Even in a second language information processing part 19, concerning the second language to be set by the setting part 10, the right side arrangement processing is executed while the information, which are stored in a second language information storing part 17, to execute the right side arrangement are referred. When the inputted instruction is a character input and the first language or the second language is set, the processing parts 18 and 19 execute operation to correspond to the set language while the storing parts 16 and 17 are respectively referred. Thus, the plural languages can be simultaneously handled and the program size can be made small and the number of the languages, which can be simultaneously processed, can be increased.
