Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the reduction of a supply voltage due to a rush current without increasing the capacity of power supply by connecting a Zener diode in series to the base resistance of a transistor TR switch which controls the power supplied from a power source to a load. CONSTITUTION:A TR switch TR1 which controls the power supplied to a load L is provided between a power source A and the load L, and a Zener diode ZD is connected in series to a base resistance RB of the switch TR1. Consequently, the base current of the switch TR1 is limited by the diode ZD to reduce the current on the side of the load L when the voltage of the power source A will be reduced by the rush current or the like at the time of turning on the power source A, and the reduction of the supply voltage is suppressed by the small-sized constitution where the increase of the capacity of power supply is not required.
