Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the transmitting characteristic of an amplifying element unit to be plain in a whole circuit with necessarily minimum parts by providing a choke coil and a coupling capacitor and constituting an HPF. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is composed of an amplifying element 11, a choke coil 15, a coupling capacitor 13 and a bypass capacitor 17. The coil 15 and the capacitor 13 constitute the HPF of an LC type. Then, in order to erase the characteristic of an element 1, which is shown by a full line (a), namely, the characteristic whose gain is decreased by a high frequency, this HPF is set to a constant to have a frequency characteristic, which is shown by a full line (b), to increase the gain by the high frequency. Thus, the transmitting characteristic of the whole circuit is improved to be plain so as to be shown by a broken line (c). The high frequency amplifying signal of the plain frequency characteristic is obtained in an output terminal 14 and the characteristic is stabilized to the high frequency.
