of the disc part 1 can be secured inspite of its small thickness. Therefore, the weight reduction of the wheel E for vehicles can be carried out as well as the strength of the disc part 1 is secured.
