Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve traveling durability by using a vinyl chloride copolymer having >=60 deg.C glass transition temp. and 2 kinds of polyurethane resin which are the polyurethane resin having >=3 deg.C glass transition temp. and the polyurethane resin having <3 deg.C glass transition temp. as a binder. CONSTITUTION:The binder to be used consists of the four resins; the vinyl chloride copolymer having >=60 deg.C glass transition temp., the polyurethane resin having >=3 deg.C glass transition temp., the polyurethane resin having <3 deg.C glass transition temp., and a polyisocyanate compd. The difference between the glass transition temps. of two kinds of these polyurethane resins is required to be >=10 deg.C. Basic rigidity is assured by using such vinyl chloride copolymer and the rigidity adaptable to high and low temps. is obtd. by using two kinds of the polyurethane resins having the different glass transition temps. The traveling durability is thereby improved.
