Abstract

PURPOSE:To oscillate a stable laser beam by stabilizing a charging voltage of means of accumulating charges for lighting a flash lamp. CONSTITUTION:A secondary voltage of a transformer 1 is applied to capacitors 4A, 4B via rectifying circuits 2A, 2B, switching circuits 11A, 11B, and resistances 13A, 13B. A detecting circuit 8 sends a series voltage Vc of the capacitors 4A, 4B upon detection thereof via photocoupler PC to a comparing circuit 9, in which a divided voltage Vd is compared with a reference Vr by a comparator 9c. Transient instability of any output is prevented by increasing a resistance 9f in a circuit belonging to the comparator 9c. The compared outputs are sent to control signal generating circuits 10A, 10B, where they are connected to the switching circuits 11A,11B by control elements CE1, CE2 with a beam as a medium. According to the constitution, charge voltage is stabilized, and a flash lamp is lit when a high-voltage pulse is transmitted from a trigger generating circuit 7 to the flash lamp, whereby a stable laser beam is injected from the laser medium adjacent to the lamp.
