A second energizing part 40 provided to the plate spring 32 engages elastically with a spring bearing 36 provided projectionally on the rear face of the holding base 34 and energizes the torque transmitting body 31 to the radius direction outer side of the holding base 34. Further, the application point of the first energizing part 42 is arranged in the neighborhood of a pivot 35. Consequently, when the plate spring 32 turns with the pivot 35 as a center, the length in which the first energizing part 42 rubs can be shortened. Thus, a frictional force accompanying the turn of the plate spring 32 can be made smaller and the energizing force to the radius direction outer side of the holding base 34 to the torque transmitting body 31 can be made larger.
